<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas penyidikan tindak pidana korupsi di bidang konstruksi oleh Subdit III Tipikor Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulsel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan dengan mengadakan wawancara langsung dengan 20 responden yang terdiri dari penyidik atau penyidik pembantu di lingkup Subdit III Tipikor Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulsel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanaan penyidikan tindak pidana korupsi di bidang konstruksi yang dilakukan oleh Subdit III Tipikor Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulsel masih kurang efektif. Hal ini karena beberapa hambatan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya penyidik, keterbatasan undang-undang, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, dan keterbatasan informasi dari masyarakat. (2) Faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi penyidikan tindak pidana korupsi di bidang konstruksi oleh Subdit III Tipikor Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulsel adalah faktor substansi hukum, faktor struktur hukum, faktor budaya hukum, faktor kesadaran hukum dan faktor sarana dan prasarana. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of the investigation into corruption in the construction sector by the Sub-Directorate of Corruption Crime of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulsel. This study uses primary data obtained from field research conducted by conducting direct interviews with 20 respondents consisting of investigators or assistant investigators within the scope of Sub-Directorate III of Corruption Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulsel. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of investigations into criminal acts of corruption in the construction sector carried out by the Sub-Directorate III of Corruption Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulsel is still less effective. This is due to several obstacles such as limited investigator resources, limited laws, limited facilities and infrastructure, and limited information from the public. (2) The factors that influence the investigation of corruption in the construction sector by the Sub-Directorate III of Corruption Ditreskrimsus Polda South Sulawesi are the legal substance factor, the legal structure factor, the legal culture factor, the legal awareness factor and the facilities and infrastructure factor.]]>
