Abstract

Informasi tentang kebijakan publik harus dikomunikasikan kepada pembuat kebijakan agar pembuat kebijakan mengetahui dan memahami maksud, tujuan dan sasaran kebijakan publik serta apa itu kebijakan publik. Dengan mengkomunikasikan informasi kebijakan publik, para pembuat kebijakan dipersiapkan dengan baik apa yang perlu dilakukan untuk melaksanakan kebijakan publik, dan Memastikan tujuan dan sasaran kebijakan diharapkan efektif dan efektif, diharapkan dapat tercapai secara efisien. Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Raharja Kabupaten Bandung memiliki amanat dan fungsi utama memberikan pelayanan air bersih kepada masyarakat provinsi Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak komunikasi publik yang dilakukan oleh Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Raharja Kabupaten Bandung di wilayah pelayanan Cisarua. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel komunikasi publik yang terdiri dari dimensi Kredibilitas, Konteks, Isi Pesan, Kejelasan, Kontinuitas dan Konsistensi, Saluran dan Kemampuan Penerima. Data-data dikumpulkan menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner, dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan regresi. Sedangkan program yang digunakan untuk mengelola data menggunakan SPSS (Statistic Program for Social Science) versi 23. Dari hasil analisis tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan komunikasi publik yang dilakukan oleh Bagian Umum dan Pelayanan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pelanggan Pada Wilayah Pelayanan Cisarua Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Raharja Kabupaten Bandung sudah berjalan dengan baik, hasil rekapitulasi menunukkan pelaksanaan komunikasi publik sudah mencapai 71,7 % terletak di kategori baik sedangkan kualitas pelayanan pelanggan mencapai 68,9 % tertetak di daerah sangat setuju/sangat baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan komunikasi publik yang dilakukan oleh Bagian Umum dan Pelayanan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pelanggan Pada Wilayah Pelayanan Cisarua Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Raharja Kabupaten Bandung sudah optimal.

Abstract

Kepercayaan publik atas pelayanan yang baik harus senantiasa dibangun dan pemenuhan harapan juga tuntutan masyarakat akan pelayanan yang prima juga harus terus ditingkatkan. Pelayanan publik dalam administrasi kependudukan menjadi perhatian pemerintah dan harus dijalankan, termasuk pleh para Pengurus RW dan RT sebagai ujung tombak dan kepanjangan tangan dari pemerintah sesuai dengan Peraturan Walikota Nomor 215 tahun 2018. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan oleh Tim PKM STIA Bagasasi bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi, pemahaman dan sosialisasi mengenai peraturan, prosedur dan tata cara Administrasi Kependudukan di Kelurahan Mekarmulya Kecamatan panyileukan Kota Bandung. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar, diikuti dengan antusiasme yang tinggi dan didukung penuh oleh Pemerintah setempat, masyarakat dan LPPM STIA Bagasasi. Peserta sebanyak 63 (enampuluh tiga) orang mendapatkan informasi yang menyeluruh dan diharapkan di waktu yang akan datang kegiatan ini masih bisa terus dilanjutkan secara berkesinambungan dan berkelanjutan agar pelayanan kepada publik dan masyarakat menjadi semakin baik dan tuntutan masyarakat terhadap penyelenggaraan pelayanan public yang berkualitaspun semakin terwujud. Public trust in good service must always be built and the fulfillment of expectations as well as community demands for excellent service must also be continuously improved. Public services in population administration are the government's concern and must be carried out, including by RW and RT administrators as spearheads and extensions of the government in accordance with Mayor Regulation Number 215 of 2018. The Community Service Activities carried out by the STIA Bagasasi PKM Team aim to provide information, understanding and socialization regarding the regulations, procedures and procedures for Population Administration in Kelurahan Mekarmulya, Kecamatan Panyileukan Kota Bandung. The activities carried out in the form of this training ran smoothly, followed by high enthusiasm and fully supported by the local government, the community and LPPM STIA Bagasasi. Participants as many as 63 people received comprehensive information and it is hoped that in the future this activity can still be continued in a sustainable and sustainable manner so that services to the public and the community are getting better and the demands of the community for the implementation of quality public services are increasingly realized.

