Abstract

Background: Blood pressure is an important indicator of the circulatory system. An increase or decrease in blood pressure will affect the balance in the body. Hypertension is a condition when the systolic blood pressure is more than 140 mmHg and the diastolic pressure is more than 90 mmHg. High blood pressure is also called the silent killer because it is a deadly disease. Green tea (Camellia Synesis) contains polyphenols, these compounds can reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as blood cholesterol levels and blood pressure. Objective: This study aims to analyze the difference in blood pressure before and after giving green tea to hypertensive patients at the Imelda Hospital in Medan. Method: The research method used in this study is the Quasi-Experiment method with a research design using pre-test and post-test one group design. The population of this study was 295 patients or respondents and the sample in this study were 33 patients or respondents. Data were analyzed by Univariate and Bivariate using Wilcoxon test. Result: The results showed that the effect of giving green tea on blood pressure was p-value = 0.000 <0.05, which means that there was an effect of giving green tea on blood pressure at Imelda Hospital Medan. Recommendation: It is hoped that this research will serve as information for the public to know about the benefits of giving green tea to lowering blood pressure as an alternative to non-pharmacological therapy so that blood pressure remains normal and stable

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana penggunaan metode bernyanyi dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata anak. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini yaitu kelompok A PAUD Kasih Ibu Desa Masbagik Utara. Berjumlah 20 orang anak dengan rincian 10 anak laki-laki dan 10 anak perempuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peningkatan penguasaan kosakata pada anak usia dini di Kelompok A PAUD Kasih Ibu Masbagik Utara sebelum diberi tindakan penguasaan kosakata, anak yang hanya mencapai 38.75% namun setelah diberi praktek Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan metode bernyanyi, pada siklus I mencapai 52.50%. Karena belum mencapai Indikator keberhasilan maka dilakukan penelitian ulang sehingga pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan mencapai 81.25% dimana tingkat pencapaian tersebut sudah memenuhi target indicator keberhasilan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa dengan metode bernyanyi pembelajaran akan lebih menyenangkan, inovatif dan kreatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode bernyanyi dapat berhasi lmeningkatkan penguasaan kosakata anak usia dini.

Abstract

In this trading activity, it is hoped that there will be a balance between the rights and obligations of business actors and consumers. For this reason, studying the implementation of private responsibilities of business actors in fulfilling consumer rights in terms of positive law in Indonesia is an interesting thing to study. The objectives of this research are 1) to find out and analyze the private responsibility of employees and companies for consumer losses in terms of positive law in Indonesia; and 2) to find out the judge's legal reasoning regarding consumer dispute decisions in the PN.Sel decision Number 9/Pdt.G.S/2020/PN.Sel. This study uses doctrinal normative legal research, namely a process for finding legal rules, legal principles, and legal doctrines to answer the legal issues faced. The approach used to obtain data for analysis is first, the statutory approach, second, the legal case study approach, third, the conceptual approach. This study uses qualitative data analysis, where the data is analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. From the results of the discussion, it was concluded that 1) The private responsibility of employees and companies for consumer losses in terms of positive law in Indonesia should be rejected from the start because Defendant I is a subject domiciled in Jakarta who should be a co-Defendant, and Defendant II became Defendant I, where Defendant one had no legal relationship because Defendant I was only the employer of Defendant II. The defendant cannot make an exception in accordance with the provisions of Article 20 of Supreme Court Regulation Number 4 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Supreme Court Regulation Number 2 of 2015 concerning Methods for Settlement of Simple Claims; and 2) The decision in case Number 9/Pdt.G.S/2020/PN.Sel should be rejected, because Defendants one and two are unclear in accordance with the Plaintiff's claim and there is a discrepancy regarding the position of Defendants I and Defendants II, so that the Panel of Judges handling this case must be based on the concept of Legal reasoning.

