Abstract

Smartphone is a mobile phone that has the ability to use and function like a computer. The use of smartphones that are too frequent is one of the factors that trigger the damage caused, such as falling, being exposed to water or using the wrong way in everyday life. To help or protect smartphone users from deceit and cheating service workers that often occur today, an expert system is designed to detect hardware and software damage that occurs on smartphones in the form of applications. With this expert system, even ordinary people can find out the damage that occurs to smartphones which can only be obtained with the help of experts in their fields. This expert system is made using PHP and MySQL database so as to produce a web-based expert system to identify smartphone damage using the forward chaining method.

Abstract

Krupuk adalah makanan kas Indonesia yang terbuat dari berbagai tepung dan kombinasi bahan protein lainnya. Usaha Kerupuk Sumber Rejeki yang beralamat di Jl.Guru No.11 RT/RW:003/009 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kec.Tampan Kota Pekanbaru adalah suatu bentuk usaha mikro bidang kerupuk yang telah berdiri pada tahun 2008. Semenjak pademi covid 19 Usaha Kerupuk Sumber Rejeki mengalami penurunan omset. Proses pemasaran yang tidak dapat dijangkau langsung oleh konsumen menurunkan omset pada saat pemerintah melakukan PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar). Pada saat WFH masyarakat tidak berani keluar rumah sehingga makanan pokok saja yang dikonsumsi kerupuk mulai di tingalkan sehingga pemilik Usaha Kerupuk Sumber Rejeki terpaksa harus memberhentikan semua karyawannya. Untuk mempertahankan usaha kerupuk tersebut pemilik menjalankan usahanya sendiri dibantu anggota keluarga. Selain peralatan produksi yang seadanya segmentasi pasar pun berebut dengan produsen kerupuk besar. Desain kemasan yang standar dan tidak menarik menjadi faktor menurunnya minat masyarakat untuk membeli kerupuk tersebut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra dibutuhkan beberapa kepakaran untuk membantu merancang, mendesain dan menyediakan peralatan produksi, untuk menembus segmentasi pasar yang lebih luas disiapkan sebuah aplikasi bernama kerupuk-Ku agar dapat menjangkau pasar yang luas.

Abstract

Globalization and the advancement of science and technology have brought significant changes to Muslim family life, affecting both social behavior and the practice of Islamic family law. These transformations have generated tensions between established legal norms and evolving social realities. This study aims to analyze the dual impact of globalization and technological development on the transformation of Muslim family behavior and the dynamics of Islamic family law in responding to such changes. Employing a qualitative socio-legal approach with a case study design, the research was conducted in several metropolitan cities with predominantly Muslim populations. Data were collected through a literature review and analyzed using an interactive analysis model to examine the gap between social realities (das Sein) and normative legal frameworks (das Sollen). The findings reveal a shift in family values toward individualism, a redefinition of gender roles within households, and an increase in digitally mediated family conflicts. From a legal perspective, adaptive responses have emerged through judicial ijtihad, particularly in addressing contemporary issues such as the use of digital evidence in family law cases. However, strong resistance within formal legislation persists, resulting in a significant legal vacuum. These findings highlight the need for a more responsive reform of Islamic family law that engages with social and technological change while maintaining its normative foundations
