Abstract

The development of communication and information technology is growing rapidly resulting in increasingly fierce competition in the world of work, so companies must be able to improve performance in their environment, in order to realize the vision and mission that has been set by the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Ponorogo Population Control and Family Planning Agency (DPPKB). This research uses quantitative research. Collecting data in this study, namely primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was 115 respondents with a sampling technique using total sampling or census where all members of the population were all sampled or as respondents providing information. The testing stages used include instrument testing, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t-count value of 5.075 > 1.981 t table, while the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.198 > 1.981 t table, while the significant value is 0.030 <0.05. (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.686 > 1.981, while the significant value is 0.008 < 0.05. (4) Motivation, discipline and work ethic simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the calculated F value of 7.541 > F table 2.86 and the significant value obtained is 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

Dewasa ini industri food and beverages semakin bekembang, karena bertambahnya jumlah penduduk dan meningkatnya permintaan konsumsi. Salah satu yang menjadi bagian industri tersebut adalah kopi, dimana masyarakat gemar sekali minum kopi. Dewasa ini di masyarakat tidak bisa luput dari namanya minum kopi, mulai dari yang masih pelajar, hingga orang dewasa juga tidak luput dari kebiasaan ini. Tingkat konsumsi yang tinggi serta diiringi dengan gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia yang bisa lepas dari kopi, tentu ini membuat industri kopi makin tumbuh dan berkembang. Saat ini mulailah muncul banyak kedai kopi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ngopi masyarakat, disisi lain kedai kopi tersebut harus tahu apa yang dapat menarik minat beli konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh keragaman produk, gaya hidup dan electronic word of mouth terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Kedai Gusti Ponorogo. Peneliti menggunakan sampel sejumlah 75 responden yang merupakan konsumen Kedai Gusti Ponorogo dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan yaitu accindental sampling. Adapun dalam menganalisis data – data yang diperoleh memakai uji validitas, uji reabilitas, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Alat analisis datanya menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Semua data – data tersebut diolah menggunakan SPPS versi 25. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini yaitu keragaman produk, gaya hidup dan electronic word of mouth masing – masing secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Kedai Gusti Ponorogo. Keragaman produk, gaya hidup dan electronic word of mouth secara simultan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Kedai Gusti Ponorogo.

Abstract

The condition of employees who feel under pressure for the work being done is called work stress. Companies need to pay attention to several factors in order to keep employees from experiencing stress at work. The goal of this research is to know the role of independent variables in the form of wages, workload and work motivation on employee work stress by taking the research object at the research company Cahaya Ugul Nusantara Ponorogo. This research uses the principles of quantitative research. The data used in the process of extracting research data are primary data and secondary data. The parties selected as the population are employees of the sales department of PT. Cahaya Unggul Nusantara Ponorogo with a sample of 45 people. The summary of the research results is that the wage variable has a negative effect on the work stress variable, workload on the other hand has a positive effect on work stress, work motivation partially influences work stress, simultaneously all variables affect work stress
