Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji kemampuan cempe jantan peranakan Etawah dalam mengkonsumsi dan mencerna bahan kering, bahan organik pakan suplemen konsentrat mengandung tepung daun katuk dan Zn-biokompleks. Ternak percobaan digunakan 12 ekor cempe jantan peranakan Etawah dengan bobot badan 6,56-12,06kg, umur 4-5 bulan (CV 20,55%). Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan empat perlakuan dan tiga ulangan digunakan sebagai rancangan percobaan. Perlakuan yang diterapkan adalah persentase daun katuk dalam konsentrat dan tambahan biokompleks yaitu  (P0) : tanpa tepung daun katuk, (P1) : 5%, (P2) : 10%, dan (P3) : 15% tepung daun katuk. Variabel yang diukur adalah, konsumsi dan kecernaan bahan kering, dan bahan organik. Hasil analisis varians menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang nyata (P>0,05) dari perlakuan terhadap yang. Rata-rata kisaran konsumsi bahan kering (g/e/h) 318,15 – 372, konsumsi bahan organik (g/e/h) 318,15 -334,48, kecernaan bahan kering (%) 67,69 - 77,09, kecernaan bahan organik (%) 71,28 - 79,93. Tepung daun katuk pada konsentrasi 5%, 10%, dan 15% dalam ransum tidak mempengaruhi konsumsi dan kecernaan bahan kering, bahan organik. Disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan tepung daun katuk 5% menunjukkan kinerja konsumsi dan kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organic tertinggi. The aim of this study was to test the ability of Etawah crossbreed males to consume and digest dry matter, organic matter supplements concentrate containing katuk leaf flour and Zn-biocomplex. The experimental cattle used 12 male Etawah crossbreeds with a body weight of 6.56-12.06kg, 4-5 months old (CV : 20.55%). A Randomized Competely Block Design with four treatments and three replications was used as the experimental design. The treatments applied were the percentage of katuk leaves in concentrate and biocomplex additions, namely P0: without katuk leaf flour, P1: 5%, P2: 10%, and P3: 15% katuk leaf flour. The variables measured were the consumption and digestibility of dry matter and organic matter. The results of the analysis of variance showed that there was no significant effect (P> 0.05) of the treatment on the variables with the average dry matter consumption (g/t/d) 345.23 - 372, organic matter consumption (g/t/d) ) 318.15 - 334.48, dry matter digestibility (%) 67.69 - 77.09 and organic matter digestibility (%) 71.28 - 79.93. Katuk leaf flour at concentrations of 5%, 10%, and 15% in the ration did not affect the consumption and digestibility of dry matter, organic matter. It was concluded that the use of 5% katuk leaf flour showed the highest performance of consumption and digestibility of dry matter and organic matter.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of organic fertilizers Amazing Bio Growth tablet with different levels of content and digestibility in vitro forage of lamtoro tarramba. The experimental design used in this study was a completely randomized design, consisting of 5 treatments with 3 replications. Such treatment is: R₀= without fertilizer ABG tablet   (control), R₁= ABG tablets 10g, R₂= ABG tablet 20g, R₃ = ABG tablet 30g, and R₄ = ABG tablet 40g. The variables observed were: content and digestibility of dry matter and organic matter in vitro. The results showed the mean dry matter content(%) : R₀ (88.53±0.22); R₁ (88.77±0.60); R₂ (88.86±0.25); R₃ (88.91±1.47); R₄ (89.64±0.74); organic matter content: R₀ (80.51±0.10); R₁ (80.695±0.47); R₂ (81.60±0.33); R₃ (81.69±1.29); R₄ (81.98±0.46); digestibility in vitro of dry matter (%): R₀ (71.39±0.72); R₁ (72.24±0.09); R₂ (72.43±1.15); R₃ (73.91±2.26); R₄ (74.57±1.12); and digestibility in vitro of organic matter (%): R₀ (66.15±1.63); R₁ (66.18±1.88); R₂ (67.70±0.86); R₃ (67.91±2.70); R₄ (70.35±0.49). The results of statistical analysis showed that the treatment of ABG tablet organic fertilizer had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on the content and digestibility in vitro of dry matter and organic matter. It was concluded that the use of ABG tablet organic fertilizer was 40g significantly. can reduce the content of dry matter and organic matter so that it gives a real response to the digestibility in vitro of organic matter and dry matter in tarramba lamtoro forage. