Abstract

The phenomenon very disturbing for parents today is the pre-marital relationship. Even though this happens, but parents cannot limit children's relationships. With so many cases of early marriage phenomena due to pregnancy out of wedlock, it is expected that parents give love and more attention to children so that children do not look for love outside. In this study researchers used a qualitative approach. This type of research is descriptive research. The results of this discussion are that every woman who is pregnant before marriage can still get married with the man who impregnated her. Women who are pre-marital and intend to have marriages have the same requirements as virgin marriages (not pregnant) and there will also be no rejection of marriages from the religious affairs office. Unless the bride and groom are not yet old enough, if this happens, the bride and groom must request a marriage dispensation letter at the Local Religious Court. The religious affairs office will not process marriages before the Religious Court issued a marriage dispensation certificate for the bride.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Tulungagung memiliki Program Studi Magister Ekonomi Syariah yang sedang mengalami pertumbuhan. Animo masyarakat memilih Program Studi ini sangat tinggi, dan cenderung stabil dari tahun ke tahun meskipun di era pandemi covid 19 sekalipun. Untuk merespon tingginya minat masyarakat, pengelola Program Studi membuat kegiatan yang terprogram untuk meningkatkan kualitas sebagai bentuk rasa tanggungjawab terhadap sumberdaya insani yaitu mahasiswa. Kualitas yang dimaksud yaitu kualitas karya ilmiah yang dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa, sedangkan rasa tanggungjawab diimplementasikan dalam bentuk pelatihan Mendeley. Tujuan pelatihan ini yaitu: untuk memberi pengetahuan teoretis dan praktis kepada mahasiswa tentang aplikasi Mendeley dalam rangka memperkuat basis referensi karya ilmiah mahasiswa. Peserta pelatihan ini yaitu mahasiswa yang pada semester ganjil 2020/2021 ini menempuh matakuliah seminar proposal tesis yaitu sebanyak 44 (empat puluh empat) mahasiswa pada kelas A dan kelas B. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kombinasi teori dan praktik dengan tahapan: pre-test, pelaksanaan, post-test, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memberikan respon positif pada saat sesi teoretis yang ditunjukkan oleh partisipasi aktif dalam bentuk tanya jawab. Disamping itu, pada saat sesi praktik terdapat umpan balik dari peserta dan peserta dengan cepat dapat memahami dan mempraktikkan aplikasi Mendeley ini ke dalam proposal tesis.

Abstract

AbstrakEra digitalisasi merupakan sebuah zaman serba digital, segala sesuatu dapat kita lakukan dengan bantuan digital, dengan internet kita bisa mengakses informasi dimanapun dan kapanpun. Dalam hal pemasaran akan menjadi lebih mudah jika menggunakan bantuan digital. Konsumen tidak perlu bersusah payah untuk menemui penjual dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. UMKM Bendoagung tidak hanya cukup berbekal skill dan kreatifitas dalam menjalankan produksi. Namun mereka juga harus mahir dalam pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah memberikan wawasan terkait pemasaran digital. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan UMKM Bendoagung mampu mengembangkan diri dalam bidang pemasaran digital. Diawali dengan mencoba beberapa media social yang mereka punya seperti WhatsApp, Facebook dan Instagram, dan nantinya lambat laun akan merambah pada social media yang lain dan juga marketplace.  Keyword: Era digitalisasi, pemasaran produk, UMKM

