Abstract

Sektor industri di Sidoarjo saat ini telah berkembang dengan pesat khususnya pada sektor karena lokasinya yang berdekatan dengan pusat bisnis di Jawa Timur (Surabaya). Sektor industri kecil juga berkembang dengan baik, salah satunya pada sentra industri kerajinan tas dan koper di Kecamatan Tanggulangin, sentra industri sandal dan sepatu di Wedoro – Waru dan Tebel – Gedangan. Sidoarjo juga dikenal sebagai kota Bandeng dan Udang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari Logo Kabupaten yang melambangkan Udang dan Bandeng merupakan komoditas perikanan yang utama di kota ini. Pengabdian kepada Masyrakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan sertifikasi halal untuk usaha mikro kecil menengah di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Sertifikasi halal adalah fatwa yang keluarkan oleh Majelis Ulama Indonesia untuk menyatakan halal tidaknya suatu produk sesuai dengan syari’at dalam Islam. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan Participatory Action research (PAR) dalam pelaksanaannya. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan riset serta aksi partisipastif, yang selanjutnya dilakukan sosialisasi, perbaikan dan selanjutnya evaluasi. Pendekatan Participatory Action research (PAR) berbentuk siklus dengan empat tahapan tindakan setelah mengetahui permasalahannya, yaitu rencana, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terlaksana dengan lancar dan mendapatkan respon yang positif dari seluruh peserta, dan seluruh peserta dapat menyiapkan dan mengajukan dokumen permohonan persyaratan sertifikasi halal secara benar dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was conducted at CV.Panda Food Industry Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership style on job satisfaction and commitment. The results of the analysis show that concurrent servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and engagement if the results are treated with a social support beta score of 0.961 sig. 0.000, sign. 0.000 0.05 shows that servant leadership has a significant influence on job satisfaction, while the results of the calculation obtained a self-efficacy beta score of 0.949 sig. 0.000, sign. 0.000 shows that servant leadership has a significant effect on work engagement.

Abstract

Employee work behavior is greatly affected by various kinds of customer attitudes and actions, both positive and negative. In general, the positive attitude of the customer will indirectly encourage performance improvement. This study aims to analyze how employees work behavior towards various customer attitudes both positively and negatively. This research method uses qualitative methods. The population of this study are employees at PT Jack Solusi Indonesia with a total of 42 employees. The collection technique in this study was to conduct interviews with cafe managers and employees. The data obtained is based on information from the management and various existing literature. The results of this study refer to how much customer behavior influences how employees work. Employees carry out their duties and obligations according to the direction of the manager. Of course, every direction that has been given has not gone well due to the attitude of customers in the work environment. Similarly, partially alias the tone of a significant influence between work behavior and customer attitudes in the work environment..

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan pendidikan yang sangat mendasar dalam membentuk kerangka dasar pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan. Hal ini dikarenakan anak-anak usia dini sangat unik, mereka adalah individu dengan pola dan kebutuhan perkembangan yang berbeda dari orang dewasa. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menuntut guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis gambar. Media pembelajaran berbasis gambar dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pengetahuan siswa TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan penelitian deskriptif dan statistik sederhana. Mitra pengabdian masyarakat adalah TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Desa Jatikalang di Sidoarjo. Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan pemahaman pengetahuan siswa TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Desa Jatikalang di Sidoarjo.Penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis gambar pada anak usia dini dapat membangkitkan semangat belajar, mengembangkan keterampilan, memahami apa yang telah pelajari dan memaknainya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Early childhood education is a very basic education in forming the basic framework of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. This is because early childhood is very unique, they are individuals with different developmental patterns and needs from adults. This community service aims to demand teachers use image-based learning media. Image-based learning media can be used to improve the understanding of the knowledge of Dharma Wanita Persatuan Kindergarten students. This community service uses qualitative methods with descriptive research and simple statistics. The community service partner is the Dharma Wanita Unity Kindergarten of Jatikalang Village in Sidoarjo. The results of this Community Service show that the use of learning media can increase students' understanding of the Dharma Wanita Association Kindergarten of Jatikalang Village in Sidoarjo. The use of image-based learning media in early childhood can arouse enthusiasm for learning, develop skills, understand what has been learned, and interpret it in everyday life.
