Abstract

Pencapaian tujuan  pendidikan Itu  diukur  melalui   evaluasi pendidikan. Evaluasi merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian  ini, tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah mengetahui manajemen evaluasi pendidikan agama islam yang ada di STAIN Kudus. Penelitian  kualitatif ini mengolah data atau dokumen yang ada di STAIN Kudus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa STAIN Kudus memiliki banyak prosedur untuk mengevaluasi kompetensi  mahasiswa, baik test, non-test, presentasi makalah dan penelitian lapangan. Ada banyak jenis mata kuliah, baik mata kuliah yang bersifat teoritis dan praktis. Mahasiswa akan lulus memperoleh  nilai 2.00 akan lulus, kecuali Praktik Profesi Lapangan (PPL) yang menjadi mata kuliah utama. Mahasiswa akan lulus mata kuliah PPL jika memperoleh nilai minimal 3.49.kata kunci: manajemen, evaluasi, stain kudusEVALUATION MANAGEMENT OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION STUDY IN STAIN KUDUS. The attainment  of education purpose is measured by education evaluation. The evaluation is one of important factors in teaching and learning process. In this research, the purpose is knowing the evaluation management  of islamic education in State Islamic College of Kudus (STAIN Kudus). This qualitative research showed that STAIN Kudus has many procedures to evaluate students’ competence, whether it is test, non test, paper presentation and field research. There  are various  subjects, both theoritical and practical subject.  many procedures standard  to evaluate  the  competence of students, namely test and non-test, and also presentasion of papers and field research. There are many subject matters, both of theoritical and practical subject. Students who get 2.00 will pass, except practice of teaching as a main prophetic  subject, they  will pass with more condition, such as 3.49.Keywords: management, evaluation, STAIN Kudus

Abstract

Kualitas manajemen  pendidikan  tergantung  pada  perilaku organisasi.  Oleh karena itu, perilaku harus terorganisir secara sistematis. Penelitian  ini menjelaskan  tentang (1)  bagaimana untuk mengelola  perilaku individu sumber daya manusia, (2) bagaimana cara untuk mengelola  perilaku  kelompok sumber daya manusia,  dan (3)  bagaimana untuk mengelola  perilaku organisasi sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam pendekatan  kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, pengamatan,  dan menggunakan dokumen. Keabsahan dan kehandalan data diverifikasi dengan uji kredibilitas, pengalihan, dependebility, dan confirmability tes. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1)  kinerja perilaku individu sumber daya manusia di tingkat tinggi ada di ushuluddin dan Fakultas dakwah, sedangkan di tingkat menengah ada di Fakultas tarbiyah dan syariah (2) pelaksanaan perilaku kelompok sumber daya manusia di tingkat tinggi di Tarbiyah dan Fakultas syariah, dan tingkat menengah adalah Fakultas ushuluddin dan dakwah, dan (3)  pelaksanaan perilaku individu sumber daya manusia di tingkat menengah di tarbiyah, syariah, ushuluddin dan dakwah Fakultas.Kata kunci: manajemen,  sumber daya manusia, pendidikanTHE MANAGEMENT OF  EDUCATIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES  POLICY (CASE STUDY IN  STAIN  KUDUS). Quality  of educational  management   depends  on organizational behavior. Therefore, every behavior must be sistematically organized. This  research explained  about (1) how to manage the individual behavior of human resources, (2) how to manage the group behavior of human resources, and (3) how to manage the organizational behavior of human resources. This  research  was designed in the qualitative approach. Data were gathered by using interview, observation,  and using document. The validity and reliability were verified by credibility, transferability, dependebility, and confirmability test. The data were analyzed by using interactive model. The results of research were: (1) the performance of individual behavior of human resources in high level was at ushuluddin and dakwah faculty, while at tarbiyah and syariah faculty was in medium  level (2) the performance of group behavior of human  resources in high level was at tarbiyah, syariah faculty, and in medium  level, there were ushuluddin  and dakwah  faculty, and (3) the performance of individual behavior of human resources in medium level was at tarbiyah, syariah, ushuluddin and dakwah faculty.Keywords: management, human resources, education

Abstract

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION ON EDUCATION IN STATE COLLEGE ON ISLAMIC STUDIES (STUDY OF THE RELIGIOUS SPIRITUAL MOTIVATION). The purpose of this research was to know what factors which motivate individuals to participate the education in Islamic religious College. Informants in this study were the students’ parents as well as part of the community. The background of this research is that the Muslim community has certain considerations and viewpoints to participate in higher education. This study used mix methods by using quantitative-qualitative approach. The data were obtained using the technique of snow ball sampling by distributing questionnaire forms and direct survey on the students’ parents. The factors that motivate public participation to study in College, especially in the Tarbiyah Department, shows that college that specifically teaches Islamic studies becomes a major consideration as well as magnet for individuals to study in the college level. The consideration to do the religious orders and becoming a scholar of Islamic education is the highest motivation than any other motivations. Factor of carrying out the obligations to learn Islamic studies and extended learning also becomes the most important factor. All of those factores are the spiritual religious motivation portraits.

Abstract

Study about Islam and Indonesia is very important for moslems as civil society in Indonesia. Nowadays, moslem people have many challenges how to become good moslems and good citizens. Everyone has a right to decide to choose the choices, but it is not the solution to separate Islam dan state. So islamic university that has an Islamic studies programme has responsibility to unite Islam as a religion and Indonesia as a state. The lecturers teach students about this integration of Islam and Indonesia studies. This research explained about the academic conceptual curriculum and its subject matters to empower civil society with civic education. This research were designed in the qualitative approach. Data were gathered by using of interview, observation, and using document. The validity and reliability were verified by credibility, transferability, dependability, and  confirmability test. The data were analyzed by using of interactive model. The result of research : there are six subject matters consist of civic education, tolerance, and harmony,  namely Pancasila and civic education, methodology of islamic studies, indonesian language, comparation of religions, tasawuf or islamic Sufism and islamic practicum; and that teaching and learning activities were based on national qualification framework and national standard of higher education.

Abstract
