Abstract

This research focuses on examining how the economy in Indonesia is affected by the increasing fuel prices, with a particular emphasis on the impact on the lower and middle-income populations. The announcement made by President Jokowi and his ministers about the fuel price hikes has spurred public reactions on social media platforms. The rise in fuel costs has a notable impact on people's livelihoods, especially concerning the surge in prices of essential goods. Sentiment analysis measures public opinion about the increase in fuel prices. The data taken from social media needs to be more balanced. The data is labeled with two identifications, “negative”, “positive” and “neutral”. The method used in sentiment analysis is the random forest method. This research contributes to determining the number of trees used in the model formation with public opinion data. The F1-score measurement result on the model is achieved at a value of 60%.

Abstract

The study discusses the policy issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information on Electronic System Providers (PSE), with a special emphasis on the impact of the policy that has triggered public reactions on social media platforms. Based on the regulations that have been made, it has an impact on the public who believe that the regulation is made to take away access freedom and data privacy on digital systems used by the public. Sentiment analysis can see public opinion on the policy issued by the Ministry of Communication and Information. The data used is taken from social media which is labeled "positive" and "negative". The research method used in sentiment analysis is the Support Vector Machine method. The contribution of this research is to determine the boundary line between the two classes in this research data. The result of the F1 score can be measured in the model, with a achieved value of 75%.

Abstract

Gunungkidul is famous for with beauty the beach is stunning. However, information about object tour beaches in Gunungkidul is Still scattered and difficult to access for tourists. Apart from that, tourists also experience difficulty in order tourist travel services To visit beaches. Thesis This aims To develop a system information object tour beach Gunungkidul and reservations tourist travel services using the Laravel framework. System This provides complete and accurate information​ about object tour beaches in Gunungkidul, as well as possible traveler order tourist travel services with easy and safe. Study This uses a method combination of Qualitative and quantitative with the Laravel framework system, which is a popular PHP framework For the development of web applications. Laravel provides various convenient features​ of development systems, such as routing, databases, and authentication. Data collection techniques use surveys created online​ with Google Forms. Study This uses waterfall methodology. The waterfall methodology is the methodology development of device linear software and processes sequentially. System This has been tested and proven can walk with Good. System This can help travelers get information about object tour beaches in Gunungkidul and order tourist travel services with ease and safety.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government to enforce a physical distancing policy which is the basis for implementing learning from home. This is also something that must be applied to students at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul. The use of information technology that applies suddenly, not infrequently, makes educators and students surprised and limping in its implementation. However, the learning process must continue so that teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul are challenged to create a learning media that students with special needs can understand. The limited knowledge of teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul in making learning media causes the need for training and mentoring of learning media. One of the technological developments that we can use for making learning media is an application for video editing. This application can help to make videos to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning. Application users are expected to support the activities of SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to participate in competitions and promotions as routine activities that must be done every year. The two needs of these teachers are what make them collaborate to implement training programs based on the required classes. The implementation uses the Classical method and Practices using video recording applications and equipment. Community service will be carried out at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to support improving skills in using software from basic to advanced levels. The result of this training is that the participants can make their own video creations so that they are eligible to be included in competitions and make video advertisements more professional.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop an efficient and effective cassava-cutting machine for use by MSME players in Miri, Bulu, Polokarto, Sukoharjo Regency. Cassava is one of the important natural resources in the region, and cutting cassava manually often takes significant time and effort. The research method used is a field survey to identify the needs and problems faced by MSMEs in Miri sub-village. The results of this survey became the basis for designing a cassava-cutting machine that suits local conditions. This machine is designed by considering aspects of ergonomics, efficiency, and user safety. The results showed that the designed cassava cutting machine can cut cassava quickly and accurately, reducing the time and effort required in the cutting process. In addition, this cassava-cutting machine has the potential to increase the productivity of MSMEs. With the use of this machine, it is expected to reduce heavy manual labor and allow MSME players to focus on other more value-added activities. This research is a positive contribution to supporting the development of MSMEs in Miri sub-village and can be a model for the development of similar machines in other areas. Abstract

Panti Asuhan dan Pondok Pesantren Zuhriyah biasanya melakukan penggalangan dana dengan cara menyebar proposal ke warga masyarakat sekitar pondok yang kemudian akan di kumpulkan untuk digunakan. Cara penggalangan dana seperti itu masih belum efisien karena jangkauan masyarakat yang terbatas dan juga audit hasil penggalangannya masih manual. Dalam proses penggalangan dana yang di lakukan oleh Panti Asuhan dan Pondok Pesantren Zuhriyah dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan proposal yang selanjutnya proposal tersebut akan di ambil kembali oleh panitia beserta uang hasil donasi dari warga masyarakat sekitar yang diberikan proposal tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membangun sebuah platform crowdfunding berbasis android menggunakan framework flutter. Manfaat penelitian ini yaitu mempermudah dalam melakukan donasi dan monitoring oleh para donator, pengauditan dana yang lebih mudah dan transparan sehingga meminimalisir kesalahan sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban pondok kepada para donator. Kesimpulannya adalah dengan adanya aplikasi ini proses donasi, penyebaran informasi, audit dana donasi akan menjadi jauh lebih mudah, nyaman, dan aman sekaligus dapat menjadi media sponsorship bagi Panti Asuhan dan Pondok Pesantren Zuhriyah.

Abstract

In accelerated and equitable development in the Kediri City, the Kediri City Government launched the Community Empowerment Program called Prodamas. Prodamas aims to develop and encourage community participation in development at the Neighbourhood Level. To increase the dissemination of information about Prodamas, digital technology can be used as an information service provider. One of them is Chatbot. To develop Chatbots, Natural Language Processing, which is a branch of Artificial Intelligence, has become the most frequently used computer program. This Prodamas chatbot development uses the pattern matching method as an answer search algorithm and Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification as a method to see the machine's level of accuracy in answering questions given by users. Furthermore, the chatbot will be connected to WhatsApp so that it is expected to be able to provide and provide information about Prodamas. The results of testing the chatbot response with new questions provide an accuracy of 79%. Then testing the classification of the new question text with SVM. Obtained an accuracy of 88% with a precision value of 91% and a recall of 88%.

Abstract

YouTube comments contain rich emotional expressions, but their large volume makes manual analysis inefficient. This study proposes a multiclass emotion classification approach for Indonesian YouTube comments using the IndoBERT model integrated with a database-driven incremental learning system. Comment data were collected through the YouTube Data API and labeled into six emotion categories: anger, sadness, happiness, fear, surprise, and neutral. Text preprocessing included lowercasing, text cleaning, and normalization of informal Indonesian words. The model was fine-tuned using three training–testing split scenarios (60:40, 70:30, and 80:20). The results show that the 80:20 split achieved the highest accuracy of 68%, influenced by an imbalanced class distribution with underrepresented minority classes. In addition, the system supports continuous data storage and incremental retraining, allowing the model to learn from new data without retraining from scratch. This adaptive mechanism makes the proposed system suitable for long-term emotion analysis on YouTube comments.