Abstract

The implementation of good corporate governance is one of the important factors for the company in carrying out its activities. This is realized by the integrity and professional service in every activity and becomes the Corporate Culture that is always cared for by all the people of Askrindo, so that the Company is able to grow and have a high competitiveness, as well as creating added value for stakeholders that should be reviewed from the effectiveness of employee performance and the impact of such performance should be analyzed through structured measurement. The researchers formulated questions on the impact of the principles of Good Corporate Governance on employees with the aim of measuring performance in the company. The research method used is quantitative which will draw data from the field and be analyzed as a benchmark for the impact of the principles of Good Corporate Governance on employee performance. The results of this study are achieved indicators of success or a better level of performance by demonstrating on indicators such as: economy, efficiency, effectiveness and outcome. Abstract

In the era of globalization, every organization or company in the form of private or government, of course, has both short-term and long-term goals to be achieved through the activities it undertakes. In an organization or company, leadership is an important factor. In carrying out its duties, the Public Order and Community Peace Sector, the Civil Service Police Unit of the City of Bandung becomes the spearhead in the implementation of Enforcement of Regional Regulations. because in this field it is more in direct contact with the community and regional regulation violators. The leadership factor on employee performance is needed, so that the quality of employee performance continues to improve, of course this is done with good leadership. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of leadership carried out by the Head of Public Order and Public Peace of the Civil Service Police Unit in Bandung City. The data were collected using interviews and questionnaires, analyzed using descriptive and regression techniques. While the program used to manage data uses SPSS(Statistics Program for Social Science) version 23. From the results of this analysis, it can be seen that the leadership carried out by the Head of Public Order and Public Peace of the Civil Service Police Unit of the City of Bandung has gone well, the recapitulation results show that leadership is measured based on the elements of leadership amounting to 4,228 or 72.89%. This is included in the high category. Meanwhile, employee performance is measured based on employee performance dimensions of 2,931 or 72.19%. This is included in the high category. Based on these results, it can be said that the performance of employees in the field of Public Order and Public Peace of the Bandung Civil Service Police Unit is quite positive.

Abstract

The millennial era is an era when technology in the information sector greatly supports performance with various functions and goals. The need for development in its use in agencies that utilize information technology must be reviewed from the work efficiency of employees and the impact of this work efficiency needs to be analyzed through structured measurements. Researchers formulate the problem of the impact of the use of Information Technology (IT) on employees to measure work efficiency in the company. The research method used is quantitative which will draw data from the field and be analyzed as a reference for the impact of Information Technology (IT) on employee work efficiency. The results of this study are the achievement of indicators of success or better levels of performance as evidenced by the indicators namely: individual competency, organizational support, and management support.

Abstract

Agrotourism development in Cibodas Village represents a substantial shift in the use of agricultural and natural resources in the Tangkuban Perahu Mountains region of West Java. This town has focused on promoting agrotourism as a method for combining natural beauty with local agricultural potential, resulting in memorable tourism experiences while also helping the local community's economic viability. This development also prioritizes teaching and understanding of sustainable agriculture techniques, raising visitor awareness of the significance of environmental conservation and agricultural sustainability. The project aims to determine the process of creating educational agrotourism based on the potential of Cibodas village. This study employs a qualitative method, utilizing a case study methodology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi e-government terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik dengan mempertimbangkan peran kompetensi aparatur sipil negara (ASN) sebagai variabel mediator. Transformasi birokrasi melalui e-government menjadi salah satu strategi utama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas pelayanan publik di Indonesia. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa implementasi e-government, kompetensi ASN, dan kompetensi ASN terhadap implementasi e-government secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik. Namun, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, masing-masing variabel independen tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik.Nilai R Square sebesar 49,8% mengindikasikan bahwa model penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan hampir setengah dari variasi dalam kualitas pelayanan publik, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun e-government dan kompetensi ASN penting, masih diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut untuk mengatasi faktor-faktor lain, seperti infrastruktur teknologi, literasi digital masyarakat, dan dukungan kebijakan yang lebih efektif

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Medal City, the purpose of this study was to determine Service Innovation at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Medal City. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques by means of Interviews, Observations, and Documentation. While the research indicators are Relative advantage, Suitability, complexity, Possibility of being tried, and Ease of observation. Based on this study, it can be concluded that service innovation through the implementation of the Water Customer Information System (SIPA) Implementation at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Medal City has been running optimally, it can be seen from its usefulness which is in accordance with the needs of PDAM employees. However, there is something that needs to be developed, namely the development of an application so that it can be used by PDAM Tirta Medal City customers.

Abstract

The concept of work effectiveness is basically designed to assess the work results achieved in accordance with a predetermined plan, at the discretion of the individual, or in other terms, to realize certain goals; thus, when these conditions are met, it is categorized as effective. This study describes the effectiveness of civil service in the Shipping Sector of the West Java Provincial Transportation Service. The methodological framework used in this study requires a comprehensive examination of the existing literature (library research). The data collection process is carried out through a comprehensive library study. Such library studies involve the aggregation of pre-existing data, followed by a critical analysis of the conclusions drawn from each source, which are then used as literature and reference materials for the purpose of understanding and analyzing the study. The findings of the current empirical investigation indicate that there are 3 aspects seen in the effectiveness of civil service in improving public services, namely the time factor, the accuracy factor and the service delivery style factor.