Abstract

The practice of thin capitalization is a form of international tax avoidance. The trick is to hoard debt to be calculated as a tax-deductible expense. This design arises because tax provisions distinguish the treatment between interest and dividends. This research examines how the size of a company, tax haven, and foreign ownership affect thin capitalization and uses Return on Asset (ROA) as a control variable. Listed on the IDX are companies from the manufacturing sector for the years 2018 to 2022, which comprise the population for this study. The research sample selection used the purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 275 samples that met the criteria and data processing using the SPSS 25 application. This study shows the results: company size has a positive effect on thin capitalization, tax haven has a negative effect on thin capitalization, foreign ownership has no effect on thin capitalization and ROA as a control variable has no effect on thin capitalization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan huruf "wawu" dalam Surah al-Mulk. Dalam bahasa Arab, huruf "wawu" memiliki peran penting secara gramatikal dan stilistik, yang membantu dalam memahami teks al-Qur'an secara mendalam. Surah al-Mulk dipilih sebagai objek penelitian karena strukturnya yang unik dan kekayaan unsur linguistiknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis isi untuk mengidentifikasi serta mengkategorikan penggunaan huruf "wawu" dalam Surah al-Mulk. Data dikumpulkan melalui kajian teks dan dianalisis dengan menerapkan teori tata bahasa dan retorika Arab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Surah al-Mulk, sebagai surah ke-67 dalam al-Qur'an dengan 30 ayat, termasuk dalam kategori surah Makkiyah, karena diturunkan di Mekah sebelum hijrah Nabi Muhammad saw. ke Madinah. Nama al-Mulk, yang berarti "Kerajaan" atau "Kekuasaan," mencerminkan kekuasaan Allah atas seluruh alam semesta. Dalam Surah al-Mulk terdapat tiga jenis huruf "wawu," yaitu Wawu Hal, Wawu Isti'nafiyah, dan Wawu Athaf. Ketiga jenis ini memiliki fungsi sebagai penghubung (konjungsi), pembuka kalimat, dan penanda paralelisme, yang semuanya memperkaya estetika dan makna dalam teks..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effectiveness of learning implementation with a constructivist approach using video technology to integrate traditional culture as an effective step to increase students' ability to understand mathematical concepts. The research approach was used with literature from various relevant studies from 2019-2024. The research findings obtained are in the form of increasing student interaction and activeness in the mathematics learning process so that meaningful learning is obtained as a form of learning by integrating traditional culture as a learning medium to construct student knowledge by associating the material context close to the student's living environment, with video as an interactive media can foster a learning environment that facilitates the learning process self-sufficient. Improve students' ability to solve mathematical problems and think critically. This study also found a gap where not much research has been conducted by combining traditional cultural content with technology because there is still a lack of ability to manage learning related to technology content. This study recommends that constructive learning with traditional culture through interactive videos can be applied in the context of mathematics learning. Validate the data by comparing research results from various journals, reports, or related articles

Abstract

This research sought to determine how students at SMAN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat perceive the use of online assessment in English summative exams. This research employed a qualitative research design in which data were collected through interviews and observations of IPA 11 students. Based on (Walgito, 2010) theory, the findings are presented in three categories: cognitive aspect, conative aspect, and affective aspect. According to the findings of the research, the majority of students have a favorable view of online assessment, particularly regarding its cognitive and conative aspects. The students viewed online assessment as an effective, interesting, and valuable method for conducting online examinations. The negative perception was associated with the affective aspect of the online assessment, which was perceived as somewhat intimidating. When the server is disrupted and the network is unstable, students become apprehensive.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mewujudkan manajemen pendidikan di sekolah menuju penyelenggaraan sekolah yang handal dan milenial. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mansuriah Kecamatan Masbagik dengan menghadirkan Guru dan Calon-calon guru yang ada di Kecamatan Masbagik. Konteks pembahasan dalam workshop ini adalah kurikulum dan metode pengajaran, kompetensi pendidik, dan kompetensi siswa. Materi ini dibahas dalam perspektif pendidikan milenial sehingga guru diharapkan mampu menyajikan materi sesuai dengan cara yang diinginkan oleh peserta didik zaman sekarang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di MTs Insan Cendekia Sangatta Utara. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara partisipatif dengan melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru, pembina ekstrakurikuler, dan orang tua. Struktur organisasi melibatkan tim khusus yang terdiri dari guru agama, wakil bidang kesiswaan, dan siswa sebagai pelaksana utama, menciptakan lingkungan kolaboratif. Kegiatan seperti kajian rutin, hafalan Al-Qur'an, praktik ibadah, dan peringatan hari besar Islam dilaksanakan secara terstruktur, memberikan dampak positif terhadap kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kepemimpinan siswa. Pengendalian dilakukan melalui evaluasi berkala dengan umpan balik dari siswa dan orang tua, memastikan keberlanjutan program dan peningkatan kualitas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan secara efektif mendukung pembentukan karakter religius siswa melalui pendekatan partisipatif, kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan, dan mekanisme pengendalian yang efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and design an Auction Document Data Collection Information System at the Aceh Bina Marga Service. With the background of rapid development of information technology, there are still challenges in the effectiveness and efficiency of auction document data collection in the institution. The data collection method was carried out through field studies and literature studies. The results of the study indicate the need for the development of an effective and efficient information system to improve performance and competitiveness. The proposed system uses Visual Basic 6.0 as a development platform. This study is expected to contribute to improving auction document data management at the Aceh Bina Marga Service
