Abstract

The low spiritual level of the younger generation is signed by the lack of success in Islamic Da’wah referring to them, especially to children. The indicator of the lack of remarked Islamic Da’wah can be seen from five-times prayers at the mosque, which commonly contains the elders or older people; spirituality grows solely when people are getting old or closer to death. This study aimed to examine the role of Islamic educational psychology in developing a child’s spirituality, and the method used was library research. The data was collected by documentation and analyzed by descriptive analysis.  The research result showed that psychology is vital to the child’s spiritual development, embedding the awareness of being religiously related to personal spiritual values. In terms of psychology, Islam is known as al-Syakhsiyah.  The role of psychological science in developing a child’s spirituality is by bridging the process of delivering spiritual knowledge to be more paid attention to the psychology of every child, starting from the pre-Muhamazis period until he passes the Mumazis period; this will significantly determine the success of transferring values ​​to children.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the interest in learning to learn to read the Qur'an is very important for santri / female students of fishermen's children at MDTA Darul Hujjaj Joundul II Complex Tabing Hajj Dormitory. The purpose of this research in general is to find out how the interest in learning and the ability to read the Qur'an of fishermen's children at MDTA Darul Hujjaj Joundul II Complex Tabing Hajj Dormitory. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Then the data that has been collected is processed with the analysis model. The results of the research conducted, the author can conclude that there are several variations in the interest and ability to read the al quran of fishermen's children at MDTA Darul Hujjaj. For santri who have been able to read Al quran and Iqro‘ fluently on average have a high interest in learning Al qur'an, while on the contrary for santri who have not been able to read Al quran and Iqro’ on average have a low interest in learning Al qur'an. Therefore, the figure of a teacher in this process is an important thing, because from the results of the study it is concluded that the way and method of teaching an MDTA teacher can affect the ability and interest in reading of fishermen's children in MDTA Darul Hujjaj.

Abstract

Penerapan teori kognitif dalam menghafal Al-Qur'an memiliki peran signifikan terhadap kesehatan mental. Teori kognitif menekankan pentingnya proses berpikir, pemahaman, dan pengolahan informasi dalam pembelajaran, yang relevan dengan metode menghafal Al-Qur'an secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan teori kognitif dalam proses menghafal Al-Qur'an serta dampaknya terhadap kesehatan mental. Data yang diperoleh dari partisipan yang aktif menghafal Al-Qur'an menunjukkan hubungan positif antara aktivitas menghafal dan peningkatan kesejahteraan mental. Aktivitas menghafal Al-Qur'an membutuhkan penghayatan spiritual dan emosional, yang dapat meningkatkan keseimbangan psikologis. Selama proses menghafal, seseorang dapat mengembangkan pola pikir positif dan mengendalikan emosinya, dan juga dapat membantu mengurangi stres, meningkatkan konsentrasi, dan merasa lebih tenang dan puas. Jadi, menghafal Al-Qur'an dengan teori kognitif dapat menjadi cara yang luas untuk mendukung kesehatan mental, baik untuk individu maupun komunitas.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Smart TV and digital-based teaching materials in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at Lolong 11 Public Elementary School, Padang City. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a field study approach, through observation, interviews, and documentation with the principal, teachers, and students. The results indicate that the use of Smart TV as a learning medium can increase student interest in learning, facilitate understanding of religious concepts, and create a more interactive learning environment. The visual and contextual presentation of digital materials has been proven to assist teachers in conveying Islamic Religious Education (PAI) values ​​more effectively. These findings demonstrate that digital media-based learning not only addresses the challenges of developing educational technology but also strengthens the internalization of spiritual values ​​in the context of modern learning. In conclusion, the implementation of Smart TV and digital materials has a positive impact on improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning, particularly in terms of effectiveness, interactivity, and relevance to students' lives in the digital era.
