Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted at UD. Cashew Mubaraq Lome Kendari. This study aims to describe the business strategy used so that this business can develop. The business strategy includes marketing strategy, production strategy, human resources strategy, and financial strategy. The informants of this research are the Manager, Head of the Marketing Division, and the Head of the Production Division. Data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques.Based on the results and research discussions obtained, it can be seen that the business strategy in marketing is to provide various types of products. Products manufactured by UD. Kendari Mubaraq Lombe Cashew and the products of 31 Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The strategy in the field of production is to pay attention to the production process properly and pay attention to the quality of raw materials, especially cashew. The strategy in the field of human resources, this business employs 15 permanent employees and 10 daily employees. Daily employees aim to facilitate the cashew production process, which is employed when producing cashew with a wholesale system. In UD financial management. Cashew Mubaraq Lombe Kendari is still simple, which records the accounting for all company revenues and expenses. In organizing the financial section is governed by the owner's wife and does not have other workers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of venture capital assistance on the income of traditional traders in the North Kolaka Meeto Market. The population in this study were all traditional traders in the Meeto Market who were given capital assistance of 60 people. Sampling is done by sample cluster sampling, where each population is grouped according to the type of business being operated. To obtain a representative sample size of each type of business operated, 50% of the population was determined. So that the samples in this study were 30 respondents consisting of: 13 fish sellers, 8 chicken sellers, 9 people selling groceries. Analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative analysis used to analyze descriptively the effect of venture capital assistance on the income of traditional traders and quantitative analysis used to analyze quantitatively about the income of traditional traders in the Meeto Market of North Kolaka Regency using simple linear regression. and discussion, The Effect of Business Capital Assistance on Traditional Trader Income that the relationship between venture capital assistance and income shows a positive and significant relationship. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the contribution of venture capital assistance to income amounted to 0.9226 or 92.26 percent of the income of traditional traders.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the village chief's managerial skills in carrying out village development (a study in Malalanda village, Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency). A qualitative descriptive research methodology including observation, interview, and documentation was applied in this study. The findings of this research suggest that the Malalanda village head utilizes four (four) management roles to govern village development. Planning is the first. Holding village development meetings (musrembang) with the community is the first step in the development process in Malalanda village. Next, arrange. The village chief put together a special team to rebuild the community's development plans based on the outcomes of the development planning meeting with them. Finally, The Malalanda village chief led the locals or village authorities in putting development initiatives like intercommunal cooperation and community service into action. And finally, oversight. The village chief of Malalanda often makes direct visits to the sites of activities in order to monitor and oversee the performance of local authorities as they execute the development.
