Abstract

Soap is a compound of sodium or potassium with fatty acids from vegetable oils or animal fats in solid, soft or liquid form, and foams. This soap is made from waste cooking oil. This service activity aims to provide information and direct education about the use of used cooking oil waste into dish soap. In addition, it also carries out sustainable environmental protection, which is generally applied to environmentally friendly chemicals. The method used in the training in making dish soap is through a demonstration method or direct practice. The result of this service is the introduction and use of dish soap in the local community.

Abstract

Most of people in the world are familiar with smart phones or smartphones, and because of their very complete and practical uses, smartphone users are always increasing every year. Smartphones are used for various types of activities such as for social media, for entertainment such as playing games, doing office work, even personal matters such as financial management applications. Therefore, an application was created that can support personal financial recording so that it can make it easier for users.

Abstract

Paru-paru adalah organ fundamental yang memegang peranan penting pada mekanisme respirasi. Banyak orang yang masih kurang peduli akan kesehatan paru-paru. Hal itu dibuktikan dengan banyaknya perokok. Paru-paru dapat terserang suatu penyakit yang akan menyebabkan penyakit seperti bronkitis, tuberkulosis, asma. kualitas udara juga berpengaruh pada kesehatan paru-paru. Penyakit paru-paru memiliki gejala yang berbeda beda dan tipe yang bervariasi. oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem pakar yang mendeteksi penyakit paru-paru sedini mungkin untuk mencegah risiko penyakit semakin memburuk di kemudian hari. Sistem pakar tersebut adalah metode Certainty Factor. Sistem pakar adalah cabang dari kecerdasan buatan. Kecerdasan buatan adalah ilmu komputer yang didesain menciptakan software dan hardware yang dapat meniru fungsi dari otak manusia. Metode Certainty Factor dapat mendeteksi penyakit paru-paru dengan menggunakan parameter sebagai nilai kepercayaan atau ketidakpercayaan.

Abstract

Accurate weather prediction information is important for various fields that are closely related to weather forecasting, such as agriculture, fisheries and many more. Because precise weather forecasts are very useful for various fields of carrying out various activities. Because of that, it is necessary to make an application to find weather or rainfall prediction information, so that the information can be utilized optimally by the community. In this journal the authors apply the k-nearest neighbors (k-NN) method based on rainfall data obtained from the Bogor climatology station from 2016-2017 and the test results show that the predicted rainfall for the Bogor area with the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm obtained a value of 0, 93148.
