Abstract

One of the tridharmas goals for higher education is the existence of a campus can provide benefits and prosperity to society. After the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a slowdown in people's economic activities, marked by a large number of unemployed people and a decrease in purchasing power, as well as a reduction in the income of MSMEs (UMKM) in the area around the UPN Veteran Jakarta campus. If this conditionremain ignored, it will lead to a negativeimpact and reduce social relations between campus residentsandsurrounding residents. Because efforts areneeded to improve campus relations with local residents while empowering the economy through Sportavest 2023 activities. This research containsservice activities regarding empoweringcommunity MSMEs in Pondok Labu Subdistrict to be able to promote their products widely and increase income from product sales which synergized with sports activities from student.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of health human resource development through training methods. So that it can see the strengths and weaknesses of existing training methods. The development of health human resources through training and continuous development is very important in determining the success or failure of an organisation. Health workers have an important and responsible role in maximising the quality of health services to the community, increasing awareness, motivation and ability to live healthy, and helping them achieve the highest level of health. The method used in this research is literature review using databases from Google Scholar for national articles and Pubmed for international articles. The articles found said that HR training needs to be held to support the competence of health workers. development is one of the efforts to improve human resources through training or education programmes. Training and continuing education of health workers have an important role in improving the quality and motivation of work. Training programmes can provide new knowledge and skills that improve the ability of workers in the health sector.

Abstract

Background: Hospital face intense competition, changes in JKN regulations, and the demands of the digital age, requiring strategic management, service innovation, and the use of technology to improve their adaptability. Through the implementation of appropriate strategies, such as strengthening resources, developing information systems, and focusing on patient experience, hospital can maintain their competitiveness, improve operational efficiency, and provide higher quality healthcare services to the community. Purpose: Examining healthcare providers adaptation strategies in response to regulatory changes and patient needs, as well as analyzing the challenges in maintaining service quality. In addition, highlighting the healthcare sector’s effort to adjust its strategies in order to remain competitive amid dynamic competition. Method: Using a literature review method by searching secondary sources from various scientific databases using a combination of keywords related to hospital marketing, digitization of healthcare services, and organizational adaptability. Selection was based on specific inclusion criteria, resulting in 11 relevant articles that were analyzed as the basis for research synthesis. Result: Hospitals need to adapt their marketing strategies through digital marketing, service quality improvement, operational efficiency, and human resource strengthening to respond to changes in patient behavior and health regulations. In addition, strategies such as telemedicine, social media utilization, implementation of the 7P marketing mix, and service responsiveness have been proven to increase satisfaction, loyalty, and competitiveness of hospitals. Conclusion: Hospitals must develop adaptive and responsive marketing strategies through digital transformation, strengthening strategic management, improving service quality and patient experience, and implementing the 7Ps of marketing mix, despite facing challenges in human resources, infrastructure, and policy, in order to increase competitiveness, satisfaction, and patient loyalty amid the dynamics of the healthcare industry.
