Abstract

Transparansi pelayanan publik adalah keterbukaan pemerintah dalam memberikan informasi yang terkait dengan aktivitas pengelolaan sumber daya publik kepada pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan informasi. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transparansi informasi pelayanan pengurusan surat izin usaha yang diselenggarakan oleh Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Malang. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif, dalam penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat desksriptif yaitu untuk mengetahui atau menggambarkan kenyataan dari kejadian yang diteliti dengan melalui hasil observasi. Proses analisis data dilakukan secara terus menerus dimulai dengan menelaah seluruh data yang tersedia dari berbagai sumber, yaitu dari wawancara, observasi, pengamatan yang sudah dituliskan dalam catatan lapangan, dokumen dan sebagainya sampai dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Fokus penelitian dibagi atas sembilan (9) dimensi yaitu manajemen dan penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik, prosedur pelayanan, persyaratan teknis dan administrasi, perincian biaya pelayanan, jangka waktu penyelesaian layanan, pejabat yang berwenang dan bertanggung jawab, janji pelayanan, standar pelayanan dan lokasi pelayanan. Hasil penelitian di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Malang menunjukkan bahwa transparansi informasi pelayanan pengurusan surat izin usaha di Kota Malang yang diselenggarakan oleh Badan Perizinan Terpadu dan Penanaman Modal belum sepenuhnya transparan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Hal ini dilihat dari perincian biaya pelayanan, waktu penyelesaian layanan dan janji pelayanan yang masih belum terpublikasikan dengan baik serta lokasi pelayanan yang kurang strategis tentunya akan berimbas pada proses penyelesaian layanan surat izin usaha yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of REBT group counseling with journaling techniques in reducing pornography addiction in class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Candiroto Temanggung. This study used a one group pretest posttest design. The research subjects were selected by perposiv sampling. The research sample consisted of 10 students who were included in the experimental group. Collecting data using observations and a questionnaire on pornography addiction. The data analysis technique used the Wilcoxon test with the help of SPSS for windows version 16.0. The results showed that the journaling technique group counseling had an effect on pornography addiction to the XI grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Candiroto Temanggung. This is evidenced by the difference in the average score of the experimental group pornography addiction scale. The results of the decrease in the pretest and posttest scores were the highest score of 54 or (29.8%) and the lowest was 22 or (14.2%). The average pretest and posttest pornography addiction was 33.8 or (21.4%). The more the students' pornography addiction scale score decreased, it proved that the effect of group counseling with journaling techniques could reduce pornography addiction in the experimental class.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh art therapy menggambar dalam layanan konseling kelompok untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan emosi marah remaja yang dilaksanakan di Panti Pelayanan Sosial Kumuda Putera Puteri Magelang.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pre eksperimen dengan model One group pretest-posttest design. Subyek penelitian dipilih secara purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 6 remaja yang mempunyai pengelolaan emosi rendah yang mendapatkan perlakuan dengan layanan konseling kelompok melalui penerapan art therapy menggambar. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis parametik Uji Paired Sample T-test.Hasil dari sig menunjukkan p= 0,001 < 0,05, hasil problabilitas menunjukkan 0,05 hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatkan pengelolaan emosi marah antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan art therapy menggambar dalam layanan konseling kelompok. Peningkatan skor tertinggi adalah 21 atau 21,8 % dan skor terendah sebesar 8 atau sekitar 8%, rata-rata peningkatan skor sebesar 13,3 atau sekitar 13,8%. Kesimpulannya art therapy dalam layanan konseling kelompok dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan emosi marah remaja.

Abstract

This study purposes to determine the effect of group counseling services with token economy techniques to increase student learning motivation. The method of data collection is done by using a learning motivation questionnaire. The validity test of the learning motivation questionnaire instrument used the product moment formula while the reliability test used the Cronbach alpha formula with the help of SPSS for Windows version 23.0. The analysis prerequisite test consists of a normality test and a homogeneity test. Data analysis used parametric statistical techniques, namely the Paired Sample T-Test test with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 20.0 program. The results showed that group counseling with the token economy technique had an effect on increasing students' learning motivation. This is evidenced from the results of the analysis of the Paired Sample T-Test on those who were treated with a probability value of sig (2 – tailed) 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, there is a difference in the average score of the student learning motivation questionnaire before and after treatment on students by 27.34%. The results of the study can be concluded that group counseling with the token economy technique can increase students' learning motivation. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling with cognitive behavior therapy techniques to improving the level of indiscipline of students who have low self-catility in class VIII students of MTs Yajri Payaman, Secang District, Magelang Regency. This is evidenced by the difference in the mean score of the experimental group students' indiscipline scale. The results of the decrease in pretest and posttest scores were the highest score of 59 or (30.1%) and the lowest was 4 or (2.3%). The disciplinary average of the pretest and posttest students was 28.3 or (17.8%). The more the students' undisciplined scale score decreased, it proved that the effect of group counseling with cognitive behavior therapy techniques could reduce the level of indiscipline of the experimental class students. Abstract

The mother's confidence in the care and development of early childhood is very important because it will influence the child's parenting patterns. Therefore, knowing mothers' beliefs in parenting and early childhood development is the aim of this research. Mothers' confidence in implementing care for children has a big impact on optimizing aspects of children's development. The survey was conducted involving 45 mothers. The instrument used is the Early Parenting Attitude Questionnaire (EPAQ). Descriptive statistical analysis and Eta test as analysis techniques in this research. The findings obtained show that 1) the initial learning (EL) aspect has a low average, especially in the statement that providing an explanation about the reasons for the enactment of regulations will not be effective because children do not understand and children do not need to learn about numbers and mathematics until children enter school, and 2) there is a large relationship in parenting beliefs with educational background as well as maternal employment. The findings obtained were that the majority of mothers had positive beliefs in caring for children, but parenting seen from initial learning activities at home was still lacking. The implication of this study is that by creating a program, one of which is that mother schools can provide opportunities for prospective mothers or mothers to learn about parenting. Apart from that, mothers also need to be equipped with self-management of emotions so that mothers can manage their emotions when caring for their children.
