Abstract

Berkembangnya tekhnologi dan tingginya kualifikasi jurnal bereputasi menimbulkan banyak tantangan bagi para peneliti untuk mempublikasikan artikel yang telah dimiliki. Munculnya jurnal predator dan kurangnya pengetahuan peneliti terhadap perkembangan terakhir status jurnal bereputasi tidak jarang menimbulkan kerugian baik dari segi efisiensi maupun finansial. Dengan adanya program pelatihan dan pendampingan dosen sebagai Trainer diharapkan dapat memberikan jawaban dan solusi atas keingintahuan dan segala permasalahan yang mungkin menjadi kendala bagi para peneliti khususnya di lingkungan akademik Dosen. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah selain untuk meningkatkan kualitas penulisan artikel ilmiah yang dimiliki oleh dosen, juga ditujukan untuk menghasilkan seorang trainer atau pelatih yang terampil dalam bidang penulisan artikel ilmiah pada jurnal bereputasi baik skala nasional (SINTA) maupun international (Scopus atau WoS). Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi Seluruh Akademisi khususnya Dosen dalam mengembangkan kemampuan menulis pada bidang keahlian masing-masing.

Abstract

Kota Pagaralam Provinsi Sumatera Selatan merupakan destinasi wisata yang memiliki banyak objek wisata, baik wisata perkebunan maupun pegunungan, penelusuran sungai dan  air terjun maupun budaya yang masih memerlukan promosi wisata yang lebih intensif kepada khalayak luas agar mereka bisa mengetahui, merasakan, dan datang berkunjung ke Kota Pagaralam. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan berkomunikasi berbasis teknologi informasi berupa media sosial (instagram) di kalangan penggiat wisata yang tergabung ke dalam Kelompok Penggiat Pariwisata (Kompepar). Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk membangun pengetahuan, dan keterampilan anggota Kompepar berupa perilaku dalam menggunakan media sosial instagram untuk mempromosikan destinasi wisata di Kota Pagaralam. Metode yanga digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah tatap muka tentang konsep-konsep media sosial, dan praktek penggunaan media tersebut dalam mempromosikan objek wisata. Hasil yang dicapai dalam pelatihan ini adalah meningkatkanya pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota Kompepar dalam menggunakan media sosial instagram dilihat dari pemilihan kontennya, partisipasi dalam merspon (like), dan partisipasi dalam memberi komentar. Simpulannya, konten yang paling banyak dipilih oleh anggota Kompepar dari media sosial instagram adalah informasi, hiburan, dan edukasi. Partisipasi anggota Kompepar dalam merespon “like” sangat tinggi karena tanda “like” ini merupakan jaringan pertemanan virtual dalam rangka pertukaran pesan. Sedangkan partisipasi anggota Kompepar dalam menggunakan media sosial instagram dengan memberi komentar pada setiap postingan yang muncul, menyeleksi, dan terkadang memblokir akun yang dianggap negatif.

Abstract

Today's modern implementation of e-government requires prioritization of information technology so that online public services become more effective and efficient. In order to implement e-government in Banyuasin Provincial Population and Registry Office and provide services to municipalities, it is necessary to pay attention to what are the factors for implementing e-government. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of e-Government in the Banyuasin Province Population and Civil Registration Office. Use of descriptive research type qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis process Includes data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results of this study demonstrate his three factors in the implementation of e-government in population and registration services in Banyuasin province. 1). The supporting element is the support and desire of the Banyuasin Regency Population and Registry leadership in implementation. E-government and rules that support e-government implementations. 2). Capacity factors include the availability of financial resources from local revenue and expenditure budgets, the availability of infrastructure resources to support e-government implementations such as computers, WiFi, and printing, and the availability of personnel with capacity includes possibilities. E-Conduct government or community services online and the third). It is a value factor that the Banyuasin Regency Population and Civil Registry Service recognizes as providing online services to the community, and in the implementation of e-government, this is now a big plus in terms of effective and efficient service innovation. Influencing. The population has a service agency and a civil registration office in Banyuasin province, but the benefit felt by the community as recipients of the service is that they no longer need to come to the office to receive the service, especially if they are far away it is easy to get service from the office.

Abstract

The sub-district government is a level of government that has an important role in implementing services to the community, this then makes the sub-district head the spearhead in implementing general government tasks as well as some autonomous matters delegated by the Regent/Mayor to be implemented within the sub-district area. From the background above, the author found the main problems including: First, how is village government administration developed by the Belimbing subdistrict head in Muara Enim Regency? Second, what are the obstacles to village government administration development by the Belimbing subdistrict head in Muara Enim Regency. The research used is qualitative research. From the research results, development by the sub-district head of village government officials in a sub-district is needed to achieve orderly village government administration and an effective government system. This is based on the indicators used in this research, namely; Planning has been carried out optimally, guidance has been. However, it has not yet run optimally, the briefing has been carried out. Obstacles faced by the Belimbing sub-district government are implemented inadequate human resources owned by village officials and capabilities that do not match expertise in their field of work and the village government's delay in submitting accountability reports to the sub-district.
