Abstract

The internalization of Pancasila is carried out from an early age. This is related to the problems in the community of the fading of the noble values of the Indonesian state's guidelines for life. The final goal of this study was to find the methods used by Teachers in instilling Pancasila values in early childhood in kindergarten. Qualitative research methods are used to achieve this goal by making kindergarten teachers as informants determined through purposive techniques and Snowball sampling. Data was collected by placing researchers as the primary "tool" supported by interviewing, observation, and documentation techniques. The netted data was analyzed with miles and Huberman's qualitative data analysis techniques. The results concluded that kindergarten teachers' level of knowledge and understanding about the types of learning methods in early childhood is quite good. Methods of planting Pancasila values used in some kindergartens in West Gunungsitoli Subdistrict include playing, telling stories, singing, conversing, demonstrations, role-playing, habituation methods, and tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of teachers in increasing the social interaction of children with special needs in SLB Negeri Gunungsitoli. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The technique of determining the research subject is by using a purposive sampling technique. The research informants comprised 2 people, namely the Principal of the Gunungsitoli State SLB and 1 Gunungsitoli State SLB teacher. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification and confirmation of conclusions. This study uses the triangulation method to obtain a technique for measuring the validity of the data. It was concluded that the Gunungsitoli State Special School (SLB) presence was very meaningful, especially for Children with Special Needs (ABK), especially regarding social interaction with peers in their learning environment and the community. Teachers must carry out persuasive strategies, and spiritual and humanist approaches, both between teachers and students and between students. Social interaction between students can be well established, active communication is established, and the creation of a spiritual relationship that continues to grow and develop.

Abstract

Globalisasi merupakan era yang memasuki ruang lingkup dunia, dan mempengaruhi semua aspek kehidupan termasuk pola pikir dan perilaku sosial siswa. Budaya asing sangat mempengaruhi perilaku sosial siswa, terbukti semakin memudarnya nilai-nilai budaya lokal. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui data tentang pengaruh globalisasi terhadap perilaku sosial siswa, menghitung besarnya keterkaitan globalisasi atas perilaku sosial siswa, mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh globalisasi terhadap perilaku sosial siswa di kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Alasa Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Metode yang di pakai yakni metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan untuk instrumen menggunakan angket tertutup dengan soal angket globalisasi dan soal angket perilaku sosial siswa. Hasil pengolahan angket pengaruh globalisasi sebesar 80,29% dengan kategori baik, hasil angket perilaku sosial siswa sebesar 79,55% dengan kategori baik. Dari hasil pengolahan data dapat dinyatakan bahwa ternyata globalisasi dengan perilaku sosial siswa memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan kategori tinggi, responden siswa SMK Negeri 3 Alasa.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism has a strategic position in the success of student learning achievement. The research objectives are to obtain data, find out how much influence, find out whether there is an influence of civic education teacher professionalism on student learning achievement. The research method is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, the population is class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Boronadu totaling 116, a sample of 22% of 116 as many as 25 people. The instrument is a closed questionnaire of teacher professionalism and learning achievement. Variable reliability test (X) output =0.752 and =0.396, then (0.752) > (0.396) output reliable. Variable (Y) (0.669)> (0.396) output valid. Reliability test of variable (X) =0.785 and =0.396 output reliable and variable (Y) is =0.836 and =0.396 output reliable. The output correlation coefficient test is 0.831 classified as high. The coefficient of determination test is 69 percent. Hypothesis testing = 7.165 and = 1.714 significant level of 0.05 or 5%, in the sense that the hypothesis Ha data is accepted.

