Abstract

Perjalanan sejarah perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia, termasuk terjadinya krisis ekonomi pada tahun 1997, telah membangkitkan kesadaran akan kekuatan sektor usaha mikro, kecil, menengah dan koperasi dan prospek potensinya di masa depan. Nilai strategis tersebut kemudian diwujudkan pemerintah dengan mendirikan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) sebagai BUMN yang mengemban tugas khusus memberdayakan usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah dan Koperasi (UMKMK). PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani, tentu saja dalam mencapai targetnya terdapat beban kerja yang bisa membuat penurunan kreativitas maupun motivasi kerja karyawannya, Hal ini dapat menyebabkan timbulnya masalah dalam lingkungan kerja. Untuk mencapai targetnya, setiap karyawan perlu memiliki etos kerja, mampu mengatasi beban kerja yang ada, memiliki hubungan komunikasi yang baik dan menerapkan etika komunikasi dengan rekan kerja maupun atasannya, maka dilakukannya kegiatan sharing session dan pelatihan mengenai etika komunikasi. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan agar peserta memahami dan menerapkan etika komunikasi sehingga mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di suatu organisasi/perusahaan. Peserta pelatihan adalah karyawan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cabang Ambon. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 Maret 2024 di Collin Beach Hotel. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah sharing session dan ceramah.

Abstract

Anak merupakan pribadi yang gemar bermain permainan, baik itu permainan tradisional maupun permainan berbasis gadget (game online).Perilaku komunikasi anak dengan sesama teman sepermainan pada kedua permainan ini menjadi hal yang perlu untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan mendiskripsikan komparasi komunikasi pada anak dengan permainan tradisional dan anak dengan permainan berbasis Gadget di Desa Olilit Raya, Kecamatan Tanimbar Selatan, Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman yaitu mengadakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan or verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa anak pada permainan tradisional dan anak pada permainan berbasisi gadget (game online) memilki bentuk perilaku komunikasi yang sama dan juga berbeda. Persamaanya yaitu anak aktif berinteraksi, bekerja sama dengan teman, merespon dengan kasar, bersikap implisit. Perbedaanya yaitu anak pada permainan tradisional berani mengungkapkan pendapat, berdiskusi dengan pemain lain, menutupi atau merahasiakan pesan antar sesama teman kelompok, cenderung diam dan menyendiri saat kembali kerumah. Sedangkan anak pada permainan game online memilki perilaku komunikasi yaitu saling menyapa dan menanyakan kabar antar sesama pemain terutama yang baru dikenal,kurang merespon, menunjukan sikap penolakan saat ada yang menganggu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka dapat simpulkan bahwa anak yang terlibat dalam kedua permainan ini ada yang memiliki bentuk perilaku komunikasi terbuka dan ada juga yang tertutup.

Abstract

Communication is very important for humans, especially the people of Ameth Viliage. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the inter-island communication process in Ameth Village ang analyze alternative government solutions to realize inter-island communication accessibillity services for the just people of Ameth Village. The formulation of the problem in this study includes how the accessibility of communication on Nila Island, Ameth Village can be used to meet information needs in people`s lives. This type of research is qualitative. Informants of this research amounted to 6 people. The determination of the informants was taken by purposive sampling, which is based on certain criteria as follows: the people of Ameth Village who are involved in the inter-island communication process, are male and female and aged 20-65 years. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that inter-island communication carried out by the Ameth Village community is very important so that the community really needs the role of the government in helping to meethe information needs of the community in the inter-island communication process. It can be concluded that the communication carried out by the community has been very helpful, but there are several obstacles in the form of the use of communication media and the role of the government so that the government's role is needed in overcoming these obstacles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi promosi wisata bukit indah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bombay kecamatan kei besar kabupaten Maluku tenggara. Bukit Indah sendiri terletak di Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara “Desa Bombay, Kec. Kei Besar. Bukit ini mempunyai potensi alam yang indah dan sayangnya belum banyak yang mengetahui keindahan Bukit Indah tersebut. Keindahan Bukit Indah terletak di bagian wisata alamnya yang sangat lokal dan wisata bukit indah ini sendiri terdapat di daerah pegunungan, wisata bukit indah juga tak kala menarik seperti wisata pengunungan di kota ambon. Pengambilan data primer dilakukan melalui wawancara terhadap sejumlah informan yang terlibat dalam strategi promosi wisata bukit indah. Adapun informannya yaitu pengelola wisata bukit indah, kepala bidang pemasaran dinas pariwisata dan pengunjung. Strategi promosi yang digunakan oleh pengelola wisata bukit indah untuk mempromosikan wisata bukit indah yaitu dengan menngunakan strategi periklanan, penjualan personal, promosi penjualan, hubungan masyarakat, pemasaran langsung.Pengembangan kawasan wisata merupakan salah satu strategi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah. Strategi ini umumnya diterapkan oleh daerah-daerah yang memiliki sumber daya alam yang dapat menjadi daya tarik wisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kerja sama antara pengelola wisata bukit indah dengan dinas pariwisata kabupaten Maluku tenggara sangat baik, sehingga starategi promosi yang dilakukan melalui akun-akun media sosial milik pengelola maupun dinas pariwisata berjalan dengan sukses dan menarik banyak pengunjung yang berkunjung ke wisata bukit indah. Jenis media sosial yang digukanan pengelola wisata adalah facebook, instagram, youtube dan google.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a qualitative descriptive research that aims to find out how the promotion strategy of the Tanimbar Islands Regency Tourism Office in promoting Matakus Beach. This research was carried out at the Tourism Office of Tanimbar Islands and Matakus Beach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and also some documentation, as well as data analysis techniques using qualitative technique models according to Miles and Huberman consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the promotion strategy carried out by the Tanimbar Islands Regency Tourism Office in promoting matakus beach attractions was in accordance with the promotion mix theory. Where they use methods of Advertising, Sales Promotion, Direct Marketing, and Public Relations in promoting matakus beach. However, there are several methods that have not been used by the tourism office, namely personal sales and also the obstacles faced, namely costs and human resources that are still lacking in the tourism office so that the methods used have not run effectively. But in the future the tourism office will update it all so that the promotion of matakus beach attractions can run well.

