Abstract

The Ministry of Social Affairs as a supervisor, both functional and technical, always encourages youth groups to always remain productive and work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Various forms of activities have been programmed and carried out by the Rw 23 Youth Organization Organization. In order to suppress the spread of Covid-19, the Rw 23 Youth Organization activists held various social actions in the rw 23 area of ​​Pasar Kemis sub-district, such as the movement to clean the environment and manufacture covid task force. In addition, the youth organizations of RW 23 also carry out activities to educate residents regarding clean and healthy lifestyles as well as distribute basic necessities within the neighborhood of RW 23 residents and many other activities. Although there are many activities that have been carried out by this mass organization, not many people know about the existence of this organization, even though there are only a few people and they do not know for sure what activities this mass organization has carried out and whether this mass organization is very active. active or passive. Therefore, to expand information and communication between this organization and the wider community, it is necessary to have social media assistance such as Instagram, so that the activities carried out and those that have been carried out can be well documented and can make the wider community more acquainted with and increase their trust. to the youth organization rw 23. Because of this, this community service activity was carried out with the aim of helping RW 23 youth organization activists to have a virtual community using Instagram social media so that information or activities of this mass organization can be spread and increasingly known by the wider community.

Abstract

The Empowerment and Family Welfare Movement (PKK) has a role in mobilizing the community to be active in development. The role of PKK women must be in harmony with the development of conditions and the increasing demands of the needs of the community, in line with the development of regional autonomy. This organization has various work programs, including carrying out mutual cooperation, reviewing the implementation of posyandu, inviting village cadres to increase creativity that has selling points, and so on. In this working group organization, mothers are provided with valuable skills such as making bags from plastic coffee waste or dish washing soap, making fertilizer for plants from household waste, and so on. From some of the skills mentioned earlier, they have not been able to market their products to the fullest. Seeing this problem, this community service activity was carried out in order to increase the skills of PKK administrators or members of the organization in terms of marketing the products they produce through the help of Instagram social media. Then the method of community service carried out is planning, preparation and evaluation. The techniques used in it are the explanation of the theory contained in the modules that have been distributed and practice on how to use the Instagram application as well as questions and answers about the material provided. This community service is carried out online using the zoom application and other supporting applications such as Instagram, Google Chrome, WhatsApp. In addition, this service uses pretest and posttest questionnaires to find out the results of this community service that has been carried out.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in this era has experienced a shift to digital transformation which is changing the industrial landscape. Previously, in the Industry 4.0 era, technology was only positioned as an information search engine. Now in the Social Era 5.0, technology and its functions are emphasized as part of human life. In its growth, many social networks have been manipulated for certain purposes, such as spreading false information or what is commonly known as hoaxes. It is important to emphasize that the role of Millennials today is to be smart in disseminating relevant information. Because in reality they are the ones who dominate the majority of social networking users in Indonesia. One of the social networking users who are among the millennials themselves are students in Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, in this millennial era, students must always be observant, intelligent and wise in using social media, whether in disseminating information in the form of positive content. Apart from that, students must be able to become active participants and active outreach on social media both in spreading da'wah and not be easily provoked or taken advantage of.

Abstract

Situs web lowongan pekerjaan menjadi hal yang penting di era digital saat ini bagi mereka yang mencari dan mengejar pekerjaan di industri ketenagakerjaan. Banyak perusahaan dan organisasi menggunakan situs ini untuk memposting informasi tentang perusahaan mereka sendiri, produk dan layanan mereka untuk mencari kandidat karyawan. Platform paling terkenal dan terkemuka di Asia Tenggara ialah Glint Website. Dimana pada website ini menyediakan layanan kepada pencari kerja dan pekerja profesional yang mencari pekerjaan, magang dan pelatihan. Namun, situs ini masih memiliki beberapa problema termasuk informasi yang tidak akurat, desain obrolan atau chatbox yang terlalu kurang responsif dan lambat dalam memberikan informasi terkini, kurang tanggap dalam menangani pertanyaan atau permintaan pengguna dalam meminta bantuan serta informasi lowongan pekerjaan yang ditampilkan terkadang tidak update. Oleh sebab itulah penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas situs Glints dengan menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 sesuai dengan data yang tersedia. Metode analisis Webqual 4.0 memiliki tiga faktor utama dalam mengukur kualitas sebuah website yaitu kemudahan penggunaan, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan interaktif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode slovin, dan data diperoleh melalui observasi, studi literatur, dan kuesioner untuk mempelajari tanggapan pengguna tentang kualitas website Glints. Skala penilaian yang digunakan adalah skala likert dan data kuesioner menggunakan rumus Slovin. Dari hasil pengumpulan data kuesioner yang terdiri dari 23 pertanyaan dan 70 jawaban, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keseluruhan website Glints memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik dan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Diketahui pula bahwa website Glints sejauh ini merupakan situs terbaik dalam kategori terbaik. Karena itulah pengguna website ini merasa puas dengan jawaban yang diberikan responden sebagian besar puas dan diperoleh hasil yang valid dan reliabel.
