Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted is to develop a software application for learning media to introduce computer hardware based on Android, this learning media is very suitable for people who do not understand about computer hardware. The method for conducting research and designing the software uses the MDLC method or stands for Multimedia Development Life Cycle, this method is very appropriate and suitable to support the research. The Android-based application is designed with the Java programming language, because the basic programming language of the application is made. The expected result of this research is that the application will be useful for the general public or students who want to learn about computer hardware.

Abstract

Abstract

The rapid development of the game industry has made games a part of today's life. Games that were used only as entertainment have penetrated into the field of sports, which is called e-sport. E-sport has also begun to develop in Indonesia, as evidenced by the presence of several e-sport teams and professional competitions in Indonesia. In this proposal, the development of an e-sport curriculum is proposed. The goal is for an organization/industry body/school that views e-sports as a new sports culture and is ready to support and whenever possible participate in developing prospective e-sport athletes to be more skilled, focused, and disciplined, as well as sportive. Training and development are systematically designed so that prospective e-sport athletes can obtain the right learning outcomes. The result of this program is the design of an e-sport curriculum that can educate people to become e-sport athletes who are disciplined, agile, responsible, trained, and purposeful.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of user-friendly user interface features on the level of customer loyalty in the Tokopedia application. In an increasingly advanced digital era, user experience is a crucial factor in maintaining and increasing customer loyalty. Tokopedia, as one of the largest market place platforms in Indonesia, continues to develop UI features that make navigation easier, increase interaction and enrich the shopping experience. This research uses a survey method involving 50 active Tokopedia users to collect data regarding their perceptions of the application's UI features. Data analysis was carried out using simple quantitative descriptive processing techniques to identify the relationship between user-friendly UI and customer loyalty. The research results show that there is a significant positive correlation between intuitive and easy-to-use UI features and the level of customer loyalty. Users who feel comfortable and satisfied with the application interface tend to make repeat transactions more often and recommend Tokopedia to others. These findings emphasize the importance of investing in user-friendly UI development as a strategy to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty in the competitive e-commerce market.Keywords: user interface, loyalty, application, market place

Abstract

Digitalisasi dalam dua dekade terakhir telah membawa dampak yang signifikan pada aspek sosial kehidupan masyarakat. Interaksi di antara elemen masyarakat secara bertahap bergeser pada platform dunia maya, di antaranya media sosial, jual beli online, pembelajaran jarak jauh, dan lainnya. Proses ini dipercepat dengan adanya pandemi COVID-19 karena interaksi fisik dianggap beresiko dan harus dihindari selagi memungkinkan. Untuk memperlengkapi generasi selanjutnya bagaimana menangani interaksi dunia maya dengan aman dan etis, dosen informatika dari Universitas Kalbis bekerja sama dengan Yayasan Abas untuk mengadakan seminar dengan tema etika dan keamanan siber. Para peserta dapat memperoleh wawasan lebih luas menggunakan platform dunia maya dengan benar.

Abstract

Abstract: In the rapidly growing digital era, efficiency and accessibility of information have become crucial aspects in various sectors, including business, government, start-ups, education, and automotive. Along with the increasing scale of the company, the amount of data managed is also getting bigger, so a system that can simplify work and increase the productivity of each division is needed. Dashboard comes as an effective and adaptive data visualization solution to the needs of each user, both in the form of graphs, tables, and other indicators. By integrating dashboards in the company’s workflow, previously manual processes such as cross-divisional decision-making or approval can be done digitally, faster, and more efficiently, saving time and budget. This is especially relevant in the automotive industry, which demands high coordination in the process of shipping units from factories to end consumers. Based on the researcher’s experience in the Kemendikbudristek internship program and independent internship, it is found that the dashboard system has a vital role in the smooth operation of the company. Previous research also supports that implementing a good dashboard not only improves visual performance but also the efficiency of the database system used.