Abstract

This study aims to examine, analyze, and describe the symbolism and meanings embedded in the Ina Nara Amayali tradition—a customary marriage ritual practiced by the indigenous community of Wetang Island—as a cultural representation rich in social values. Employing a qualitative approach, the research utilizes methods of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The study was purposively conducted in the Wetang Island District, involving key informants such as customary leaders and indigenous community members with deep knowledge of the ritual practices. The findings reveal that Ina Nara Amayali is not merely a matrimonial ceremony but a social structure that governs interactions among extended families and the indigenous community through culturally meaningful symbols. Elements such as red sopi (traditional liquor), two pigs, emas bulan and emas babi (gold items), basta cloth, and lakpona serve not only as ritual components but also as representations of ethical and moral values that shape communal social behavior. The gathering of both families, accompanied by customary figures like Sniri/Mataruma and the customary chief, highlights the embedded social order within the ritual tradition. This study offers new insights into how symbols in local cultures not only represent identity but also function as social binding mechanisms that reinforce communal harmony. The research recommends the preservation of local traditions as vital sources of social knowledge and cultural wisdom, contributing to the advancement of social sciences and humanities, particularly in understanding the relationship between cultural symbolism and the social structures of indigenous island communities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the adaptive communication strategies employed by Harian Ambon Ekspres through a multiplatform journalism approach in response to the transformation of local media in the digital era. Utilizing a qualitative method with a case study approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis focused on media convergence practices at Harian Ambon Ekspres. The findings reveal that the main strategies include content diversification through the production of radio podcasts, which are subsequently disseminated across both print and digital formats; the use of various digital media platforms to expand audience reach and engagement; and the integration of four key platforms: the Harian Ambon Ekspres print newspaper, E-Paper, Ambonterkini.id, and Ameks.fajar.co.id. Moreover, media convergence has proven effective in reducing production costs and strengthening the competitiveness of the media institution amid technological disruption. The novelty of this study lies in its revelation that convergence functions not only as a technological adaptation but also as a cultural communication strategy that enables local media to remain relevant to the evolving needs and preferences of the public. These findings contribute significantly to the fields of social and political sciences, particularly in media studies, communication, and digital cultural dynamics, and highlight the importance of enhancing the innovation capacity of local media in navigating an ever-changing communication landscape.

Abstract

This article aims to evaluate governance, institutional capacity, and marketing strategies in the development of peripheral tourism destinations, using Matakus Beach in the Tanimbar Islands Regency as a case study. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis of promotional practices implemented by the local Tourism Office. The findings reveal that the promotion strategies applied align with the principles of the promotion mix, utilizing advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing, and public relations. However, personal selling methods have not been optimally implemented. The main challenges identified include budget constraints and limited human resources, which have affected the effectiveness of the promotional strategies. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the importance of strengthening institutional capacity in peripheral regions to support sustainable tourism promotion. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of governance and institutional capacity analysis into the evaluation of destination marketing strategies in peripheral areas, which have traditionally focused primarily on promotional aspects. Recommendations are proposed to ensure that the development of peripheral tourism destinations prioritizes not only intensified promotion efforts but also institutional restructuring and resource strengthening as foundations for tourism sustainability. This article is expected to contribute to the advancement of theory and practice in the social sciences and humanities, particularly in the fields of governance and regional tourism marketing studies.
