Abstract

For modern society, motor vehicles have become the main mode of transportation. Regular vehicle maintenance is very important to maintain its performance and ensure safety while driving. However, many people have difficulty finding the nearest authorized Honda repair shop. The purpose of this study is to produce an android-based application that will help users find authorized Honda repair shops using the Location Based Service (LBS) method. This application will help find repair shops, check the accuracy of the repair shop location, and help raise awareness of the need to service vehicles at authorized repair shops. System development process Extreme programming consists of planning, designing, coding, and testing stages. The APP was developed from Android studio, Google Firebase, GPS, LBS. The test results show that this application can help users find the nearest authorized Honda repair shop, provide accurate address information, working hours, and repair shop contacts. This application also provides booking and navigation services to the repair shop. By using LBS, customers can contact the repair shop without having to waste time looking for the repair shop location first. This application is expected to increase the loyalty of Honda motorcycle owners to use authorized Honda repair shop services and increase awareness of the importance of routine vehicle maintenance

Abstract

The research designs a web-based employee recruitment information system developed for PT. Parastar Group, by utilizing PHP and MySQL. This system offers a solution for companies to manage applicant data archiving by HRD staff more efficiently and effectively. Applicant data is stored in a MySQL database server, reducing dependence on physical filing cabinets. In addition, applicants can complete application forms and access company information and job descriptions more efficiently. This research focuses on designing an employee recruitment information system for PT. Parastar Group, using the waterfall model as a development methodology. This system is built using the PHP programming language. The result of this research is a functional web-based employee recruitment information system. This system is expected to assist the HRD division in processing data for employee archiving and orientation.

Abstract

This research develops a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to assist in selecting the best employee at PT. Bringin Karya Sejahtera. Evaluating employee performance is crucial for enhancing company productivity, as recognizing outstanding performance can motivate employees to excel. This case study was conducted at PT. Bringin Karya Sejahtera, where employee evaluations are carried out monthly, with cumulative results calculated at the end of the year to determine the best employee. The selection process often becomes complex due to the numerous criteria and employee options, requiring a system to simplify decision-making. Therefore, this study introduces an AHP-based system to support leaders in effectively managing factors, criteria, and alternatives. AHP, developed by Thomas L. Saaty, allows for multi-criteria comparisons and simplifies complex decision-making through a hierarchical approach.
