Abstract

Digital watermarking is an important field of technological development that has now grown in the digital era. Digital era encourage the spread digital images on internet by the websites with a large scale. On the other hand, digital images are objects that are very easy to change or manipulate, and even copied irresponsibly. Meanwhile it is very difficult to prove the image has been changed by existing equipment at this time, and it is difficult to prove its ownership. This is an important issue, when the image is one of the evidences for legal cases, news reporting and medical filing, where the image must be ensured that the digital image is not subject to change or manipulation. In this paper, we present the application of digital watermarking to authentication and ownership validation of digital image so the image can be ascertained its validity. This research applies blind watermark scheme by using secret key that inserted at least-significant bits (LSB) of host image therefore the watermark is invisible watermark. The result of watermarked image has a small decrease in quality with the mean value of PSNR and MSE about 34.08 and 14.62.

Abstract

Based on data presented by the National Strategic Food Price Information Center on Monday (6/5/2019), all food commodity prices rose. Wear prices affect people's purchasing power and the main raw materials in the area. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to think that to create a site-based application that can monitor food prices and can predict food price increases, predictions are expected to be a purchasing decision support system to control prices. The methodology used in this application is V Model, the programming language used is PHP using the Laravel 5.8 framework to develop the application. This application uses the Fuzzy Time Series method, which is to forecast or predict the price of commodity types. Is to provide information related to commodity prices in the market, also predict the price of commodity types for the months ahead, this is intended to take action to compile a sudden increase in price. From the test results the estimated price uses the average absolute error percentage (MAPE). And the prediction results obtained with a MAPE value of -0.013%.

Abstract

The internal research information system is an application that is used to manage research proposal data within the scope of the Indramayu State Polytechnic (POLINDRA) starting from submission, assessment, implementation to reporting. At first the system at the Indramayu State Polytechnic was still not well integrated in terms of submitting proposals from lecturers, because the sending process was still using email. Then the approval process for the proposal will be seen by external reviewers. Furthermore, the self-assessment process is carried out by filling out the assessment form provided by P3M, then it will be sent to the Reviewer via email. The choice of a website system for the development of this application is not only easier to operate and the flexible nature of the website is one of the reasons. The problem raised in this topic is that the submission of proposals is still manual using email so that data errors may still occur, data is lost or damaged. With this application, it is expected to be able to manage the proposed data so that it is fast, efficient and optimally the data stored in the system. Making this application using the Kanban method. This application is also built using the Laravel Framework and MariaDB Database. The tests carried out in this study used black-box testing with the results of testing the available features successfully and the program running well. With the Internal Research Information System through the proposal feature that displays a list of existing research proposals to the proposer. So that in sending, evaluating proposals and managing research proposals so that the process of sending, evaluating and approving proposals submitted by lecturers at the Indramayu State Polytechnic becomes easier, faster, efficient, and well integrated.

Abstract

Klinik Laa Tachzan adalah salah satu klinik pratama yang menyediakan layanan kesehatan secaraumum. Terdapat beberapa pelayanan Kesehatan yang disediakan oleh klinik tersebut antara lain praktikdokter umum, apotek, dan praktik beberapa dokter spesialis. Dalam melakukan kegiatan operasionalpelayanan kesehatan, pengelola klinik masih mengandalkan media kertas untuk mencatat berbagai data,misalnya data rekam medis, data antrian pasien, nota pembelian obat, serta nota pembayaran jasa pelayananKesehatan. Media kertas tersebut masih relevan untuk digunakan, namun apabila dilakukan berulang kalidengan jumlah yang banyak dan disimpan dalam jangka waktu yang lama menjadi tidak efektif dikarenakanrentannya terhadap kerusakan dan kehilangan. Permasalahan lain yang dihadapi klinik Laa Tachzan yaitutidak adanya informasi jadwal dokter yang tersedia secara publik dan realtime untuk diakses oleh calonpasien, sistem antrian pasien yang tidak efektif, dan tidak sederhananya proses pencarian data rekam medispasien dan pengelolaan nota pembayaran. Berdasarkan analisis studi literatur dan permasalahan, diusulkanimplementasi aplikasi manajemen klinik pratama pada studi kasus klinik Laa Tachzan. Aplikasi ini dapatdioperasikan di dua platform, web dan mobile. Adapun model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu AgileSoftware Development. Dari hasil pengujian menggunakan pendekatan black box didapatkan bahwapenggunaan kertas dapat dikurangi, informasi jadwal dokter dapat diketahui calon pasien, nomor antrianpasien dapat diperoleh secara online, data rekam medis lebih cepat ditemukan petugas, dan nota pembayaranlebih sederhana untuk dikelola.

Abstract

Indramayu merupakan salah satu sentra penghasil olahan mangga Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan di indramayu terdapat banyak pohon mangga sehingga menghasilkan panen mangga yang melimpah setiap tahunnya. Dari hasil panen mangga yang melimpah ini, masyarakat indramayu dapat melakukan produksi olahan mangga hingga pada industri rumah tangga maupun UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah). Selama ini pemasaran dari olahan mangga khas Indramayu, dipasarkan secara konvensional yaitu dijual di lapak-lapak atau toko sekitar Indramayu dengan proses pencatatan transaksi yang manual. Tidak adanya pembukuan pencatatan penjualan yang baik menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh retail atau toko-toko yang menjual olahan mangga yang dihasilkan oleh industri rumah tangga atau UMKM. Oleh karena itu dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini, kami mengusulkan suatu aplikasi yang memudahkan penjualan retail mencatat transaksi (Point of Sale) yang dilakukan pada tempat-tempat penjualan dengan terintegrasi pada produsen secara langsung. Aplikasi penjualan jenis dan olahan mangga ini berbasis smartphone android diintegrasikan pada suatu server melalui internet dengan menggunakan service sistem yang dilewatkan dengan format JSON dan didukung oleh MYSQL Database. Dengan menggunakan sistem client-server seperti ini diharapkan produsen olahan mangga dapat memasarkan produknya menggunakan agen-agen yang ada dengan mudah dan efektif.

