Abstract

Wahana Baru bergerak dibidang pendistribusian Sparepart khusus kendaraan roda dua. Wahana Baru sudah berdiri sejak 18 tahun yg lalu atau lebih tepatnya pada tanggal 29 maret 2003 dengan nama yang tidak pernah berubah yaitu Wahana Baru. Dunia usaha yang dijalani pada era modern ini sangat bergantung pada komputerisasi yang semakin berkembang dan menjadi pendukung dalam berbagai kegiatan yang ada di dalam perusahaan atau organisasi. Pada kegiatan Distribusi dibutuhkannya aplikasi sistem distribusi sparepart motor untuk memudahkan customer dalam memesan sparepart pada CV. Wahana Baru untuk mendukung kegiatan menjadi lebih berkembang. Untuk mewujudkan sistem informasi distribusi sparepart motor maka dirancang aplikasi sistem informasi distribusi sparepart motor berbasis web pada CV. Wahana Baru. Dalam mendefinisikan kebutuhan dan analisa pengembangan sistem dilakukan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan pengkajian pustaka dari berbagai sumber informasi. Untuk metode analisa dan perancangannya menggunakan Unifield Modelling languange (UML). Sistem Informasi Distribusi Sparepart Motor menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Prepocessor (PHP) dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Distribusi Sparepart Motor, maka proses yang terkait dalam hal distribusi sparepart motor menjadi lebih mudah digunakan, akurat, dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

Campus or college is an institution as well as an institution that is included in the education sector. Now the campus is included in a business sector that is engaged in education. Therefore, the campus is also inseparable from the promotion process. The promotion carried out by the campus has the aim of making prospective new students register on the campus. For private campuses, students are input that can be useful to continue the operational process for the campus. The problem that is still widely found at this time is the process of determining campus promotions is still based on assumptions. Where the assumptions used are not based on a fact or special reference. Determination of promotion on campus can be seen based on the data of students who have registered actively on the campus. From the student data, it can be processed based on Regional Origin, School Origin, Department and Study Program taken. Data mining is a technique used to process large amounts of data. Frequent Pattern Growth Algorithm (FP-Growth) is an algorithm that is included in the data mining association technique. The results obtained in the study that for determining the promotion strategy are if you take the Study Program = Informatics Engineering (PS1) then the Department = Science (J1) and Regional Origin = Deli Serdang (AD1) with a Support value = 30% and a Confidence value = 60% and Department = Science (J1), Regional Origin = Deli Serdang (AD1) with Support = 30% and Confidence = 75%. Based on the results of the process that was carried out, it was found that the promotion target was Deli Serdang, the Department was Science and the Study Program of interest was Informatics Engineering.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the most difficult social problems to be solved by the Indonesian government, even in other words, the problem cannot be eliminated. So that the Indonesian government seeks to reduce the level of poverty by making social assistance programs to people who have economic problems. There are many aid programs set by the Indonesian government, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH). The Decision Support System is applied in this study as a system for the decision of the recipient of the family of hope. In determining the decision of the recipient of the right family program, it must meet the criteria for Poor Card Ownership, Employment, Income, Number of Dependents and Home Ownership Status. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed in solving existing problems by applying the ROC (Rank Order Centroid) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) methods which can generate weight and preference values ​​from the first ranked alternative. . So that the recipient of the family of hope program lies in alternative A2 on behalf of Joko Sutirno with a value of 1.0000.

Abstract

Congestion has become a significant problem for road users, in particular, the occurrence of queues at intersections. Traffic lights have an important role related to the control system to regulate road users so that they are orderly in every queue at the crossroads. The current traffic light control system still uses a static timing system, so to solve this problem an innovation is needed in the form of making a traffic light monitoring device at a five-lane intersection using a web-based microcontroller as the input used to control road user traffic lights. The design of this tool uses a module with the ESP8266 series as a module capable of managing and sending data via internet media, by installing three LEDs each on five lanes which will be processed automatically, equipped with a buzzer component as a marker where traffic light signs are placed. . The circuit will be controlled using an Arduino type microcontroller with the ATmega2560 series. The results of the tests carried out show that the website that has been made can control LEDs, with a buzzer as a marker of information regarding the state of the traffic light, it can work with related provisions at intersections.

Abstract

The Indonesian Judicial Commission Employee Cooperative in the process has several problems, namely the loan application process is still in the form of paper which is prone to loss. Cooperative members do not know whether the savings and loan application process are accepted or rejected. Then in the process of saving, borrowing, instalment and member registration transactions that cannot be accessed online. For the analysis method and the concept of this information system, the Unified Modelling Language (UML) model with the Flutter programming language and MySQL database is used. With the construction of an employee cooperative savings and loan information system at the Indonesian judicial commission, it can solve the problems faced in the company. Such as loan applications, saving, borrowing, instalment and member registration processes. This reduces work using Microsoft Excel or Word and file filling. The results obtained with the construction of this information system accelerate the savings and loan process and facilitate access to the application process.

