Abstract

Children are the next generation of the nation's ideals, therefore the commitment and treatment to pay attention to the development and role of children as the next generation of the nation is something that must be held by the government. Children who are not yet mature mentally and physically, their needs must be fulfilled, their opinions must be respected and given a correct and conducive education, because children in the period of personal and psychological growth and development can grow and develop into children who can be cared for. pkan as the nation's successor. The author wants to take an approach by examining the normative juridical concept of criminal cases of obscenity of minors (pedophilia). Case Study Verdict Number: 53/Pid.Sus/2018/PN.Lmg. The type of research used is a descriptive type of research, to provide a complete picture of a positive legal review in this case Law Number: 35 of 2014 Amendments to Law Number: 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and also in the criminal act of obscenity against minors (pedophilia). Children who are victims of obscenity are entitled to treatment, rehabilitation, psychologist assistance, assistance from investigation, prosecution to court, this is stated in Article 69A, and victims who are entitled to apply for restitution rights are regulated in Article 71D.  Special protection for children victims of sexual crimes as referred to in Article 59 Paragraph Letter j is carried out through efforts, namely education about reproductive health, religious values, and moral values; social rehabilitation; psychosocial assistance at the time of treatment to recovery, and; providing protection and assistance at every level of examination ranging from investigation,  prosecution, to examination in court siding and the existence of criminal sanctions that imposed on the perpetrators contained in Article 82 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection..

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of the Majelis Ta'lim Irsyadul Anam in enhancing religious understanding in Sukmajaya Village and the optimization strategies implemented. Majelis Ta'lim is one of the non-formal educational institutions that plays an important role in providing religious education to the community. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in- depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The research informants include the committee members, the ustadz or ustadzah, and the congregation who actively participate in the activities. The research results show that the Majelis Ta'lim Irsyadul Anam plays a significant role in strengthening the congregation's understanding of religion through various study and lecture activities delivered using diverse methods, such as discussions, question and answer sessions, and the use of digital media. In addition, this assembly also provides personal guidance to congregants who need more in-depth instruction on worship and ethics. The optimization strategy is carried out by diversifying teaching methods and increasing the active participation of the congregation. In conclusion, the optimization of Majelis Ta'lim Irsyadul Anam in enhancing religious understanding in Sukmajaya Village has been successfully achieved through the implementation of interactive and innovative teaching methods, although there are still some obstacles that need to be addressed.

Abstract

Program Iterasi Resep Obat Kronis merupakan kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan yang bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi layanan, mengurangi kepadatan poliklinik, serta menjamin kesinambungan terapi bagi pasien penyakit kronis. Implementasi kebijakan ini mendorong perubahan alur pelayanan farmasi dan berimplikasi pada sistem pelayanan rumah sakit secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi alur pelayanan farmasi pasca implementasi Iterasi Resep Obat Kronis di Rumah Sakit Badan Pengusahaan (RSBP) Batam serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan implikasi pelaksanaannya terhadap tata kelola pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), observasi lapangan, serta analisis dokumen kebijakan dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terkait pelayanan iterasi resep. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Analisis Tematik sebagaimana dikembangkan oleh Braun dan Clarke melalui proses pengkodean, pengelompokan subtema, dan penarikan tema utama secara sistematis. Hasil analisis selanjutnya disintesis dalam pemetaan alur pelayanan, Matriks RACI, dan Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi iterasi resep menghasilkan pemangkasan tahapan layanan dan perubahan jalur pelayanan pasien penyakit kronis, yang berdampak pada redistribusi beban kerja dari poliklinik ke Instalasi Farmasi. Kejelasan peran antar aktor pelayanan yang dirumuskan dalam Matriks RACI berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan koordinasi lintas unit dan akuntabilitas pelaksanaan kebijakan. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi melalui integrasi SIMRS dan sistem BPJS Kesehatan mendukung pelayanan, namun juga menimbulkan ketergantungan sistem dan potensi gangguan operasional. Dari aspek sumber daya manusia, ditemukan peningkatan beban kerja serta kebutuhan adaptasi kompetensi tenaga kefarmasian. Evaluasi kinerja melalui KPI menunjukkan potensi peningkatan efisiensi pelayanan farmasi, namun masih memerlukan penguatan pada pengelolaan alur layanan, kesiapan sistem teknologi, dan edukasi pasien.
