Abstract

This research discusses marketing communications from Sahid Modern Islamic Boarding School which are run offline by staff and students. The purpose of this study is to find out what kind of offline marketing communication is carried out by Sahid Modern Islamic Boarding School in the current digital era. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews and documentation. From the results of the study, it was found that Sahid Modern Islamic Boarding School has implemented several forms of offline promotional activities in attracting prospective students. These offline promotional activities include taking a direct approach to prospective students, such as doing door-to-door strategy, word of mouth, exhibitions, and through business partners. Two-way communication is required, as well as the credibility of the informant and the form of the message are two important points in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the group communication in improving the quality of work of Job guidance team from inmate create quality coffee they are original made, one of the important roles to keep the inmates from being aggressive and preventing behavior that causes anarchic action requires a precise communication pattern strategy approach, namely assertive communication and an activity that can get rid of negative thoughts and hone their skills. Assertive communication communicates what you think, feel, and want clearly and unequivocally to others without feeling intimidating, violating, and belittling the rights of yourself and others. The Depok Class 1 detention center has a cell block with 400 inmates out of a total of 1100 inmates who are guarded by one officer by taking turns divided into three shifts in 1 day. Inmates who are employed in detention centers or called tamping, work guidance is a form of activity to improve the abilities of inmates and help them to fill their time with positive things. The tamping in the guidance that we highlight is the specialty coffee skills section, where this coffee is one of the biggest selling commodities owned by Class 1 Depok Rutan, this is also because the tamping inmates are dedicated to making coffee with their own characteristics, namely coffee with the Krabu brand.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui magang antar individu aktor untuk komunikasi, meningkatkan kualitas kerja bimbingan kerja, rekan kerja krabu dari narapidana menciptakan mitra kerja yang berkualitas bersama-sama, mereka orisinal dibuat untuk membuat profesionalisme perilaku membuat kopi krabu sebagai asli merek otentik dari depok kelas I Kegiatan bekerja di penjara, salah satu peran penting untuk menjaga narapidana agar tidak agresif dan perilaku anarkis, tindakan membutuhkan komunikasi yang tepat pola, strategi, komunikasi interpersonal, aktivitas yang dapat menyingkirkan salah satu pikiran negatif dan meningkatkan keterampilan mereka. Komunikasi interpersonal antar aktor menggambarkan apa yang Anda pikirkan, rasakan, dan inginkan dengan jelas dan verbal aktif kepada orang lain tanpa merasa mengintimidasi dan melanggar, hak-hak diri sendiri dan orang lain. Rumah Tahanan Kelas 1 Depok memiliki blok sel dengan antara 250 narapidana dari total 1000 narapidana yang dijaga oleh satu atau tiga petugas, narapidana yang dipekerjakan di ditase atau disebut tamping, bimbingan kerja adalah bentuk kegiatan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan narapidana dan membantu mereka mengisi waktu dengan hal-hal positif dan meningkatkan keterampilan mereka karena 6 teman harus menunjukkan soft skill dan hard skill mereka Bimbingan narapidana yang kami soroti adalah bagian keterampilan kopi spesial, dimana kopi ini merupakan salah satu pusat penahanan milik komoditas produksi, hal ini juga dikarenakan narapidana berdedikasi untuk membuat kopi dengan kopi asli mereka sendiri dengan merek Krabu.

Abstract

Beauty contests have long been part of popular culture, closely related to the image they display, which can influence public perceptions of beauty and gender roles, as well as influencing attitudes towards social issues such as sexual harassment. This study aims to examine how the image displayed by Miss Universe Indonesia influences perceptions of sexual harassment among Generation Z in Jabodetabek. Using a quantitative method that focuses on data in the form of numbers, it was conducted in the Jabodetabek area from January to June 2024. The study population was all Generation Z in Jabodetabek, with samples taken using probability sampling techniques through the simple random sampling method . The results of this study indicate that the value indicator on the image variable obtained an average value of 3.77%, which is included in the high category. Meanwhile, the perpetrator indicator on the perception variable obtained an average value of 3.74%, which is also included in the high category. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there is an influence between Image and perception, meaning that Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected. Based on the determination test, the image results were 59.9% on perception, while the rest were other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to illustrate how Fremantle Indonesia's creative strategy in ensuring the Family 100 program remains in demand. This research uses the concept of 13 elements of creative strategy in event production according to Naratama consisting of the target audience, script language, event format, punch line, gimmick and fanfare, clip hanger, tune and bumper, artistic director, music and fashion, rhythm and rhythm of the show, logo and music track, general rehearsal and interactive program. This research uses qualitative methods with a type of case study research. The research was conducted at the Fremantle Indonesia office. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The triangulation used in this study is source triangulation.  The results of this study show that the Family 100 program applies 13 elements of creative strategy in event production according to Naratama, but the Family 100 program also has a focus that becomes the main strategy, namely with gimmicks through "gifts". In conclusion, Fremantle Indonesia uses a gimmick strategy through "gifts" to ensure the Family 100 program remains in demand.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian pada travel umrah dan haji Niat Umroh (PT. Mitra Buana Foresindo). Umrah Backpacker pada saat ini sedang ramai diperbincangkan oleh masyarakat khususnya di Indonesia. Fenomena ini menjadi salah satu hal yang dapat mempengaruhi persaingan sektor bisnis di bidang jasa travel umrah dan haji, untuk meninjau lebih lanjut peneliti ingin mencari tahu hubungan antara variabel x (perilaku konsumen) dengan variabel y (keputusan pembelian) di travel Niat Umroh. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif korelasi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 101 sampel dari populasi yang berjumlah 135. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel X Perilaku Konsumen dengan variabel Y Keputusan Pembelian dengan kategori kuat. Dilihat dari hasil penelitian, perilaku konsumen travel Niat Umroh menunjukkan hasil kategori paling tinggi terdapat pada indikator X3 Perasaan Pada Produk Tertentu dengan Y4 Resiko. Dilihat dari uji korelasi dapat dilihat nilai korelasi koefisien berjumlah 0,765 dengan keterangan kuat dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Faktor ini disebabkan dengan mayoritas responden menjawab dengan jawaban positif. Kata Kunci: keputusan pembelian, perilaku konsumen, travel umrah dan haji niat umroh, umrah backpacker. AbstractThis study aims to explain consumer behavior and purchasing decisions in Niatumrah Umrah and Hajj travel (PT. Mitra Buana Foresindo). Umrah Backpacker is currently a hot topic of discussion among the public, especially in Indonesia. This phenomenon has become one of the factors that can influence competition in the Umrah and Hajj travel services sector. To further investigate, the researcher seeks to understand the relationship between variable X (consumer behavior) and variable Y (purchasing decisions) in Niatumrah travel. This study employs a descriptive correlational quantitative approach. It uses a sample of 101 from a population of 135. The study concludes that there is a strong relationship between variable X (Consumer Behavior) and variable Y (Purchasing Decisions). According to the research results, the highest category of consumer behavior in Niatumrah travel is found in the indicator X3 (Feelings Towards a Specific Product) with Y4 (Risk). From the correlation test, the correlation coefficient value is 0.765, indicating a strong relationship, with a significance value of 0.000. This factor is due to the majority of respondents providing positive responses. Keywords: consumer behavior, niat umroh and hajj travel, purchasing decisions, umrah backpacker.

