Abstract

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kota Jambi adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang terletak di Jl. Adityawarman, Kecamatan Jambi Selatan, Kota Jambi. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru fiqh dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kota Jambi, beserta permasalahan apa saja yang dihadapi guru fiqih, dan apa yang dilakukan guru fiqih untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian lapangan yaitu penelitian yang pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan cara memperoleh data melalui penelitian berdasarkan objek lapangan. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa strategi yang digunakan guru fiqih dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran ialah dengan menggunakan berbagai metode diantaranya metode ceramah, diskusi, resitasi, dan demonstrasi. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi guru fiqih saat melaksanakan proses pembelajaran ialah masih ditemukannya siswa-siswi yang tidak bersemangat atau malas dalam mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru, untuk solusinya guru fiqih selalu mengingatkan siswa-siswi tersebut untuk mengerjakan apa yang ditugaskan oleh guru, dan memberi semangat serta motivasi dengan perbaikan nilai jika tugas dikerjakan dengan baik.

Abstract

Teaching materials are closely related to learning in the classroom, which in teaching materials requires innovation according to needs. This also happened to Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jambi City, one of which is the development of fiqh teaching materials in motivating student learning. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1) How is the motivation of student learning in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jambi City?, 2) How are the obstacles and solutions of fiqh teachers in developing teaching materials for fiqh subjects in motivating student learning in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jambi City?, 3) How is the development of teaching materials for fiqh subjects in motivating student learning in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jambi City?. The objectives of the development of this teaching material are 1) Producing fiqh teaching materials in class XI Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jambi City. 2) Describe and test the feasibility of jurisprudence teaching materials in class XI Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jambi City. 3) Testing the effectiveness of fiqh teaching materials in class XI Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jambi City. The type of research used is Research and Devolopment, which refers to the Borg and Gall model which is divided into 10 steps, namely: (1) research and data collection, (2) planning, (3) product draft development, (4) initial field trials, (5) revising trial results, (6) field trials, (7) improving field test products, (8) field implementation tests, (9) improvement of product results, and (10) dissemination and implementation, but at this stage researchers only use methods 1-7 due to the limited time that researchers have. The results of the development assessment can be concluded that the teaching materials developed by researchers in the form of jurisprudence teaching materials use the research and development (R&D) model of Borg and Gall. The size of the teaching material product developed is a paper size of 23 cm long and 17 cm wide, more variations are added on the cover, as well as a balance sheet image on the back. And don't forget to include interesting colors. Then after the last revision stage, the color was changed to green to make it more attractive for the target product, namely grade IX students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah, so that it looks more simple and elegant, the postulates of the Qur'an and hadith were added, then writing Arabic using Traditional Arabic size 14 pt. This teaching material is validated by one expert, namely a content / material expert, a linguist, and two design experts. From the feasibility validation test, an average of 85.32% was produced with the criteria that the teaching materials were worthy of being continued in this research and development because they met the minimum standards.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan kunci transformasi sosial yang menentukan kualitas generasi di masa depan. Dalam konteks madrasah, kepemimpinan kepala madrasah berperan penting bukan hanya sebagai administrator, tetapi juga sebagai motor perubahan yang mampu membangun budaya organisasi, meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, dan menciptakan inovasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam mewujudkan efektivitas pengelolaan madrasah di Provinsi Jambi, mengidentifikasi problematika yang dihadapi, serta menemukan solusi yang relevan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi partisipatif, wawancara terstruktur, dan analisis dokumentasi, sedangkan validitas data diperkuat dengan triangulasi dan perpanjangan pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala madrasah berkontribusi signifikan dalam aspek manajerial, pengembangan kurikulum, dan penguatan budaya organisasi. Namun, keterbatasan sumber daya, lemahnya perencanaan strategis, serta rendahnya literasi digital masih menjadi kendala.

Abstract

In Ciamis Regency, there are several Islamic boarding schools that participate in the One Pesantren One Product (OPOP) program under the guidance of the West Java Provincial Government which is promoted starting in 2019 which aims to raise various products spread across various Islamic boarding schools. Some pesantren have business products that have been running on a scale-up basis. Because the business that is run is in the Islamic boarding school environment, the business applied uses the concept of sharia economics. Product buying and selling transactions (muamalah) are not only aimed at obtaining profitability or profit, but are in line with morals, ethics and the objectives of the Shari'a. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The holding of the One Pesantren One Product (OPOP) program is expected that Islamic boarding school managers or communities in the pesantren environment can improve the economy of the local community by following the concept according to the rules of shari'ah. This program is one of the programs of the West Java Provincial Government that focuses and is committed to the development of pesantren product commerce, with the concept of "Advancing and developing shari'ah-based pesantren products". The concept is a derivation from the discovery of pesantren that are developing their business products (business scale-up) that are in line with the goals of sharia (al-maqasid al-sharia).
