Abstract

In today's competitive world, businesses must constantly innovate and improve. As a result, the company is constantly striving to improve its performance to achieve company goals. Organizational performance is an important issue, and the antecedents of organizational performance have been explored in various studies. This study examines the mediating effect of organizational trust in the relationship between transformational leadership, HRM practices, and organizational performance. This study was measured by questionnaires, and the results of hypothesis testing were carried out with Smart PLS 3.0 on 315 respondents at PT. Taspen (Persero). The results show that transformational leadership has no direct effect on organizational performance. Meanwhile, HRM practices are directly significant to organizational performance. Organizational trust was found to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership, HRM practices, and organizational performance. The results of this study have implications for organizations that can help policy makers, especially at PT Taspen (Persero), to better understand what factors can affect organizational performance. Further research more deeply factor that influence work efficiency such as organization culture, motivation, knowledge management.

Abstract

Implementing Work from Home has its own challenges and constraints which are not easy, because not all areas of work can be done from home which has an impact on employee performance. Work From Home adds to the workload, lacks entertainment, and pushes oneself too much so that it can reduce motivation at work. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of work from home and work discipline on employee performance at the Indonesian Consulate in Tawau Malaysia. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used is probability sampling where the number of samples is 90 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The respondents of this study were employees of the Consulate of the Republic of Indonesia in Tawau Malaysia. Data processing is carried out using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that Work from Home has a significant effect on Employees and research also shows that Workload has a significant effect on Employee Performance. This research may have some limitations, the results are limited to the effect of workload and WFH on employee performance while at the Indonesian Consulate in Tawau, Malaysia. Further research can be carried out by collecting data using a quantitative or qualitative research approach to certain respondents with different backgrounds.

Abstract

Thel compeltition in thel banking industry is geltting tightelr nowadays, banks should delvellop thel stratelgiels which melelt thel nelelds of currelnt delbtors not only to achielvel delbtor satisfaction, but also to maintain delbtor loyalty. This study aims to idelntify thel factor that influelncel delbtor satisfaction and loyalty in banking industry. Data welrel collelcteld using thel onlinel quelstionnairel of 131 samplels, thel relspondelnt should havel a delbtor status pelriod of at lelast 2 yelars at thel bank. This study usels multivariatel elmployeld PLS-SElM as an analytical tool. Thel relsult found a significant elffelct beltweleln delbtor satisfaction and delbtor loyalty. Thel direlct rellationship analysis relsult shows that pricel and selrvicel quality of markelting staff havel a significant influelncel on delbtor satisfaction and thel indirelct rellationship shows that thel rellationship beltweleln pricel and selrvicel quality of markelting staff on delbtor loyalty is meldiateld by delbtor satisfaction. This study has implications for thel banking selctor, markelting, and relselarchelrs to bel ablel to add insight to thel important variablels which arel factors in increlasing delbtor loyalty. For furthelr relselarch, it is elxpelcteld that thelrel will bel delvellopmelnt of othelr important variablels.

Abstract

This research investigates the factors influencing the performance and sales of insurance products at PT TASPEN (Persero) and its subsidiary, Taspen Life. The research findings highlight several key aspects. First, the market sensing capability, or the company's ability to understand the market, has a significant impact on marketing performance. Second, marketing insurance products faces challenges, such as declining premium revenue and low achievement of marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Third, innovation in marketing is key to attracting more customers and competing in an increasingly competitive market. Companies need to consider more innovative marketing strategies and unique products. Lastly, the research reveals the complexity of the relationships among the variables under study. Therefore, companies can conduct specialized marketing campaigns to improve brand image, provide knowledge sharing about marketing, consider innovation in marketing strategies, and continue research to better understand the factors influencing marketing performance. For future research, it is essential to consider elements such as risk management, pricing strategies, and external factors affecting the life insurance market. Integrating these suggestions into future research is expected to provide deeper and more valuable insights for developing more effective marketing strategies across various branches of PT TASPEN (Persero).

Abstract

Tuberculosis paru merupakan suatu penyakit infeksi yang di sebabkan oleh mycrcobacterium tuberculosis yang menyerang paru-paru serta termasuk penyakit menular. Angka kejadian kasus tuberculosis terus meningkat secara drastis di seuruh dunia setiap tahunnya. Indonesia dilaporkan pada tahun 2015 sebagai Negara ke-2 kasus TBC terbanyak. Salah satu upaya dalam memutuskan angka penularan TBC yaitu dengan melakukan pencegahan penularan, khususnya yang di lakukan pasien TBC kepada anggota keluarganya, dengan keluarga berperan aktif dalam memberi dukungan kepada pasien dalam mencegah penularan kepada anggota keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pasien TBC yang sedang menjalani pengobatan dan tercatat di UPT Yankes Kecamatan Pameungpeuk, dengan jumlah populasi 53 orang. Jumlah kuesioner keseluruhan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 61 item soal yang di bagi kedalam 2 varibel diantaranya, pada variabel dukungan keluarga memiliki jumlah soal sebanyak 33 item soal, pada variabel perilaku memiliki 28 item soal. Dengan tekhnik sampling total sampling dan uji rank spearman, di dapat hasil koefisien sebesar 0.538 dengan nilai p value = 0,001 dimana hasil tersebut menunjukan adanya hubungan yang positif, dengan kategori tingkat hubungan sedang. Semakin meningkatnya dukungan keluarga, maka semakin baik perilaku pasien dalam pencegahan penluran TBC paru.

Abstract

Kekambuhan hipertensi disebabkan oleh perubahan gaya hidup, seperti konsumsi makanan berkolesterol, diet tinggi garam, kurang berolahraga, dan pengobatan yang kurang optimal. Kurangnya kepatuhan penderita hipertensi dalam pengobatan bisa menimbulkan dampak buruk, antara lain seperti stroke, penyakit jantung koroner, dan gagal ginjal. Tujuan riset ini ialah mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan pengobatan dengan kejadian kekambuhan hipertensi primer. Riset ini memanfaatkan desain slot deposit 5000 riset korelasional, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 56 responden yang terdiagnosis hipertensi tanpa penyakit penyerta. Riset dilakukan di Desa Padaulun. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang dimanfaatkan dalam riset ini ialah pemberian kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji statistik Spearman Rank. Ada harapan bahwa keluarga penderita hipertensi untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam program pengobatan antihipertensi, dengan tujuan akhir mencapai hasil kesehatan yang lebih baik dan mengurangi kemungkinan kambuhnya hipertensi.