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Sebagai suatu entitas bisnis, koperasi diharapkan dapat menjadi pelaku ekonomi yang beranggotakan masyarakat dengan kekuatan ekonomi terbatas menjadi pelaku ekonomi yang tanpa batas melalui bimbingan teknis. Berdasarkan pengamatan, persoalan mendasar koperasi sektor riil terletak pada aspek pengetahuan usaha yang cenderung terbatas sehingga membutuhkan program bimbingan teknis kepada pelaku ekonomi. Padahal pengetahuan usaha ini menjadi aspek paling penting sebelum membangun usaha sebagai salah satu bentuk prinsip kehati-hatian dalam berusaha. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini disamping untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan penguatan manajemen usaha pengelola koperasi serta untuk menguji perbedaan pemahaman mereka sebelum dan setelah mengikuti bimbingan teknis. Metode yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan masalah mitra PkM penelitian ini yaitu Community-Based Research (CBR) dimana pada aspek penentuan aksi atas temuan menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan melalui ceramah serta mengintegrasikannya dengan pengujian statistika terhadap hasil uji Pre-Test dan Post-Test. Mitra Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) kegiatan ini berjumlah 40 orang anggota Koperasi Wanita di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan nilai pemahaman peserta tentang manajemen pemasaran, manajemen produksi, manajemen keuangan dan manajemen sumber daya manusia sebelum dan setelah mengikuti kegiatan. Sedangkan secara statistik nilai uji Pre-Test berbeda secara signifikan dengan nilai uji Post-Test. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan teknis manajemen usaha mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota koperasi yang bergerak pada sektor riil. Kata Kunci: bimbingan teknis, Community-Based Research, manajemen usaha, koperasi wanita, sektor riil [English]: As a business entity, cooperatives are expected to become economic actors consisting of people with limited economic power to become economic actors without boundaries through technical assistance. It is deemed necessary to carry out this technical guidance, bearing in mind that based on in-depth observation, the fundamental problem of real sector cooperatives lies in business knowledge, which tends to be limited. Even though this business knowledge is the most important aspect before building a business as a form of prudential principles in doing business. This community service program aimed to provide knowledge and strengthen the business management of cooperative managers and to test their differences in understanding before and after participating in technical guidance. The method used was Community-Based Research (CBR) which is the aspect of determining action on findings using a training approach through lectures and integrating it with statistical testing of the results of the Pre-Test and Post-Test. This program involved 40 members of the Women's Cooperative in Tulungagung Regency. The results show an increase in the value of participants' understanding of marketing management, production management, financial management, and human resource management before and after participating in the activity. Statistically, the Pre-Test test scores differ significantly from the Post-Test test values. It can be concluded that business management technical guidance can increase the knowledge of cooperative members engaged in the real sector. Abstract

Fuel oil is currently the main need of the community in supporting various activities to drive the economy. Starting from providing electrical resources at home, motorized vehicles, and to trade as a source of income. To ease the burden on society and increase the wheels of the economy, the Government made a policy by providing subsidies for fuel. So that the price of fuel is not too high and affordable for the community. However, subsidized fuel is prone to misuse and even frequent irregularities, one of which is the practice of shifting. Shifting or known as ‘Melangsir” to the people of Palangkaraya city means buying subsidized fuel at gas stations and selling it at retail. This is qualitative research in which research data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation with suppliers or retailers, consumers. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is analyzed using descriptive analysis method. From the results of this study, it is explained that, according to the positive law regulated by Oil and Gas Law of Indonesian Law number 22 of 2001, Melangsir and buying and selling of retail fuel in Palangkaraya is a criminal act that is prohibited by the government, this is stated in Article 53. In Islamic Economic Practice shifting and buying and selling of retail fuel is permitted as long as it applies Islamic economic principles and aims for the benefit of all parties.

Abstract

A phenomenon in society shows that normal children and children with disabilities cannot be separated as social communities. Inclusive education programs are designed to be implemented in schools to help children with disabilities receive an education alongside their peers and reach their full potential. This research aims to examine the implementation of inclusive learning design in the 5.0 era. Inclusive learning designs must be prepared and implemented with mature concepts based on students' goals, needs, and abilities. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with Al Azhaar Islamic Elementary School (IES) Tulungagung, Tumur Java, Indonesia as the research location. Data collection instruments in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants involved in this research were 40 people consisting of students, teachers, and inclusive school managers at Al-Azhaar Islamic Elementary School, Tulungagung, who were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Inductive data analysis was carried out in this research with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this research show the characteristics of inclusive learning that is friendly and comfortable for students with special needs. The design and development of inclusive learning is carried out by ensuring that life skills and technology learning are maintained and mastered by students as a scientific preparation for the future.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that provide both formal and non-formal learning for their students. Anwarul Haromain Islamic Boarding School in Baruharjo, Durenan, Trenggalek, represents a modern Islamic education model that applies a mono-management system, integrating three formal education levels (junior high school, senior high school, and vocational school) under one institutional leadership. This research aims to analyze the implementation strategy, management process, and leadership pattern in developing a one-roof educational institution. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that leadership at Anwarul Haromain Islamic Boarding School is centered on the kiai as the visionary leader, supported by the heads of madrasah and administrative staff who act as policy executors. The mono-management system enhances effectiveness, efficiency, and institutional coordination, while challenges related to communication and resistance are mitigated through regular coordination meetings. Theoretically, this study contributes to the discourse on Islamic educational management by highlighting the integration of leadership and institutional strategy in one-roof pesantren systems. Practically, it provides insights for pesantren administrators seeking to strengthen institutional governance.
