Abstract

Perkebunan karet merupakan sumber daya alam yang mampu memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas dalam kehidupan masyarakat di Desa Lubuk Enau. Potensi ini menjadi sebuah hal yang harus dikembangkan dan dimaksimalkan. Banyak masyarakat yang masih kurang pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang mengelola potensi diri. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini dilaksanakan sedemikian rupa sehingga masyarakat sekitar memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang bagaimana mengelola usahanya. Pemberian pengetahuan manajemen ini akan memberikan pemahaman masyarakat untuk menemukan tindakan paling efektif dan efisien sehingga hasilnya mampu mencapai keuntungan yang paling maksimal atau proses bisnis yang paling efisien dan terhindar dari hambatan yang ada. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu melalui observasi dan wawancara kepada masyarakat sekitar. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat desa Lubuk Enau mampu mengembangkan potensi dan mengembangkan usaha yang sedang mereka kelola. Kegiatan ini penting dilakukan karena mampu memberikan manfaat secara luas kepada masyarakat sekitar.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pengembangan Potensi, Petani Karet, Penghasilan Petani

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, promotion, and price on purchase intention of flower bouquet products at CV Laa Tahzan Florist. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a descriptive-associative design. The sample consists of 287 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique through online questionnaire distribution. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both partially and simultaneously, brand image, promotion, and price have a positive and significant effect on consumers' purchase intention. These findings highlight that the three variables are key determinants in shaping consumers’ decision to purchase flower bouquet products. The practical implication of this study is the importance for the company to strengthen its brand image, enhance promotional effectiveness, and apply competitive pricing strategies to attract consumer interest and expand market share.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and prove the influence of the work environment, career development, and job promotion on the job satisfaction of employees at PT. PP. London Indonesia Tbk, Muratara Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with the population being all employees at PT. PP. London Indonesia Tbk, Muratara Regency, totaling 113 people. The sample in this study uses a saturated sampling method, which includes the entire population in the research. Data collection methods include questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing using t-tests, and coefficient of determination. The results of the multiple linear regression test are KK = 2.256+0.427LK+0.079PK+0.634PJ. The ttest results show that the work environment, career development, and job promotion have an effect on the job satisfaction of employees at PT. PP. London Indonesia Tbk, Muratara Regency. The coefficient of determination is 89.2%, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Community-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Desa Lalang Sembawa face challenges in marketing and digitalization, limiting the potential of local goat milk products. This study aims to develop innovative packaging and digital marketing strategies to increase product value and market reach. The research uses a qualitative community service approach with direct mentoring to empower goat milk UMKM actors. The population includes all BUMDes managers of "Mugi Langgeng Farm," with purposive sampling selecting key managers and consumers. Instruments include field observation, in-depth interviews, and participatory discussions. Data were analyzed thematically with a descriptive approach. Results show the creation of a locally representative, visually attractive packaging design combined with effective Google My Business utilization, enhancing product visibility and consumer trust. The introduction of informative labels strengthened brand identity. The conclusion highlights that integrating innovative packaging with digital marketing tools significantly improves the competitiveness and sustainability of local UMKM products. Continued mentoring is needed to optimize digital adoption.
