Abstract

Hubungan antara Intensitas Pelaksanaan Konseling dengan Toleransi Penyesuaian Diri Remaja, Penelitian, Dharma Acariya, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Nalanda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan intensitas konseling pada siswa, meningkatkan kemampuan guru pembimbing sebagai koselor profesional, dan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam konseling, Hipotesis yang diajukan terbukti ada hubungan antara intensitas pelaksanaan konseling dengan toleransi penyesuaian diri remaja sebesar r = 0,090 ,tetapi lemah yang artinya guru pembimbing berperan, tetapi tidak memberi efek pada toleransi penyesuaian diri remaja. Untuk taraf significan 5% t tabel lebih besar dari t hitung 1,67 > 0,85 yang berarti hubungan antara intensitas pelaksanaan konseling dengan toleransi penyesuaian diri remaja taraf significan 5% tidak significkan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah kuesioner yang berpolakan pada skala likert. Hasil analisis data menunjukan peran guru pembimbing baik di tiga sekolah buddhis daerah Jakarta Barat dan Utara. Guru pembimbing menyediakan waktu untuk siswa konseling, sehingga siswa merasa terbantu. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan yang berguna kepada sekolah Buddhis dalam meningkatkan peran guru pembimbing di sekolah.

Abstract

Research on the relationship between spiritual intelligence and the mechanical solidarity of religious people (Case Study inNgawen Village, Cluwak District, Pati Regency, Central Java) is important research for the development of religious life inIndonesia. That is because, the appreciation of religion is something that accompanies religious life, but at the same timereligion also requires a strong bond of brotherhood. This study tries to look at the relationship between the individual andsocial dimensions of religious life. This study discusses the discussion of spiritual intelligence with the mechanicalsolidarity of Buddhists in Karangsari Village, Kec. Cluwak, Kab. Starch. Obtained from ex-post facto research because thefacts or symptoms that were collected already existed before the respondent or symptoms appeared without the presence ofconsultation. The data in this study were obtained based on respondents' answers in the questionnaire research. Datacollected includes ordinal data. This data refers to the resolution or classification of responses to instrument approval. Thisresearch proves that there is no difference between Spiritual Intelligence and Mechanical Solidarity. Based on dataprocessing, the results of the relationship between the two variables are positive, but in the low category. The lowrelationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Mechanical Solidarity can be interpreted as Buddhist social piety, not fullyrelying on the internal values of Buddhism. However, awareness can be determined by values and norms that are giventogether. The facts that occur in the field can show a phenomenon that is getting stronger and closer, the social ties ofsociety, the deeper the religious feelings and the feelings about the sacred things that accompany each manifestation aregathered.

Abstract

This research aims to provide solutions how to address various actions to women that happen happens. This research is aliterature study. This study uses a methodological approach, and the data obtained are concepts from various general literaturethat are relevant to the topic. The results of the research obtained are how to protect against acts of violence against womenthat occur due to human actions. By understanding and having love and compassion that manifests in the act of caring forwomen as a form of good morality, it will be able to provide maximum results in protecting women. By understanding eachother and the feeling of mutual need, the acts of violence against women will diminish.
