Abstract

Service quality is a very important factor for service providers in getting customer satisfaction. Improving service quality can be done by fulfilling the wishes expected by customers. A service that is considered to have good quality if the service provided can exceed the expectations of the customer. In this study, we will discuss the analysis of services provided by the Immigration Office Class I TPI Semarang through the SI SEMAR LAYAK application. The method used is Fuzzy Service Quality. From the results of the analysis, the Gap values for each dimension are: Tangible, 1.019; Reliability, 0.840; Responsiveness, 0.889; Assurance, 0.343 and Empathy 0.617 with an average value of 0.741. A positive Gap value indicates that the services provided by the Immigration Office Class I TPI Semarang through the SI SEMAR LAYAK application have been able to exceed the expectations of the applicant.

Abstract

Information Technology is a technological invention that functions to process data including processing, obtaining, compiling, storing, manipulating data in various ways to produce quality information. Forgetfulness which sometimes appears as an obstacle in carrying out office activities from employees becomes an obstacle in realizing the vision and mission of the Immigration Office Class I TPI Cirebon effectively and efficiently. The Android-Based Reminder Application (E-Iron) is a form of utilizing information technology that is used for media reminders of the implementation of scheduled work activities to employees at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Cirebon in an effort to improve employee performance in terms of punctuality. As for in this study, a discussion was carried out on system analysis and in the implementation of employee performance at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Cirebon. The creation and application of the Reminder Application (E-IRON) functions to support employee performance through reminders related to the implementation of office activities, therefore the aspect of timeliness in the implementation of the intended office activities can be carried out optimally.

Abstract

In the process, based on the ranking of the Immigration Polytechnic cadets, the number of considerations objectively indicators or criteria that have been determined. These indicators and criteria have weight values that will be analyzed quickly and structured. So we need a system to help the Immigration Polytechnic make a list of these people or multi-criteria. This study uses the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) as a Decision Support System (DCS). The PROMETHEE method is one of the groups in the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), which will analyze using many indicators or multi-criteria. It will produce output in the form of decision recommendations to its users. In addition, the PROMETHEE method will compare the value of one alternative with another alternative and produce a ranking based on the value that Immigration Polytechnic students get. Researchers conducted two tests by comparing the results of the test data and the results of the system. The tests are accumulated and calculated using the formula for the estimation of the confusion matrix. The final score is 90% which is included in the Excellent Classification and Best Classification.

Abstract

Information is important to facilitate administrative and bureaucratic work in the era of increasingly rapid technological development. Information from all recorded activities of institutions and agencies is stored in archive form. Arranging or managing the archives of applicants for passports and residence permits at the Immigration Office is the task of the Information Technology Subsection. It is known that currently Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Blitar is still using the conventional filing system, where for archiving it uses more paper, so there are lots of piles of archive files for passport and residence permit applicants that fill the archive room. The purpose of this research is to create a website- based Electronic Archive to reduce the risk of file accumulation in the archive room of Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Blitar. This study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) application development method which is a way of developing a software that provides the possibility to create a structured and systematic system (sequentially) starting at the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, development, and maintenance. The results of this research application "Arsip Elektronik Berbasis Website pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Blitar" has been successfully created using the SDLC design method. The existence of digitizing the archive files of applicants for passports and residence permits, will facilitate the archive search process and save the use of archive space at Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Blitar.

Abstract

The customer service of the immigration office class i tpi east Jakarta is aimed to improve the service to the applicant or applicants.The applicant or applicants have to take the time to consult with customer service .In this case, the 1st class Immigration Office East Jakarta still relies on human resources as an online customer service to response questions from applicants. Given the increasing amount of applicants, it is not very effective nor efficient to answer questions one by one given that not many applicants have much time in their day to receive informations they need in such a long time, want things quickly in a very short time. This study is an attempt to develop a web based chatbot information systems application that can be used by the applicants of the 1st class Immigration Office East Jakarta so that they can obtain informations as fast as the speed of light. The Methods used for this study is the method of extreme programming. Application programming language, it uses an MySQL database and the PHP. The result of the building of the chatbot application is a result of testing of testing was definitely using black box, it can be concluded that this application can run well and answer every question quickly in accordance expected

Abstract

The Academic Information System or commonly called SIAKAD is a system created to provide easy services for students in online administrative activities. This system was built to assist the Immigration Polytechnic academics, lecturers and students in finding out information related to the academics of students and as a database of student information and cumulative grade point scores. Currently the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) is still a website-based system. The features on the website are also quite adequate. However, with current technological developments, students more often access learning media through applications than websites, which causes the Immigration Polytechnic's academic information system to be developed into an android-based application. The purpose of this research is to develop and build an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) application using Android Studio software. The research method used is the Waterfall system development method. The research results obtained are how to develop this academic information system into an android-based application, and the flow of using the Immigration Polytechnic academic information system application, as well as an android- based application product that has gone through the trial stage. The target of this android version of the SIAKAD application is to be used by students in accessing academic information online through the mobile application. Recommendations that can be given are to carry out regular maintenance and evaluation as well as carry out further development related to other operating systems as well as from the interface of applications that have been made.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out the quality of the website of TPI Yogyakarta's Class I Immigration Office whether it has been following the standardization of web pages that have been determined by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through descriptive analysis and further to find out the quality of the website with the PIECES method consisting of performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service to website user satisfaction. This research was conducted with a mixed-method approach that convergent parallel design. The first stage of research is carried out with a qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis and the second stage uses a quantitative approach. Qualitative data collection is carried out by observing the appearance of work and the actual state of the website. Quantitative data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results of research on website standardization show that four things have not been following the standardization that has been determined. Based on research on the influence of PIECES variables on website user satisfaction, it was found that there were simultaneous influences of PIECES variables and there were three variables that partially affect user satisfaction, namely performance, information, and efficiency, and dominated by efficiency variables.

Abstract

Social Media Instagram is one of the most widely used social media in Indonesia with a total of 61,000,000 (sixty-one million) active users and can be said to be contemporary social media. The Immigration Office Class I Non-TPI of Bogor has many social media that are used in disseminating information, however, Instagram is one of the most active media and has the highest number of followers compared to other social media. This study aims to prove the role of Instagram social media in disseminating information related to the Republic of Indonesia Travel Document Service (Passport). The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews with related sources and by using the theory of dissemination of information conveyed by Sastropoetro, there are 4 (four) indicators, namely, must be clear, the language used is easy to reach, can cause attention, and can solve problems.
