Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy based on the social and economic characteristics of visitors that can be used by Baliem Cafe Hotel Horison Ultima Timika to increase sales volume. The research method used is descriptive research method. In this study, the data collection methods used were the questionnaire method, the documentation method, and the library method. To find out the marketing strategy based on the socio-economic characteristics of visitors at the Baliem Cafe Hotel Horison Ultima Timika, the analytical instruments used are frequency distribution analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy based on the socio-economic characteristics of visitors to Baliem Cafe Hotel Horison Ultima Timika lies in quadrant I of the SO strategy, which has alternative strategies such as updating modern and classic designs, improving the quality of live music entertainment, maintaining and maintaining the quality of star service standards 4, increasing menu innovation and creativity

Abstract

Background: Hospital face intense competition, changes in JKN regulations, and the demands of the digital age, requiring strategic management, service innovation, and the use of technology to improve their adaptability. Through the implementation of appropriate strategies, such as strengthening resources, developing information systems, and focusing on patient experience, hospital can maintain their competitiveness, improve operational efficiency, and provide higher quality healthcare services to the community. Purpose: Examining healthcare providers adaptation strategies in response to regulatory changes and patient needs, as well as analyzing the challenges in maintaining service quality. In addition, highlighting the healthcare sector’s effort to adjust its strategies in order to remain competitive amid dynamic competition. Method: Using a literature review method by searching secondary sources from various scientific databases using a combination of keywords related to hospital marketing, digitization of healthcare services, and organizational adaptability. Selection was based on specific inclusion criteria, resulting in 11 relevant articles that were analyzed as the basis for research synthesis. Result: Hospitals need to adapt their marketing strategies through digital marketing, service quality improvement, operational efficiency, and human resource strengthening to respond to changes in patient behavior and health regulations. In addition, strategies such as telemedicine, social media utilization, implementation of the 7P marketing mix, and service responsiveness have been proven to increase satisfaction, loyalty, and competitiveness of hospitals. Conclusion: Hospitals must develop adaptive and responsive marketing strategies through digital transformation, strengthening strategic management, improving service quality and patient experience, and implementing the 7Ps of marketing mix, despite facing challenges in human resources, infrastructure, and policy, in order to increase competitiveness, satisfaction, and patient loyalty amid the dynamics of the healthcare industry.

Abstract

Pengenalan hewan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dasar, kemampuan kognitif, dan keterampilan bahasa. Dalam penelitian ini, dikembangkan sebuah game edukasi interaktif untuk anak-anak TK dengan fokus mengenal hewan. Game ini dirancang khusus untuk digunakan di TK Harapan Bangsa Yayasan Pasundan Istri sebagai studi kasus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, dan pengujian game. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan pendekatan game-based learning yang dirancang menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak TK. Game ini mencakup fitur seperti pengenalan suara, gambar, dan nama hewan, serta kuis interaktif untuk meningkatkan daya ingat dan pemahaman anak. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa game ini efektif dalam membantu anak mengenali berbagai jenis hewan dengan tingkat keterlibatan yang tinggi. Selain itu, guru dan orang tua memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap aplikasi ini karena dapat menjadi alat bantu pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan edukatif.
