Abstract

This study aims to examine : 1) Influence of Task Technology Fit on Individual Performance, 2) Influence of Task Technology Fit to Intensity of SIA utilization, 3) Influence of Intensity of SIA utilization on individual performance, 4) Effect of SIA utilization intensity to ease of the use, 5) Influence of ease of the use to Individual Performance, 6) Influence of ease of the use as mediator between utilization of academic information system on individual performance. Respondents of this study are the Lecturers and Employees at the University of Mercu Buana Yogyakarta and obtained respondents as many as 113 respondents. This research uses survey model and purposive sampling method as sampling technique. In addition, this research also uses Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with LISREL as an analytical tool. Based on data testing result of this research, it is found that: 1) Task Technology Fit has influence on Individual Performance, 2) Task Technology Fit has influence onIntensity of SIA Utilization, 3) Intensity of SIA utilization has influence on Individual Performance through ease of the use 4 ) Intensity of SIA utilization has influence on Ease of the Use 5) Ease of the Use has an effect on Individual Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai pengaruh pemanfaatan sistem informasi desa dan penerapan sistem informasi desa terhadap kinerja  individual baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada pemerintah desa di seluruh Kabupaten Bantul. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 75 responden yang terdiri dari admin/operator Sistem Informasi Desa se Kabupaten Bantul dengan teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan survei dan instrumen yang digunakan dalam melakukan survei adalah menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian validitas dan pengujian reliabilitas dilakukan dengan bantuan program komputer IBM SPSS Statistik 24. Dari hasil pengujian data pada penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa: 1) Pemanfaatan SID berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Induvidual, 2) Penerapan Sistem Informasi Desa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja induvidual.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah ujung dari berkembangnya peradaban suatu bangsa. Pendidikan sebenarnya mempunyai arti yang lebih luas dari sekedar pembelajaran di kelas. Tetapi, lazim terjadi Ketika Pendidikan di sekolah baik SD, SMp, atau SMK dan sederajat kita mengenal istilah pembelajaran. Bagi guru, pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan wajib yang harus dilaksanakan, tidak terkecuali bagi guru SMK Asslafiyah Mlangi. Saat ini kita tidak memungkiri bahwa bidang teknologi mempunyai peranan penting dalam mempermudah kegiatan pembelajaran. Kemajuan teknologi dibarengi dengan mudahnya akses murid terhadap barang-barang elektronik seperti HP dan laptop merupakan keadaan yang harus dimanfatkan dengan baik untuk tercapainya pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan. Penekanan Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini ditujukan untuk mengolah hal tersebut, yaitu melatih guru untuk membuat modul pembelajaran elektronik secara mandiri menggunakan aplikasi Anyflip agar para siswa dapat memanfaatkan modul yang dibuat aloeh guru dimanapun dan kapanpun. Dengan terampilnya guru membuat modul elektronik diharapkan guru dapat termotivasi untuk terus membuat modul secara elektronik sehingga para siswa menjadi mudah untuk mengaksesnya. Selanjutnya, dengan adanya modul elektronik yang dibuat oleh guru siswa dapat termotivasi untuk belajar karena materi pembelajaran dapat di akses dimanapun dan kapanpun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran E-commerce sebagai solusi bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Malang dalam mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Dalam era digitalisasi dan globalisasi, UMKM seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan dan memperluas bisnis mereka. Oleh karena itu, kehadiran Platform E-commerce dapat menjadi alternatif yang menjanjikan bagi UMKM untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian kualitatif yaitu dengan menggunakan alat analisis data software atau yang di sebut Qualitative Data Analysis Software (Q-DAS) untuk menganalisis data berupa kata-kata yang dibantu dengan software Nvivo 12 Plus. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pertama, dengan adanya Platform E-commerce, UMKM Kota Malang dapat meningkatkan daya saing, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan mendorong pengembangan sektor ekonomi lokal; kedua, Adopsi E-commerce oleh UMKM perlu didukung dengan aksesibilitas yang baik, peningkatan keterampilan digital, perlindungan keamanan, infrastruktur logistik yang handal, regulasi yang mendukung, dan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Dengan menggabungkan faktor-faktor ini, UMKM di Kota Malang dapat memanfaatkan potensi E-commerce untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis mereka dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi keberlanjutan di Kota Malang.

Abstract

The quality of goods and service is determined by the customers. Therefore, customer satisfaction can be achieved bu giving a good quality. Providing customer satisfaction, measuring it and identifying the factors contributing the customer satisfaction is necessary. In conventional marketing, many marketers believe that the customers loyalty upon a product depends on the customers satisfaction. During the time, the marketers recognize that customer loyalty is the drine to make purchase. This study tests the effect from attribute related to the product, attribute related to the service, attribute related to the purchase towards the brand loyalty on Rent cars Murni. The independent variable involves attribute related to the product, attribute related to the service, attribute related to the purchase. The dependent variable in this study is the brand loyalty. The result of the ANOVA test on the F-test shows that there is significant effect from attribute related to the product, attribute related to the service, attribute related to the purchase towards the brand loyalty on Murni car rental.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the role of customer participation and value co-creation in enhancing customer satisfaction. The importance of student satisfaction during their academic journey is highlighted through the value creation process in education. This value creation requires participation between students and educators, which encompasses various behaviors, each playing a significant role in shaping customer perceptions regarding the process and outcomes tied to specific service contexts. In particular, information sharing, responsible behavior, and voluntary in-role feedback are found to be especially important in educational services for achieving student satisfaction during their studies in higher education. This study employs a quantitative method using purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The respondents involved in the research are 100 final-year students at STTKD Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique utilized is Smart PLS version 3.3. The results of this study indicate that customer participation, which includes information sharing, responsible behavior, and voluntary in-role feedback, has a positive and significant impact on value co-creation. The study also reveals that value co-creation positively and significantly influences customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality through (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) to customer satisfaction. This study uses independent variables, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy with dependent variable, customer satisfaction. After literature and field reviews and hypothesis formulation, the data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 people using the Lion Air airline as a research sample. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is a quantitative analysis of the validity and reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t test and f test and the determinant coefficient. The results of this study indicate that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the tangible hypothesis test, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. The determinant coefficient test results in this study obtained a determinant value of 0.326 which means that the magnitude of the influence of tangible variables (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) on customer satisfaction variables (Y) are by 32,6%.
