Abstract

Hutan Nagari Pasir Talang Timur terletak di Kabupaten Solok Selatan, Kecamatan Sungai Pagu, Nagari Pasir Talang Timur. Hutan Nagari Pasir Talang Timur memiliki wilayah kerja di dalam Kawasan Hutan Lindung (HL) dan Hutan Produksi Terbatas (HPT). Belum ada penelitian tentang Keanekaragaman Jenis Burung di lokasi ini. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui jenis burung, tingkat keanekaragaman, kemerataan, dominasi dan kesamaan jenis burung di Hutan Lindung dan Hutan Produksi Terbatas di Hutan Nagari Pasir Talang Timur Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2021, menggunakan metode penghitungan titik yang dipadukan dengan garis transek. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi jenis burung yang ditemukan dan menghitung Indeks Keanekaragaman, Kemerataan, Dominasi dan Kesamaan jenis burung. Penelitian ini menemukan total 42 jenis burung yang termasuk dalam 22 famili di Hutan Nagari Pasir Talang Timur. Di kawasan hutan lindung ditemukan 29 jenis burung dan di hutan produksi terbatas 23 jenis ditemukan. Status konservasi menurut P.106 terdiri dari 10 spesies yang dilindungi. Berdasarkan IUCN terdapat 31 (LC), 8 (NT), 2 (VU) dan 1 (EN). Berdasarkan CITES Appendix II terdapat 2 spesies. Tingkat keanekaragaman jenis burung di Kawasan Hutan Lindung (HL) adalah 3,13, sedangkan di Kawasan Hutan Produksi Terbatas (HPT) adalah 2,92. Tingkat kemerataan burung di Kawasan Hutan Lindung (HL) adalah 0,93 dan di Hutan Produksi Terbatas adalah 0,93. Tingkat dominasi jenis burung di Kawasan Lindung (HL) Huan adalah 0,6 dan di Hutan Produksi Terbatas (HPT) 0,7. Tingkat kemiripan jenis burung di kedua wilayah tersebut, yakni 19%, cukup rendah. Abstract

The neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is an important foundation in carrying out government duties in Indonesia, especially during the Regional Head Election (Pilkada) process. ASN is expected to carry out their roles neutrally, impartially and adhere to the principles of justice, in accordance with the provisions in Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning ASN. This research aims to evaluate the role of the State Civil Apparatus Commission (KASN) and the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) in maintaining ASN neutrality in the 2024 Regional Head Election in Padang City. Using a qualitative approach, this research analyzes data taken from various legal documents, official reports, and information related to violations of ASN neutrality in previous elections. The results revealed that violations of ASN neutrality are still quite high and have the potential to increase in the 2024 Pilkada. KASN and Bawaslu have made a number of efforts, such as conducting socialization and conducting strict supervision, to prevent these violations. This study concludes that ASN neutrality plays an important role in realizing the principles of good governance and in ensuring the implementation of fair and democratic elections, free from conflicts of interest

Abstract

Education in the era of globalization means the integration of national education into world education. Students must be equipped with adequate competencies to be able to develop in the highly competitive digital era. There are several problems and challenges facing the world of education in the digital era, including the quality of education, professionalism of teaching staff, culture (acculturation), learning strategies, challenges for improving management, and challenges for advances in science and technology. The development of physical education needs to utilize multimedia to meet the needs of teachers and students in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The use of multimedia in supporting the success of physical education learning needs to be developed from its various functions. The aim of this literature review is to identify and analyze research trends, data collection and search methods in the 2012-2022 time period. Articles are selected according to the topic, namely multimedia in physical education and published online by the Journal "Pedagogy of Physical Education and Sports". The results of the analysis show that the use of multimedia in physical education is not only limited to providing learning media, but can be used as an assessment instrument and study of sociological phenomena of interactions between teachers and students in achieving learning goals.
