Abstract

The lack of knowledge about how to manage sales data for stock inventory often brings risks, the product becomes excessive or lacking. The goal to be achieved is to find the frequency of products to determine the stock of inventory, find out the variety of flavors that are in demand, know the final evaluation that will be used for stock inventory planning for the Sponji Store. The results performed on the manual calculation experiment and the RapidMiner Studio application used a transaction pattern for 30 days by specifying the minimum value of support = 20% and minimum confidence = 50% the result of the calculation of the two got 4 rules of association with a combination of two itemsset. For products with a higher frequency value, Sponji Stores can add their stock because customers will look for the products that are most in demand.

Abstract

Masih terdapat stok yang menumpuk akibat ada item yang belum terjual, serta dalam menentukan forecast stok masih manual yaitu dengan menghitung sisa stok yang ada di gudang atau warehouse lalu kemudian di cocokkan dengan data pembelian sehingga belum terintegrasi, maka perlu dibuatkan sistem yang dapat terintegrasi antara stok actual dengan jumlah pembelian sehingga lebih akurat dan meminimalisir kesalahan dalam pencatatan sehingga mempermudah dalam strategi forecast stok. Dengan adanya metode algoritma apriori dalam menetapkan stok produk yang nantinya akan di jual dan mengetahui hasil akhir dari analisa data yang di gunakan untuk mengetahui hasil akhir. Data penelitian yang dilakukan selama 1 bulan dengan 28 jenis produk homecare, melakukan wawancara mengenai data yang akan di hitung dan melakukan obsevarsi secara langsung. Data manual yang diberikan untuk di hitung nilai support 20% dan confidence 50% menggunakan metode algoritma apriori, dan menggunakan aplikasi rapidminer memakai 14 data dengan minimum support 20% confidence 50%.

Abstract

The data processing system is one of the functions of administrative activities in providing services to customers and to meet any information demands of the manager. A good information system can always solve problems that occur and can produce fast, precise, and accurate information. The computer is a tool for producing the right information with access to human work. In the midst of this technological development is to analyze and design a system of selling sauce and chili sauce. This system is made to make it easier for office staff to check incoming orders and make it easy for customers to order goods. Problems often occur, namely the lack of information for incoming orders. The method used for data collection is analysis (by surveys, interviews and literature studies). The result of this research is a sales system that can be used by office staff and managers during working hours. Can improve efficiency in activities so that the service is better than the previous system. The conclusion is that this system has designs such as product names, purchase confirmations, customer lists and stock items.

Abstract

Berdasarkan berita yang terdapat didalam situs web kemdikbud.go.id, pandemi memang berdampak luar biasa bagi kehidupan manusia, termasuk aspek pendidikan. Karena hal itu, berbagai kebijakan dibuat oleh pemerintah untuk menahan lajunya penyebaran virus. Salah satu kebijakan yang diterapkan adalah penundaan sementara dalam kegiatan belajar di sekolah maupun dilingkup perguruan tinggi. Selain itu, pemerintah juga memberikan solusi berupa alternatif pembelajaran secara daring. Pembelajaran secara daring ini sangat dianjurkan, agar para siswa maupun mahasiswa dapat tetap mengikuti kegiatan belajar seperti biasanya. Dari permasalahan tersebut, aplikasi pembelajaran online menjadi sangat populer dan sangat diminati keberadaannya. Beberapa aplikasi pembelajaran online yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah Ruang Guru, Schoology, Moodle, Rumah Belajar dan Google Classroom. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) terhadap ke-5 aplikasi pembelajaran daring tersebut. Data-data yang diperoleh untuk melakukan penghitungan berasal dari kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh para responden. Kemudian data tersebut dioleh dengan menggunakan aplikasi Ekspert Choice. Setelah dilakukan penghitungan atas penelitian tersebut, maka diperolehlah hasil yang akurat dan objektif. Berdasarkan penghitungan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode AHP, aplikasi belajar online Ruang Guru menempati posisi teratas yang diminati dengan skor 0.212. Selanjutnya pada posisi kedua ditempati oleh Google Classroom dengan skor 0.206, posisi ketiga Schoology dengan skor 0.202, pada posisi keempat yaitu Rumah Belajar dengan skor 0.192 dan terakhir adalah Moodle dengan skor 0.188.