Abstract

The tourism carrying capacity is the ability of a tourist attraction to accommodate tourists at a certain area and time, which is supported by the socioeconomic, sociocultural, and biogeophysical of a location without reducing the quality of the environment and tourist satisfaction in enjoying the attraction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the carrying capacity of ecotourism promotion, Situ Gede Village, West Bogor District, Bogor. This research is conducted with qualitative research methods. This research adopts the tradition of qualitative research case studies about the supporting capacity of Situ Gede ecotourism promotion which is carried out on weekdays, to be able to find out the ongoing process of activities so that we can meet with residents and visitors who are working on ecotourism promotion activities and KOMPEPAR members who are on duty. The results showed that the promotion of Situ Gede ecotourism through social media has not been effective because the informants we have interviewed said that management and legality have not been effective, therefore social media has not been effective as a promotional media to professionally increase the economic condition of Situ Gede, West Bogor District, Bogor. More efforts are still needed to optimize the promotional activities on Situ Gede ecotourism social media.

Abstract

This research explores the strategic use of visual storytelling by Red Communication Indonesia on Instagram, focusing on their content creation for the popular brand Indomie during the culturally significant month of Ramadan. The research highlights how Instagram's visual-centric platform facilitates emotional connections and enhances audience engagement through culturally relevant narratives. By incorporating particular symbols, the content could resonate with Indonesian Muslim consumers, fostering emotional bonds. The methodology involves qualitative approaches, including semi-structured interviews with key personnels, revealing a focus on visually appealing content and interactive strategies. The findings emphasize the importance of cultural sensitivity, ensuring that the content aligns with Ramadan values while maintaining authenticity. This approach not only enhances engagement but also demonstrates the use of visual storytelling in the digital age.

Abstract

Literasi digital erat kaitannya dengan internet parenting. Pengetahuan tentang restriksi teknis merupakan salah satu komponen dalam menjalankan internet parenting di kalangan orang tua. Melalui penelitian ini terbukti bahwa pengetahuan ini dapat menekan aksesibilitas remaja terhadap konten pornografi di internet. Isu makro yang diangkat dalam permasalahan ini adalah kemajuan teknologi berupa internet memboyong habitus baru berupa aksesibilitas pornografi yang tidak dapat dibendung karena internet membuka jendela dunia. Disinilah peran orang tua diperlukan untuk membendung arus globalisasi yang membawa dampak buruk dan mengganggu upaya pembentukan karakter remaja Indonesia yang bebas dari intervensi teknologi yang cenderung merusak. Adanya pandangan bahwa mengakses situs porno adalah suatu kewajaran yang sejalan dengan waktu membentuk pembiasaan baru di kalangan remaja, ini mengkhawatirkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Bogor yang mencakup enam kecamatan, yaitu: Bogor Utara, Bogor Timur, Bogor Selatan, Bogor Barat, Bogor Tengah, dan Tanah Sareal. Kuesioner disebarkan secara purposive sampling terhadap 100 responden. Studi ini menguji korelasi antara internet parenting dan aksesibilitas situs porno di kalangan remaja menggunakan pendekatan teori Parenting Styles dari Baumrind. Pengujian korelasi menggunakan rank Spearman dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (lebih kecil dari 0.05). Ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat dengan arah negatif antara internet parenting dengan aksesibilitas situs porno di kalangan remaja. Ini berarti responden orang tua di Kota Bogor memiliki pemahaman yang kurang tentang restriksi teknis sehingga angka aksesibilitas terhadap konten porno di kalangan remaja Kota Bogor saat ini meningkat.
