Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dan mengetahui dampak game online terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Swasta Karya Botombawo, untuk mengetahui apa upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi dampak bermain game online terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik di SMP Swasta Karya Botombawo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian ditemukan bahwa dampak game online terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik adalah peserta didik yang kecanduan game berlebihan dapat memberikan pengaruh buruk terhadap dirinya sendiri yang membuat peserta didik lupa akan pekerjaannya, belajar dan mengabaikan tugas-tugas yang diberikan kepadanya yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap prestasi akademik yang didapatkan oleh peserta didik, akibat terlalu sering bermain game online dapat mengakibatkan menurunnya keseriusan dan keaktifannya siswa di dalam belajar. Selanjutnya upaya yang di lakukan guru dalam mengatasi dampak game online ini terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik yaitu guru selalu memberikan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat melibatkan semua siswa seperti kegiatan olahraga dan kegiatan-kegiatan lain seperti kegiatan di dalam kelas bernyanyi, kuis yang dapat membuat siswa itu aktif dan tidak terfokus untuk main game.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk, kendala dan upaya yang dihadapi guru PPKn dalam penanaman nilai-nilai anti korupsi pada siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UPTD SMP Negeri 3 Mandrehe Barat, Kabupaten Nias Barat dengan subjek penelitian yakni kepala sekolah, guru PPKN dan 5 orang siswa UPTD SMP Negeri 3 Mandrehe Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan penanaman nilai-nilai anti korupsi pada siswa UPTD SMP Negeri 3 Mandrehe Barat yaitu (1). pada kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas guru memberikan pemahaman disertai dengan contoh-contoh yang dipahami siswa terkait dengan nilai-nilai anti korupsi, (2). dalam kegiatan ekstrakulikuler misalnya kegiatan pramuka yang membentuk sikap dan kepribadian siswa supaya lebih mandiri, bertanggungjawab, displin, berani, bekerja keras, sederhana yang merupakan nilai-nilai anti korupsi itu sendiri, dan (3). melalui keteladanan perilaku anti korupsi yang ditunjukkan oleh kepala sekolah, guru-guru dan pegawai yang ada di UPTD SMP Negeri 3 Mandrehe Barat supaya siswa dapat meneladani sikap tersebut. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam penanaman nilai-nilai anti korupsi kepada siswa dengan cara melakukan pendekatan persuasif dan pemberian pandangan melalui pembudayaan dan mengajarkan pembiasaan nilai-nilai anti korupsi serta gambaran dan bahaya serta dampak dari tindakan korupsi pada siswa, serta memberikan sanksi atas perilaku siswa yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan atau tata tertib.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of teachers in increasing the social interaction of children with special needs in SLB Negeri Gunungsitoli. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The technique of determining the research subject is by using a purposive sampling technique. The research informants comprised 2 people, namely the Principal of the Gunungsitoli State SLB and 1 Gunungsitoli State SLB teacher. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification and confirmation of conclusions. This study uses the triangulation method to obtain a technique for measuring the validity of the data. It was concluded that the Gunungsitoli State Special School (SLB) presence was very meaningful, especially for Children with Special Needs (ABK), especially regarding social interaction with peers in their learning environment and the community. Teachers must carry out persuasive strategies, and spiritual and humanist approaches, both between teachers and students and between students. Social interaction between students can be well established, active communication is established, and the creation of a spiritual relationship that continues to grow and develop.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism has a strategic position in the success of student learning achievement. The research objectives are to obtain data, find out how much influence, find out whether there is an influence of civic education teacher professionalism on student learning achievement. The research method is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, the population is class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Boronadu totaling 116, a sample of 22% of 116 as many as 25 people. The instrument is a closed questionnaire of teacher professionalism and learning achievement. Variable reliability test (X) output =0.752 and =0.396, then (0.752) > (0.396) output reliable. Variable (Y) (0.669)> (0.396) output valid. Reliability test of variable (X) =0.785 and =0.396 output reliable and variable (Y) is =0.836 and =0.396 output reliable. The output correlation coefficient test is 0.831 classified as high. The coefficient of determination test is 69 percent. Hypothesis testing = 7.165 and = 1.714 significant level of 0.05 or 5%, in the sense that the hypothesis Ha data is accepted.

Abstract

Moral reasoning is a person's ability to weigh alternative decisions and determine the possible direction of action that must be carried out in dealing with certain social situations, and the level of development of this ability. This research is motivated by problems caused by the submission of recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in the implementation process, there are deviations from government regulations and policies related to PKH during the implementation of the plan. The submission of recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Mazingo Tanose'o Village, Hiliduho District, Nias Regency has not been based on Moral Reasoning. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of moral reasoning in the application of PKH recipients, the reasons for submitting the names of PKH recipients not yet based on Moral Reasoning and the efforts made so that the application of PKH recipients does not deviate from the rules. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and with a total of 9 informants. The submission of PKH recipients has been based on the application of moral reasoning, but in its implementation the Village Head only has the authority to submit data on prospective PKH recipients. Efforts made so that the submission of PKH recipients does not deviate from the rules are that the Village Facilitator or the Social Service always updates the data, the Village Facilitator routinely conducts home visits to ensure the actual situation, as a community must provide original data to the Social Service and use PKH funds specifically for children's health and education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts made to foster student character through the literacy movement and to find out the obstacles faced in fostering character and the obstacles faced by teachers in fostering student character through the school literacy movement. This research uses a qualitative method by taking a descriptive approach. The research instrument in this study is the researcher himself by observing, asking, listening, asking and taking research data using a cellphone as a tool to record all conversations, pictures as real evidence, and a notebook that serves to record conversations with data sources or informants. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research and discussion concluded that: first, a very important aspect in fostering students' character through the school literacy movement is by providing students with reading materials containing ethical values, local, national and global wisdom, which are delivered according to the development of students, direct practice in the environment, Implementation of monitoring and evaluation of GLS (School Literacy Movement) activities using indicators of the achievement of each stage. Second, the obstacles faced include some elements in the school that are not ready to participate in literacy activities carried out to realize literacy activities, the cooperation and participation of every element in the school is important to realize quality school literacy activities. Third, the obstacles faced by teachers are at the habituation stage, development, Teachers do not understand the purpose and objectives of the School Literacy Movement, Students are difficult to manage, the room is not large enough, the library schedule, the library is not large enough, and there are not many books.