Abstract

PT. Adya Prima manages buildings in Jakarta and other areas in Indonesia, one of which is The Lavende Residence Apartment. The existence of komplaints at The Lavende Residence Apartment which is managed by PT. Adya Prima is currently accepting komplaints from apartment residents through handling officers, so that residents need more time to complete the komplaint process. So, a web-based komplaint application was designed that can be used by residents to file complaints to find out the process, so that customers do not need to meet directly and the complaint process can be resolved. The complaint application is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to help describe business processes as well as in making applications using the PHP and MySql programming languages.

Abstract

PT. Berkah Sinergi Keluarga Konsultindo or Quickle Permit is a virtual office (vo) service provider engaged in law and services located in South Jakarta. Based on the research that has been done by the author through direct observation of the company, it is known that PT. The blessing of the Synergy of the Konsultindo Family experienced an increase in the number of virtual office (vo) service users. Until 2022, service users from PT. Thanks to the Synergy of the Konsultindo Family, there are already 214 companies that use the virtual office (vo) service. Of the many virtual office (VO) rental orders, there is no system that can manage information about the availability of virtual office (VO) packages, prices, facilities, and problems in processing rental or client data that make current clients complain about some of these problems. The stages of system development in making this information system use the SDLC method and programming language (PHP) and with MySQL for data storage. With the web-based virtual office (VO) rental information system that we created, we will handle these problems by assisting clients in viewing information related to virtual offices (VO) and ordering virtual office (VO) rentals without having to come directly to the company and making it easier for clients to access information on availability of virtual office (VO) packages and make.

Abstract

PT. World Innovative Telecommunication is a company engaged in the retail sector. Especially in smartphone sales. Currently performance appraisal is still done manually where the manager takes data directly and then evaluates the data taken by manual calculation so that human errors often occur such as calculation errors in each calculation can occur around 5-9 times errors and data storage does not have back up so prone to data loss. From the description of the problems that occurred, it was designed and built a Web-Based Sales Performance Assessment Information System at PT. World Innovative Telecommunication which is expected to solve existing problems. For analysis and design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Web-Based Sales Performance Assessment Information System uses the programming language PHP and MySQL as its database.

Abstract

Law Firm Duma & Co is a professional legal consultant with high competence and integrity. The work unit for services and legal consultations is obliged to prepare a strategic plan that contains vision, mission, goals, strategies, policies, services, and is indicative in nature. The problem that occurs in the Duma Law Firm Office is that there is no information service regarding legal services that can be accessed by customers online and the customer must come to the Duma Law Firm Office to conduct a consultation. This process is very time consuming and consulting activities are not well documented due to the absence of complete reports during monitoring or evaluation. With these problems, there is an alternative that can help solve these problems by implementing a reliable computerized system. It is hoped that information can be obtained quickly, precisely and more efficiently and effectively. The design method used in this research is the Unifield Modeling Language (UML) method. While making applications in this study using the PHP programming language while the database uses MySQL.

Abstract

PT. Tenaga Satu persada yang biasa disingkat menjadi PT. TSP merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa tenaga kerja katering untuk pelayanan diatas kapal, PT. Tenaga satu persada berdiri pada tahun 2012. Dunia usaha yang dijalani pada era modern ini sangat bergantung terhadap komputerisasi yang semakin berkembang dan menjadi pendukung dalam berbagai kegiatan didalam perusahaan atau organisasi. PT. Tenaga satu persada memiliki kegiatan untuk mempersiapkan awak kapal dan mengatur penjadwalan keberangkatkan awak kapal tersebut. Pada kegiatan penjadwalan dibutuhkan adanya sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi untuk dapat mendukung kegiatan agar lebih berkembang. Untuk mewujudkan sistem penjadwalan keberangkatan awak kapal yang terkomputerisasi maka dirancang aplikasi sistem informasi penjadwalan awak kapal untuk PT. TSP. Khususnya pada kegiatan penjadwalan awak kapal dilakukan analisis terhadap sistem penjadwalan awak kapal yang saat ini berjalan sehingga aplikasi yang akan dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pada kegiatan tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode perancangan Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database MySQL. Dengan adanya aplikasi penjadwalan ini yang menghubungkan antara klien, manager operasional, dan admin dapat lebih mudah memantau penjadwalan keberangkatan awak kapal dan tidak terjadi adanya duplikasi data.