Abstract

Hak asasi anak merupakan bagian penting dari hak asasi manusia yang harus dilindungi oleh orangtua, keluarga, masyarakat, dan negara. Prinsip dasar Konvensi Hak Anak meliputi hak hidup, tumbuh kembang, dan non-diskriminasi. Konvensi ini diratifikasi oleh 196 negara dan mencakup hak ekonomi, sipil, politik, dan budaya anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk regulasi perlindungan hukum HAM anak terhadap kekerasan berdasarkan Konvensi Hak Anak 1989, regulasi perlindungan anak di Indonesia sebagai tindak lanjut kesepakatan internasional dan regulasi perlindungan hukum kekerasan terhadap anak di Indonesia dan Malaysia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah hukum normatif dengan analisis dokumen dan data sekunder seperti undang-undang, putusan pengadilan, teori hukum, dan karya ilmiah. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Konvensi Hak Anak mendorong perlindungan optimal terhadap anak, (2) Regulasi perlindungan anak di Indonesia berlandaskan Pancasila dan UUD 1945 meliputi aspek materiil, formil, pokok, dan sektoral, (3) Implementasi konvensi di Indonesia dan Malaysia melibatkan penegakan hukum tegas melalui putusan hakim yang adil. Kesimpulannya, Konvensi Hak Anak membebankan kewajiban khusus bagi negara untuk mengakui hak hidup anak yang melekat secara alamiah, serta menciptakan standar hidup layak bagi perkembangan fisik, mental, spiritual, moral, dan sosial anak. Responsifnya PBB dalam perjanjian ini membentuk komunitas global yang melindungi martabat dan hak anak di dunia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah kajian kepustakaan tentang pendekatan teori konstruktivisme dalam proses belajar mengajar. Meskipun demikian perlu di kaji lebih mendalam lagi penerapannya sesuai dengan teori yang sudah ditetapkan. Untuk melakukan hal tersebut maka penelitian ini dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan tentang “Bagaimana kajian analisis pendekatan teori konstruktivisme dalam proses belajar mengajar? kajian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pendekatan teori konstruktivisme dan dampaknya dalam proses belajar mengajar. Berdasarkan kelima jurnal tersebut yang telah dikaji peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwa pendekatan teori konstruktivisme dapat digunakan kedalam semua bentuk pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, karena pendekatan pembelajaran ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dasar siswa dan memunculkan suatu keterlibatan aktif siswa untuk mengembangkan sendiri kemampuan belajar sehingga dalam pelaksaaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori konstruktivisme ini, siswa mempunyai keleluasaan serta kebebasan untuk mengeksplorasi seluruh kemampuannya dan untuk mengkonstruksikan sendiri pengetahuan berupa ide-ide dan gagasan-gagasan baru yang bersifat membangun berdasarkan topik dan materi sebelumnya yang telah dijelaskan oleh guru. Maka sesuai dengan perumusan masalah dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa “pendekatan teori konstruktivisme mempunyai dampak yang sigifikan terhadap proses belajar mengajar”.

Abstract

Learning as a part of education is the spearhead of determining whether or not educational goals are achieved, so that the quality of learning is intimately associated with the caliber of education. Lesson study implementation is one attempt to raise the standard of education in the modern world. Lesson Study is a coaching endeavor aimed at enhancing the learning process that is carried out by a group of teachers in a collaborative and ongoing manner when it comes to organizing, carrying out, monitoring, and reporting learning outcomes. An educational paradigm that includes strategies to raise the standard of instruction by using the application of lesson study is a very relevant and effective approach. Lesson Study is a cooperative approach where educators plan, monitor, and reflect on their learning together. The learning community is one of the cornerstones of lesson study. The research method used in this article is a literature review. The quality of learning, autonomous learning during lesson study, and methods for putting lesson study into practice to raise learning quality are all included in this research.

Abstract

The Pancasila economic system aims to renew the national economy in a structured, systematic, and massive manner by ensuring constitutional freedom in sustainable development based on family values to improve the quality of human life. The research formulates an effective strategy to implement the Pancasila Economic System within sustainable development, identifying challenges and obstacles and evaluating the impact of its family-based approach. This study employs literature research, collecting data through reviews of books, articles, journals, and relevant internet sources. The data collection tool is document research, and the data is analyzed qualitatively. Results indicate that an effective strategy for implementing the Pancasila economic system involves stakeholder and government involvement in policy-making, using a conceptual foundation to guide development. The system faces challenges such as global competition, foreign cultural influences, and technological transformation. To address these, collaboration among the government, private sector, and community is essential. For economic progress, the Pancasila economic democracy should be implemented based on kinship principles, emphasizing ethical, democratic values and a social sense of kinship among economic actors.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology is one of the technologies that must be developed in the world of education. This research uses a qualitative method by taking a descriptive approach. The research instrument in this study is the researcher himself by observing, asking, listening, requesting and collecting research data by using a cellphone as a tool to record all conversations, resulting images as real evidence, and a notebook which functions to record conversations with the data source or informant. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research and discussion concluded that: first, the use of information and communication technology at SMP N 1 Gomo school, namely, by integrating information and communication technology into the school curriculum. This is done by teachers and students to facilitate the learning process more effectively by utilizing information and communication technology (ICT) as a tool to support learning in various subjects. Second, the importance of (ICT) in learning is very influential, with the presence of (ICT) in schools teachers and students can quickly interact in the teaching and learning process. Then there, the use of information technology as a student learning resource is reflected in its use as a learning resource at home and its use in the learning process. Abstract

Civic disposition is an important aspect of civic education, because it functions to shape the character of students who are responsible, tolerant, and active in democratic life. This study aims to describe and analyze the role of school principals, Civics teachers in instilling civic disposition to students at UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Mandrehe Utara. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews. Using thematic analysis techniques to explore various information from related parties in the schools studied. The results showed that Civics teachers have a strategic role in instilling civic disposition through active learning approaches, providing role models, and integrating civic values in intracurricular and extracurricular activities. Although there are several obstacles such as limited learning time and lack of support from the outside environment, teachers still try to shape students' positive attitudes towards democratic values, social responsibility, and respect for differences. Thus, the role of Civics teachers is very significant in shaping young citizens who have character and contribute to the life of the nation and state.
