Abstract

This study aims to be able to explain how much influence e-service quality and perceived value have on Telkomsel's e-customer loyalty to MyTelkomsel App users in Bandung City. The research method used is descriptive using quantitative methods involving 400 respondents who use the MyTelkomsel App in Bandung City. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling type. In this study, respondent data was processed using the SPSS 25 for Windows application. The results of the study based on descriptive analysis for the e-service quality variable are already in the excellent category by 89%, as well as for the perceived value variable is already in the excellent category by 90%, and the e-customer loyalty variable is already in the excellent category by 87%. E-customer quality and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on e-customer loyalty with a magnitude of influence of 51.5% and the remaining 48.5% influenced by other factors that were not studied.

Abstract

Creative Economy is an economic activity that originates from the utilization of individual creativity, skills and talents in terms of creating prosperity and creating jobs by generating and exploiting individual creative and creative power. In the world of trade, the business sector in every business must have intellectual property in it, including products produced by the creative economy community which generally have a trademark. The development of science and technology requires normative support in order tobe a means of improving the creative economy, so that potential creators need adequate legal protection to be motivated to produce original creations. This study discusses the progressive protection of creators in encouraging the creative economy in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative approach, data collection methods through literature study, and qualitative normative data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that with the protection of copyright law, it can have a positive impact on the sustainability of the company and increase the income of human resources.

Abstract

This study was conducted on 165 Permanent Educational Staff at Private University X in Bandung using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The Performance Assessment perceived by the Educational Staff at Private University X in Bandung has good criteria. The Work Motivation perceived also has good criteria, but the Performance perceived has less favorable criteria. 2) Partially, Performance Assessment has a significant effect on the Performance of the Educational Staff. 3) Partially, Work Motivation also has a significant effect on the Performance of the Educational Staff. 4) Simultaneously, Performance Assessment and Work Motivation have a significant effect on the Performance of the Educational Staff at Private University X in Bandung.

Abstract

Hospitals need to utilize success factors such as employee performance measurement to achieve their vision and mission to compete in the Indonesian healthcare sector. Providing better human resources and services to local communities. Healthcare services must be of high quality, fair and affordable, and communication with patients needs to be improved. The purpose of this quantitative study is to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on the performance of hospital employees. Talented employees are important for the growth of the company, and human resources are its most important assets. A good work ethic is absolutely necessary to improve employee performance and achieve positive growth in line with company goals.

Abstract

One of the most important aspects of employee engagement is the focus on managing new organizational dynamics. The purpose of this study is to analyze narratively and simultaneously the influence of employee leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The method used is quantitative and survey methods, data collection is done through questionnaires. The respondents of this study are a combined sample that includes all permanent employees. A total of 38 people used single regression and multiple regression methods in data analysis to test the relationship and influence of independent variables on dependent variables. The findings show that employee leadership and one-time management commitment have a significant impact on improving employee performance. However, the noble side of a servant has signs that are not included in the category of goodness, namely the romantic side. Management hopes that this can encourage managers to give praise regularly, not only for big achievements but also for small things that support improving employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian dibahas memiliki tujuan guna mengkaji pengaruhnya kepemimpinan transformasional serta pengembangan karir dalam kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT X. Metode penelitian diaplikasikan pada perihal diteliti ialah bermetode penelitian kuantitatif, deskriptif dan verifikatif. Kepemimpinan transformasional, peluang pengembangan karier, dan kebahagiaan kerja adalah tiga faktor yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Mengingat jumlah total 1.043 karyawan PT X dengan memilikinya bermasa kerja melebihi 3 tahun sebagai populasi dalam perihal diteliti, sampel sebanyak 282 orang diambil menggunakan pendekatan sampling probabilitas, yaitu Simple Random Sampling dan rumus Slovin. Uji statistik untuk normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas dilakukan sebagai bagian dari analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Selain itu, uji determinan (R²), uji simultan (uji F), dan uji parsial (uji t) juga digunakan dalam analisis data Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebahagiaan di tempat kerja dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengembangan.
