Abstract

Pendidikan multikultural yang memiliki esensi untuk mengedukasi tentang bagaimana kita memahami dan menerima keanekaragaman sebagai suatu keniscayaan, oleh hal ini dirasa tepat ketika nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural ditanamkan pada setiap mata pelajaran, termasuk mata pelajaran PAI yang merupakan sendi pokok pengetahuan yang membentuk kepribadian seseorang. Hal ini membuat penulis ingin meneliti bagaimana penanaman dan dampak dari penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural terhadap siswa di SMP Negeri 15 Samarinda. Metode digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian yaitu Kepala SMP Negeri 15 Samarinda, Guru PAI dan siswa SMP Negeri 15 Samarinda yang beragama Islam. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji keabsahan terhadap data hasil penelitian dengan kredibilitas dan juga menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan, dalam melakukan penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural guru memakai metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, pembiasaan dan keteladanan. Hasil penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural terhadap siswa yaitu munculnya sikap toleran, saling menghormati, gotong royong dan tidak bermusuhan satu sama lain.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of religious culture in building children's character resilience at school through the perspective of social reconstruction theory. This research was conducted at SMAN I Kraksaan Probolinggo, East Java. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research in order to obtain accurate and accountable data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out in stages, starting with presenting the data, reducing the data, and concluding. The study results show that the application of religious culture in building children's character resilience in schools through the perspective of social reconstruction theory is carried out through externalization, objectivation, and internalization in a planned, systematic and sustainable manner. This research has implications for the importance of strengthening children's character resilience so that they are not easily swayed by the dynamics of the times.

Abstract

Learning burnout must get serious attention from the teacher so that the learning he does becomes effective and efficient. This study aims to discover the strategies used to overcome learning saturation for early childhood at school. This type of research uses a qualitative case study approach, an inquiry method that emphasizes the search for meaning, understanding, concepts, characteristics, symptoms, symbols or descriptions of a phenomenon in the research setting, prioritizing quality, using several methods, and presenting narratively. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research and discussion results show that strategies for overcoming learning saturation in early childhood have been carried out very well and optimally. The use of methods, media, learning strategies and interactions with students is planned and systematic to reduce learning boredom in the classroom.
