<![CDATA[Abstract: Neoadjuvant chemotherapy is given 3-4 cycles before surgery for locally advanced breast cancer. Aimed at reducing tumour size, killing micrometastases. The purpose was to determine differences in SGPT activity before the first cycle and third cycle of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients locally advanced breast cancer luminal subtypes. The research was analytic observational, retrospective cohort method. Sampling with a total sampling technique, data analysis using a paired t-test. Results obtained 18 samples inclusion criteria with median SGPT activity before first cycle of neoadjuvant chemotherapy 13.5U/L with lowest value of 6 U/L highest value of 51 U/L, median SGPT activity before third cycle of neoadjuvant chemotherapy 17.5 U/L lowest value of 9 U/L highest value of 50 U/L. There was a significant difference (p=0.044) SGPT activity before the first cycle and third cycle of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients locally advanced breast cancer luminal subtypes in Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin in January-June 2019 period. Abstrak: Kemoterapi neoadjuvan dilakukan sebelum operasi sebanyak 3-4 siklus untuk ca mammae lanjut lokal. Bertujuan memperkecil ukuran tumor dan membunuh mikrometastasis. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan aktivitas SGPT sebelum siklus pertama dan siklus ketiga kemoterapi neoadjuvan pada penderita ca mammae stadium lanjut lokal subtipe luminal. Penelitian bersifat observasional analitik dengan metode Kohort Retrospektif. Penganbilan sampel dengan teknik total sampling dan analisis data menggunakan uji t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 18 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dengan median aktivitas SGPT sebelum siklus pertama kemoterapi neoadjuvan 13,5U/L dengan nilai terendah 6 U/L nilai tertinggi 51 U/L, median aktivitas SGPT sebelum siklus ketiga kemoterapi neoadjuvan 17,5 U/L dengan nilai terendah 9 U/L nilai tertinggi 50 U/L. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna (p = 0,044) aktivitas SGPT sebelum siklus pertama dan siklus ketiga kemoterapi neoadjuvan pada penderita ca mammae stadium lanjut lokal subtipe luminal di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin periode Januari - Juni 2019.