Abstract

Pembuatan sertifikat kompetensi pada Pusat Pengembangan Kompetensi Medistra Indonesia (PPKMI) membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena masih dilakukan secara manual. Belum adanya sistem yang dapat membuat sertifikat dengan waktu yang lebih cepat dan yang dapat mengarsipkan sertifikat kompetensi dari setiap pengembangan kompetensi yang telah dilakukan. Perancangan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjalankan proses pembuatan E-Sertifikat dengan lebih efisien dan optimal sehingga dapat Meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan PPKMI. Waterfall adalah salah satu metode pengembangan perangkat lunak atau dikenal juga dengan istilah Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Dinamakan waterfall karena model pengembangannya menurun dari atas kebawah, dimana tiap tahapannya dikerjakan secara berurutan. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan berbasis web yang memanfaatkan web browser serta teknologi web untuk melakukan tugas-tugas melalui internet. Aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan kombinasi server-side script seperti aspek maupun PHP untuk menangani penyimpanan dan mendapatkan informasi, Client-side script seperti JavaScript dan HTML juga digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada pengguna. Framework yang digunakan adalah Codeigniter karena memiliki kelebihan yaitu syntax dan susunan aplikasi lebih terstruktur, banyak library, dan keamanan lebih terjamin. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini akan mempercepat dan mengoptimalkan dalam pembutan sertifikat kompetensi.

Abstract

The Empowerment and Family Welfare Movement (PKK) has a role in mobilizing the community to be active in development. The role of PKK women must be in harmony with the development of conditions and the increasing demands of the needs of the community, in line with the development of regional autonomy. This organization has various work programs, including carrying out mutual cooperation, reviewing the implementation of posyandu, inviting village cadres to increase creativity that has selling points, and so on. In this working group organization, mothers are provided with valuable skills such as making bags from plastic coffee waste or dish washing soap, making fertilizer for plants from household waste, and so on. From some of the skills mentioned earlier, they have not been able to market their products to the fullest. Seeing this problem, this community service activity was carried out in order to increase the skills of PKK administrators or members of the organization in terms of marketing the products they produce through the help of Instagram social media. Then the method of community service carried out is planning, preparation and evaluation. The techniques used in it are the explanation of the theory contained in the modules that have been distributed and practice on how to use the Instagram application as well as questions and answers about the material provided. This community service is carried out online using the zoom application and other supporting applications such as Instagram, Google Chrome, WhatsApp. In addition, this service uses pretest and posttest questionnaires to find out the results of this community service that has been carried out.

Abstract

Advances in technology make all processes easier. Technology can also be an alternative or replace existing conventional processes. This technological advancement can affect anyone and anywhere in different fields. One of the areas that can be influenced by technology is the field of marketing and one of the parties that can be influenced is the students in the Faizul Haq Ta'lim Assembly. So far, the students have focused on studying religion, but they do not yet have an understanding of marketing concepts, especially using technology. With the help of technology, they can market their own products or promote the activities of the assembly where they studied. Seeing this problem, this community service activity was carried out in order to increase the skills of the students of the Faizul Haq Ta'lim Assembly in terms of marketing the products they produce through the help of Instagram social media. Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in this era has experienced a shift to digital transformation which is changing the industrial landscape. Previously, in the Industry 4.0 era, technology was only positioned as an information search engine. Now in the Social Era 5.0, technology and its functions are emphasized as part of human life. In its growth, many social networks have been manipulated for certain purposes, such as spreading false information or what is commonly known as hoaxes. It is important to emphasize that the role of Millennials today is to be smart in disseminating relevant information. Because in reality they are the ones who dominate the majority of social networking users in Indonesia. One of the social networking users who are among the millennials themselves are students in Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, in this millennial era, students must always be observant, intelligent and wise in using social media, whether in disseminating information in the form of positive content. Apart from that, students must be able to become active participants and active outreach on social media both in spreading da'wah and not be easily provoked or taken advantage of.

Abstract

The payroll system at PT Cipta Kiyat Adijaya whose calculations have not been computerized will take a long time and cause difficulties in finding the history of calculating salaries. That is because there are several parameters used such as attendance recap and performance achievement obtained from the realization of the income and expenditure of each project. The distribution of payslips is also worried to be a wrong delivery because it is still being done by sending an email to each employee. This research will design an information system designed with UML, ERD, and interface so that it fits the system's needs. This website built using the PHP programming language so as to create a payroll system that can accommodate data, calculate, and distribute with computerized system. The personnel manager will find it easier to process payroll data accurately and quickly and from an employee perspective, it will be easier to access salary slips and their calculation history.