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap, terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan, yakni: R₀ = tanpa pupuk ABG tablet (kontrol); R₁ = ABG tablet 10g ; R₂ = ABG tablet 20g ; R₃ = ABG tablet 30g ; dan R₄ = ABG tablet 40g. Variabel yang diamati adalah: kandungan dan kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik in vitro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rataan kandungan bahan kering (%): R₀ (88,53± 0,21); R₁ (88,77± 0,60); R₂ (88,86± 0,25); R₃ (88,91± 1,46); R₄ (89,64± 0,73); kandungan bahan organic (%): R₀ (80,51±0,11); R₁ (80,69± 0,47); R₂ (81,60± 0,33); R₃ (81,69±1,29); R₄ (81,98±0,46); kecernaan in vitro bahan kering (%): R₀ (71,39±0,72); R₁ (72,24±0,08); R₂ (72,43±1,14); R₃ (73,91±2,25); R₄ (74,57±1,11); dan kecernaan in vitro bahan organic (%): R₀ (66,15±1,63); R₁ (66,18±1,87); R₂ (67,70±0,85); R₃ (67,91±2,70); R₄ (70,35±0,49). Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan penggunaan pupuk organik ABG tablet berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kandungan dan kecernaan in vitro bahan kering dan bahan organik, Disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan pupuk organik ABG tablet hingga level 40g belum memberikan respon yang nyata terhadap kandungan dan kecernaan in vitro bahan kering dan bahan organik pada hijauan lamtoro tarramba.

Abstract

A study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of giving fermented rumen waste in concentrate feed on the linear body size of bali cattle. This study used 12 bullswithanagerangeof 1-1.5 years, anaveragebodyweightof 145.3 kg. The study was designed using a completely randomized design consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments in this study were: P₀ (forage feed + concentrate feed with out fermented rumen content), P₁ (foragefeed + concentratefeedcontaining 20% ​​fermented rumen content), P₂ (forage feed + concentrate feed containing 40% fermented rumen content), P₃ (forage feed + concentrate feed containing 60% fermented rumen content). Data analysis used a one-way pattern of variance. The results showed that the average body length, chest circumference and average shoulder height were respectively 0.10 ± 0.01 cm/e/d, 0.11 ± 0.01 cm/e/d, 0.08 ± 0.01 cm /e/h. The results of the variance showed that treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on body length, chest circumference and shoulder height. It was concluded that the increase in linear body size of fattening male Bali cattle that received concentrate feed treatment without fermented bovine rumen content was the same as cattle that received concentrate feed treatment containing 20, 40 and 60% fermented rumen content.   Suatu penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian limbah isi rumen terfermentasi dalam pakan konsentrat terhadap ukuran linear tubuh sapi bali. Penelitianini menggunakan ternak sapi jantan bakalan sebanyak 12 ekor dengan kisaran umur 1-1,5 tahun,rataan bobot badan 145,3 kg. Penelitian dirancang menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Adapun perlakuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: P₀ (pakan hijauan + pakan konsentrat tanpa isi rumen terfermentasi), P₁ (pakan hijauan + pakan konsentrat mengandung 20% isi rumen terfermentasi), P₂ (pakan hijauan + pakan konsentrat mengandung 40% isi rumen terfermentasi), P₃ (pakan hijauan + pakan konsentrat mengandung 60% isi rumen terfermentasi). Analisis data menggunakan sidik ragam pola satu jalur. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rataan panjang badan,lingkar dada dan rataan tinggi pundak berturut-turut 0,10±0,01 cm/e/h, 0,11±0,01 cm/e/h, 0,08±0,01 cm/e/h. Hasil sidik ragam menunjukan perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap panjang badan, lingkar dada dan tinggi pundak. Disimpulkan bahwa pertambahan ukuran linear tubuh ternak sapi bali jantan penggemukan yang mendapat perlakuan pakan konsentrat tanpa isi rumen sapi terfermentasi sama dengan ternak sapi yang mendapat perlakuan pakan konsentrat mengandung 20, 40 dan 60% isi rumen terfermentasi.
