Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure standards are national education standards relating to minimum criteriaregarding study rooms, places to exercise, places of worship, libraries, laboratories, workshops, playgrounds,places for creation and recreation, as well as other learning resources, which are needed to support the learningprocess. including the use of information and communication technology (Government Regulation No. 19 of2005 concerning National Education Standards, 2005). One of these activities is the management of theNursing Laboratory, whose management must comply with standards to support student practice activities.Efforts are being made to support these activities by building a web-based application, namely the NursingLaboratory Information System (NLIS) which can be visited by accessing the Nursing Laboratory SystemInventory page via the URL: http://silk.polindra.ac.id/#. The program is expected to find errors and data thatcan be used for use and is very useful in Documented Recording of incoming and outgoing reports of goods,both medical devices and consumables, the formation of an information system related to recording andreporting on the inventory of tools and consumables, transferring technology, to provide convenience forstudents in using the laboratory, as well as improve the accessibility of data that is presented in a timely andaccurate manner for users.

Abstract

The Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Indramayu has not implemented the Hospital ManagementInformation System optimally, and also for nursing diagnoses, nursing outcomes, nursinginterventions according to nursing standards have not been included in the system. So that thecommunication and documentation of nursing care that is carried out is still different between fellownurses. In 2021, community service has been held in the form of Application of Standard NursingCare for Medical Surgical Nursing Care at Indramayu Hospital and with this applicationcommunication and documentation of medical surgical nursing care are uniform. So that theIndramayu Hospital asked the Indramayu State Polytechnic to continue community service at theIndramayu Hospital in the pediatric nursing section. The method of implementing communityservice consists of several stages, including: identification of problems and needs, analysis andplanning, system creation, testing and evaluation, and reporting the results of the implementationof service. This community service partnering with RSUD Indramayu produces android-basedapplications and web-based applications and is centered on the server. This application containsthree standard nursing books, namely SDKI, SLKI and SIKI. This application also links the SDKIbook with the SLKI book and links the SDKI book with the SIKI book. The conclusion of communityservice regarding the development of making the application of pediatric nursing standards is the realization of the development of standard nursing applications consisting of an android platformand a website platform, so that the communication of child nursing care becomes uniform.Recording and documentation of uniform pediatric nursing care

Abstract

Nursing documentation is an obligation that must be carried out by nurses. Nursing documentation consists of formulating nursing diagnoses, making outcomes, and preparing nursing interventions. The purpose of the study: is to determine the relationship between nurses' knowledge of the application of nursing process documentation based on Indonesian nursing diagnosis standards, Indonesian nursing outcomes standards, and Indonesian nursing intervention standards at the Indramayu Regional General Hospital. Methods: descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique pays attention to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: the significance value (2-tailed) was 0.000. Because the significance value (2-tailed) <0.05, it means that there is a significant relationship between the Nurse Knowledge variable and the Application of Nursing Process Documentation. Discussion: the correlation coefficient of 0.258 means that the strength of the correlation/relationship between nurses' knowledge and the Application of Nursing Process Documentation Based on Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards, Indonesian Nursing Outcomes Standards, and Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards at the Indramayu Regional General Hospital is a sufficient relationship and the direction of the relationship is positive. In Rank Spearman the criteria are if the value of Sig is less than Alpha (0.05) then H1 is accepted (H0 is Rejected). H1: there is a relationship between nurses' knowledge and the application of Nursing Process Documentation Based on Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards, Indonesian Nursing Outcomes Standards, and Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards at the Indramayu Regional General Hospital

Abstract

Desa diurus oleh pemerintahan desa yaitu dalam rangka untuk kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Sehingga pemerintah desa mempunyai kewajiban memberikan pelayanan kepada warganya. Pemerintahan Desa merupakan penyelenggara urusan pemerintahan dan kepentingan masyarakat setempat dalam sistem pemerintahan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.  Pemerintahan desa ini mempunyai tugas untuk membangun desa tersebut agar menjadi lebih baik sehingga kehidupan warganya lebih sejahtera. Pembangunan Desa ditujukan sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas hidup dan kehidupan untuk sebesar-besarnya kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Desa Tenajar, Kecamatan Kertasemaya, Kabupaten Indramayu bertekad untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal bagi masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan pemetaan wilayah menunjukan, adanya kebutuhan masyarakat terkait literasi kesehatan khususnya bagi ibu dan anak dan tindak lanjut penanganan kesehatan. Merujuk pada kondisi tersebut, kami bermaksud menindaklanjuti permasalahan yang ada dengan menerapkan aplikasi “Desa Sehat” yang berbasis android. Aplikasi ini akan diarahkan pada peningkatan kesadaran kesehatan masyarakat terutama ibu dan anak sehingga menekan angka terjadinya kasus stunting di wilayah Desa Tenajar. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terdiri atas beberapa tahap, antara lain: identifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan, analisis dan perencanaan, pembuatan sistem, uji coba dan evaluasi, serta pelaporan hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menghasilkan aplikasi berbasis android dan terpusat pada server. Aplikasi ini memuat tentang pengguna aplikasi yaitu kepala desa, pembantu kepala desa, admin desa, kader, ketua RT, dan bidan desa. Terwujudnya penerapan aplikasi desa sehat ini pihak desa dapat memantau kesehatan desanya melalui data kesehatan desa dan juga pemberian pertolongan kesehatan kepada warganya sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban dari pemerintahan desa.
