Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, educational cost, and facility on student satisfaction and loyalty at Pelita Indonesia School of Economic Sciences in Pekanbaru. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach. This study took a sample of 183 respondents at Pelita Indonesia School of Economic Sciences in Pekanbaru. The sampling technique was done using proportionate stratified sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS Version 21. The results showed that brand image had a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction. Educational cost had a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction. Facility had a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction. Brand image had a positive and significant influence on student loyalty. Educational cost had a positive and significant influence on student loyalty. Facility did not have a significant influence on student loyalty. Student satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on student loyalty.

Abstract

This study to determine and analyze the influence of leadership on organizational commitment and work discipline or employee performance in public health office of Pekanbaru City. This research was carried out at the public health office of Pekanbaru City with a sample of 99 people. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampel by the census method. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and analysis hypothesis using the structural equation model (AMOS) and SPSS. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and hypothesis analysis using the structural equation model (AMOS) and SPSS. The test results show that there is an influence of leadership on organizational commitment, there is an influence of leadership on work discipline, there is no influence of leadership on employee performance, there is no influence of organizational commitment on work discipline, there is no influence of leadership on employee performance, and there is no influence of work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of analysis of commitment, motivation, and leadership and work culture on job satisfaction and teacher performance at SMK Multi Mekanik Masmur Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The sampling criteria in this study were all educators at the Masmur Multi-Mechanical School. There are 100 teachers in this school. The remaining 20 people are education personnel. So the respondents in this study were 100 people who were all education personnel. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire), interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and hypothesis analysis using SPSS and SEM PLS analysis. The results obtained indicate that there is an insignificant effect of commitment on job satisfaction, motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has no significant effect on job satisfaction and work culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, commitment has no significant effect on teacher performance, motivation has no significant effect on teacher performance, leadership has no significant effect on teacher performance, work culture has a significant effect on teacher performance, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of commitment, competence, leadership style, and work culture on job satisfaction and performance of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Kampar Regency. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires, and employee data. The population in the study was 102 employees and the method used to determine the number of samples in this study was the total sample method using the census technique so the total sample was 102 respondents. Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that commitment has no effect on job satisfaction, competence has no effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has no effect on job satisfaction, work culture has an effect on job satisfaction, commitment has no effect on employee performance, competence has no effect on employee performance, leadership style has no effect on employee performance, work culture has no effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The results obtained indicate that there is an insignificant effect of leadership style on job satisfaction, commitment has no significant effect on job satisfaction, and motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance, commitment has no significant effect on teacher performance, motivation has no significant effect on teacher performance and job satisfaction has no significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of discipline, service orientation, integrity, and leadership style on the job satisfaction of state high school teachers in Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency. Then this study also aims to analyze the effect of discipline, service orientation, integrity, and leadership style on the teacher performance of the public high schools in Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The population of this study was all public high school teachers in the Tanah Putih sub-district and a sample of 138 respondents. Data processing and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, service orientation has no significant effect on job satisfaction, integrity has no significant effect on job satisfaction and leadership style has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Then discipline has no significant effect on teacher performance, service orientation has no significant effect on teacher performance, integrity has a significant effect on teacher performance, leadership style has no significant effect on teacher performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on teacher performance.
