Abstract

The background that prompted the researcher to conduct this research was to apply B.F Skinner's learning theory to PAI learning and to be able to motivate students in PAI learning worship materials in class. As we know that there are still many students who experience a decline, especially in their morals. Teachers are responsible for correcting the moral decline that occurs in the classroom, both religious teachers and other teachers. Therefore, Islamic religious education is able to improve, change things that are not good, shortcomings and weaknesses in student beliefs. This relates to the formation of behavior in accordance with the theory of B.F Skinner. The purpose of this study was to find out how the process of applying B.F Skinner's theory in PAI learning in the classroom. With the implementation of learning based on the process of learning theory B.F Skinner is expected to be able to motivate students in the spirit of learning. The method that researchers use in this research is a type of qualitative research. The results showed that with the application of B.F Skinner's theory, students who previously had unruly behavior and lacked learning skills, after applying this theory, students' learning motivation and morals increased.

Abstract

Learning motivation is the key to success in teaching and learning assessment activities in elementary schools. However, learning assessment instruments so far tend to be monotonous and boring for students. The purpose of this research is to describe how the application of the Quizizz application which is a medium for conducting assessments in online learning, and to describe the increase in students' learning motivation through this Quizizz application. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, the results of interviews and observations are a data collection technique in this study. The research was carried out at Al-Azhar Islamic Elementary School, Cairo, Pagar Alam City, South Sumatra. The results of research in the field prove that the application of the Quizizz application, which is a medium in the assessment of the teaching and learning process, can foster interest and motivation to learn. This can be seen from the activeness and enthusiasm of student learning, competing to get high scores, and so on. Through the Quizizz application, students can learn while playing.

Abstract

Research indicates that learning motivation is crucial to determine a successful learning process for students. In fact, the reality in the research field, students' motivation for Natural Science learning subjects in elementary schools is still lacking. The researcher will subsequently apply or examine the learning models. The research is conducted to explain whether the implementation of web-based e-learning in thematic learning, especially Natural Science learning subjects, can build students' learning motivation or not. The research location was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Plus Nur Rahma in Bengkulu. The time of conducting the research is the even semester in the academic year 2021/2022. The method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection is direct interview and documentation techniques. The research results imply that implementing an e-learning model can increase students' learning motivation. The implication of the research is that teachers or thematic learning for Natural Science learning subjects in elementary schools are recommended to utilize this web-based e-learning learning model.Â