Abstract

According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO) per year around 1.35 million people die as a result of traffic accidents. Therefore, one solution is the development of Smart Transportation, namely the implementation of the Advanced Driver Assistant System (ADAS) on public transportation. The purpose of this study is to provide a level of safety in public transportation in the form of providing recommendations in driving. ADAS is implanted in an Odroid device and then installed on public transportation. The system can provide speed recommendations, predict vehicle conditions whether safe or dangerous, and detect traffic signs. In its implementation the system provides speed recommendations using Artificial Intelligence (AI) which is the fuzzy logic method and to predict the condition of the vehicle using machine learning that is the Support Vector Machine method. The system output in the form of speed recommendations, vehicle safety predictions and traffic signs detection will be directly accepted by the driver both visually and soundly. From the test results, the system has an accuracy rate of 95.25% in predicting vehicle conditions.Keywords: Assistance driver system; artificial intelligent; embedded device; machine learning; odroid Impelementasi Assistance Driver System untuk Transportasi Publik Berbasis Sistem EmbeddedABSTRAKMenurut data dari organisasi kesehatan dunia (WHO) per tahun sekitar 1,35 juta orang meninggal akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas. Salah satu solusinya adalah pengembangan smart transport, yaitu penerapan advanced driver assistant system (ADAS) pada angkutan umum. Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan tingkat keselamatan pada transportasi publik berupa pemberian rekomendasi dalam berkendaraan.  ADAS ditanamkan dalam perangkat odroid dan kemudian dipasang pada transportasi umum. Sistem ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi kecepatan, memprediksi kondisi kendaraan apakah aman atau berbahaya, dan mendeteksi rambu-rambu lalu lintas. Dalam implementasinya sistem memberikan rekomendasi kecepatan menggunakan artificial intelligence (AI) yang merupakan metode logika fuzzy dan untuk memprediksi kondisi kendaraan menggunakan pembelajaran mesin yaitu metode support vector machine. Output sistem dalam bentuk rekomendasi kecepatan, prediksi keselamatan kendaraan dan deteksi rambu lalu lintas akan langsung diterima oleh pengemudi baik secara visual maupun suara. Abstract

The Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Indramayu has not implemented the Hospital ManagementInformation System optimally, and also for nursing diagnoses, nursing outcomes, nursinginterventions according to nursing standards have not been included in the system. So that thecommunication and documentation of nursing care that is carried out is still different between fellownurses. In 2021, community service has been held in the form of Application of Standard NursingCare for Medical Surgical Nursing Care at Indramayu Hospital and with this applicationcommunication and documentation of medical surgical nursing care are uniform. So that theIndramayu Hospital asked the Indramayu State Polytechnic to continue community service at theIndramayu Hospital in the pediatric nursing section. The method of implementing communityservice consists of several stages, including: identification of problems and needs, analysis andplanning, system creation, testing and evaluation, and reporting the results of the implementationof service. This community service partnering with RSUD Indramayu produces android-basedapplications and web-based applications and is centered on the server. This application containsthree standard nursing books, namely SDKI, SLKI and SIKI. This application also links the SDKIbook with the SLKI book and links the SDKI book with the SIKI book. The conclusion of communityservice regarding the development of making the application of pediatric nursing standards is the realization of the development of standard nursing applications consisting of an android platformand a website platform, so that the communication of child nursing care becomes uniform.Recording and documentation of uniform pediatric nursing care

Abstract

Traveling to a place using a private vehicle is an activity that many people do when visiting an area. The visitors leave their cars in several parking lots within a certain period. The resulted, them having difficulty finding vehicles in the parking lot. This study aims to assist parking service users in finding cars parked at the parking location using CCTV cameras. Apart from being used as a security system, cameras have installed in the parking lot can also be used to track the visitor's cars to the point where they park. The proposed method consists of three large blocks: background subtraction, vehicle recognition, and vehicle tracking. Results this study obtained in the test include the accuracy for the vehicle tracking process of about 91.5%, with a true positive rate of approximately 81.12%, and vehicle recognition about 70%.

Abstract

The use of digital platforms in the learning process is increasing, especially in the context of assessment activities. In this context, it is essential to realize that digital platforms can be subject to attack or fraud by irresponsible parties. It is due to the presence of sensitive data and/or restricted to a limited number of authorized persons. Therefore, the protection of data and its security in using digital platforms is very important. To enhance this layer of security in data protection, cryptographic methods play a crucial role in maintaining information security. By applying cryptographic methods to learning platforms for assessment purposes, we can increase the security and integrity of the data involved in the assessment process. This research aims to produce a plugin that can be used on a Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS). This plugin will provide an additional activity in the form of an assessment activity with an essay exam type. When this plugin is used, all questions and answers will be encrypted into text that is difficult to understand by unauthorized parties when an attack attempt occurs. In this way, the learning platform for assessment purposes can safeguard and protect data from access by irresponsible parties.
