Abstract

Mental workload has a significant influence on employee performance in doing work. PT XYZ is a state-owned company engaged in the agro-industrial sector that produces fertilizer and non-fertilizer products. To maintain the quality of raw materials to products, laboratory personnel are needed. Production laboratory personnel 1A PT. XYZ has a routine job of analyzing raw materials and by-products to main products. This study aims to identify the mental workload of 1A production laboratory employees and identify appropriate intervention methods to reduce mental workload. The process of measuring mental workload uses the NASA-TLX scale and the AHP method to determine the proper intervention method. The results of this study showed that 26% of employees experienced a high mental workload. The selected intervention using the AHP method to reduce mental workload is meditation.

Abstract

Study examines gender as moderator of influence workload on work stress in employees at supermarkets x. A quantitative method was used with sample of 53 employees with non-probability sampling techniques. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires as research instruments with workload scale and work stress scale. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing using moderation regression analysis. The results of study showed: 1) there was an effect of workload on work stress in employees at supermarkets x. The value of Rsquare coefficient is 0.645, which means a strong relationship between the influence of workload variables on work stress variable by 64.5% and remaining 35.5% influenced by other variables.; 2) Gender doesnt moderate the effect of workload on work stress in employees. This can be caused by things arent considered such as: number of samples that arent balanced between men and women, job characteristics, and working period.   Keyword : Workload, Work Stress, Gender and Moderation.

Abstract

Since June 2020, passing a psychological test is the main requirement to obtain and extend a driver's license, to complement the ability to concentrate, accuracy, self-control, adaptability, emotional stability and work endurance. It is expected to prevent accidents due to psychological factors from the driver. So it's not just driving and riding skills but also a driving attitude with a responsible attitude for safety. This is what soft skills are measured through the psychological test. According to the data that has been collected, many traffic accidents are caused by the psychological condition of the driver. Through psychological tests, drivers will be assessed from several aspects, namely the ability to concentrate, accuracy, self-control, adaptability, emotional stability and work endurance. And it is hoped that other drivers will also feel confident that other drivers around them have good psychological aspects so as not to endanger their safety.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the role of  Life Design Pictorial Narrative group counseling in improving career adaptability among four internship students at PT Swabina Gatra. This research employed a quasi-experimental design using a one-group pretest–posttest model. The participants were four internship students with low to moderate levels of career adaptability based on the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS). The intervention was conducted through three stages: Problem Picture, Preferred Outcome Picture, and Baby Steps Picture. Data were collected through CAAS measurements, observations, interviews, and participants’ visual reflections. The results indicate an improvement in career adaptability after the intervention, particularly in the dimensions of career concern, career control, career curiosity, and career confidence. The findings also show that career adaptability is influenced by internal and external supporting and inhibiting factors, such as motivation, intention, curiosity, workload, social support, and workplace communication. Overall, Life Design Pictorial Narrative group counseling is effective in enhancing internship students’ career readiness in a professional work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas program gamifikasi berbasis digital dalam meningkatkan perilaku kedisiplinan tenaga magang di PT Swabina Gatra. Fenomena awal menunjukkan pelanggaran kedisiplinan, seperti keterlambatan hadir, ketidakpatuhan presensi, penggunaan atribut yang tidak sesuai, serta keterlambatan pengumpulan laporan administrasi. Penelitian menggunakan desain one-group pretest–posttest dengan sepuluh peserta magang sebagai sampel. Intervensi gamifikasi diberikan selama 14 hari melalui penerapan sistem poin, badge, tantangan harian, dan leaderboard sebagai bentuk feedback dan penguatan perilaku adaptif. Hasil analisis menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest (p < 0,05), dengan nilai N-Gain Score kategori sedang. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa gamifikasi efektif sebagai pendekatan intervensi berbasis perilaku yang mampu meningkatkan kedisiplinan melalui mekanisme motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkuat pemahaman mengenai peran gamifikasi sebagai strategi modifikasi perilaku dalam konteks organisasi. Secara praktis, penelitian memberikan rekomendasi pengembangan budaya kerja disiplin dengan pendekatan yang suportif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari intervensi kartu afirmasi positif terhadap peningkatan self confidence pada mahasiswa magang di PT Swabina Gatra. Latar belakang penelitian muncul dari temuan bahwa beberapa mahasiswa magang memiliki self confidence yang rendah saat menjalankan tugas, seperti ragu dalam mengambil keputusan, kurang berani berkomunikasi dengan orang lain, serta memerlukan petunjuk berulang. Kondisi ini berpotensi menghambat kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi tuntutan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pretest–posttest terhadap enam peserta yang dipilih berdasarkan skor self confidence dalam kategori rendah. Intervensi dilakukan selama 14 hari melalui pemberian kartu afirmasi positif yang dibaca, dipahami, dan diinternalisasikan setiap hari. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan skala self confidence yang telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test untuk melihat perbedaan skor sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada skor self confidence peserta, terlihat dari peningkatan skor pretest ke setiap sesi intervensi hingga posttest. Selain itu, peserta melaporkan perubahan perilaku, seperti lebih percaya diri dalam berkomunikasi, lebih tenang saat menerima tugas, serta lebih mampu mengelola pikiran secara positif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi kartu afirmasi positif memiliki dampak yang efektif dalam meningkatkan self confidence mahasiswa magang sebagai bagian dari kesiapan kerja.
