Abstract

The low level of graduation from the national high school equivalent of Rokan Hilir is a result of the low quality of teacher performance. This study aims to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and teacher performance. The sample of this study were 100 teachers, with a sample selection method is convenience sampling. Data collection used a Likert scale questionnaire. Analysis used Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that organizational culture and commitment significantly influence job satisfaction. While organizational culture, job satisfaction, commitment, and motivation have a significant effect on performance. Rendahnya tingkat kelulusan ujian nasional SLTA sederajat Rokan Hilir merupakan dampak dari rendahnya kualitas kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 guru, dengan metode pemilihan sampel adalah convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, komitmen, dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation, training, organizational culture, organizational commitment into job satisfaction and working performance in SMK Negeri Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques is by transferring questionnaires and data from teachers. The population in this study were teachers in SMK Negeri Pekanbaru with 206 number of partisipants. Data analysis techniques is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed motivation had significant influence into job satisfaction and working performance, training had no significant influence into job satisfaction and working performance, organizational culture had significant influence into job satisfaction and working performance, organizational commitment had no significant influence into job satisfaction and working performance and work satisfaction had significant influence into working performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, pelatihan, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasankerja dan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri Kota Pekanbaru. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket dan data guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri Kota Pekanbaru dengan jumlah sampel 206 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja guru, pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepusan kerja dan kinerja guru, komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and organizational culture on job satisfaction and teacher performance at SMKN 4 Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires, conducting observations, interviews and collecting documentations. The population in this study were teachers at SMKN 4 Pekanbaru with 92 total number of participants. With data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling, the results showed that leadership style had significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation had no significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture had significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership style had no significant effect on teacher performance, motivation had significant effect on teacher performance , organizational culture had significant effect on teacher performance, job satisfaction had no significant effect on teacher performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru di SMKN 4 Pekanbaru. Tehnik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, melakukan observasi, wawancara dan mengumpulkan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SMKN 4 Pekanbaru dengan 92 orang jumlah peserta. Dengan tehnik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan software SMART PLS, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap guru kinerja, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, educational cost, and facility on student satisfaction and loyalty at Pelita Indonesia School of Economic Sciences in Pekanbaru. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach. This study took a sample of 183 respondents at Pelita Indonesia School of Economic Sciences in Pekanbaru. The sampling technique was done using proportionate stratified sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS Version 21. The results showed that brand image had a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction. Educational cost had a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction. Facility had a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction. Brand image had a positive and significant influence on student loyalty. Educational cost had a positive and significant influence on student loyalty. Facility did not have a significant influence on student loyalty. Student satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on student loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are (1) to determine, test and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction at Hotel Pesonna Pekanbaru (2) To determine, test and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Brand Image and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty at Hotel Pesonna Pekanbaru . In this study, the population is visitors of Hotel Pesonna Pekanbaru who have visited at least 2 times. The sample of this study was 120 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling with data collection methods using questionnaires. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and verification analysis. The data in this study were processed using SPSS, SmartPLS, and Microsoft Excel. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality (X1) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y1). Service Quality (X1) has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y2). Brand Image (X2) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y1). Brand Image (X2) has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y2). Customer Satisfaction (Y1) has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y2).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of analysis of commitment, motivation, and leadership and work culture on job satisfaction and teacher performance at SMK Multi Mekanik Masmur Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The sampling criteria in this study were all educators at the Masmur Multi-Mechanical School. There are 100 teachers in this school. The remaining 20 people are education personnel. So the respondents in this study were 100 people who were all education personnel. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire), interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and hypothesis analysis using SPSS and SEM PLS analysis. The results obtained indicate that there is an insignificant effect of commitment on job satisfaction, motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has no significant effect on job satisfaction and work culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, commitment has no significant effect on teacher performance, motivation has no significant effect on teacher performance, leadership has no significant effect on teacher performance, work culture has a significant effect on teacher performance, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and promotion on decisions by using interest as an intervention variable. The method used in this research is the path analysis method. The sample used is 220 respondents. While the data collection by means of a questionnaire. The results showed that brand image did not have a positive and significant effect on interest. Promotion does not have a positive and significant impact on interest. Interest has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on decisions. The promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Interest is not able to mediate the effect of brand image on decisions as evidenced by the test results. Interest is not able to mediate the effect of promotion on decisions as evidenced by the test results.

Abstract

Teacher performance is the result of work in quality and quantity that is achieved by a teacher in carrying out their duties in accordance with their responsibilities, so that teacher performance can be influenced by motivation, discipline, and work culture as well as job satisfaction. This study aims to see whether there is an influence between work motivation, discipline, and work culture with job satisfaction and teacher performance at public junior high schools in Sukajadi district. The population is 95 people and a sample of 77 teachers is obtained from 4 public junior high schools in Sukajadi sub-district. Data analysis techniques include Outer Model and Inner Model as well as Bootstrapping using SmartPLS 3 software. The results show that work motivation has a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction, work motivation also has a positive effect on performance. Then, work discipline has a positive effect on job satisfaction but discipline has no positive effect on teacher performance. And work culture has a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction, it also has a positive effect on teacher performance. While job satisfaction has a positive effect on teacher performance, this can be interpreted that teacher job satisfaction can improve teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of commitment, competence, leadership style, and work culture on job satisfaction and performance of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Kampar Regency. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires, and employee data. The population in the study was 102 employees and the method used to determine the number of samples in this study was the total sample method using the census technique so the total sample was 102 respondents. Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that commitment has no effect on job satisfaction, competence has no effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has no effect on job satisfaction, work culture has an effect on job satisfaction, commitment has no effect on employee performance, competence has no effect on employee performance, leadership style has no effect on employee performance, work culture has no effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, competence, motivation, and work culture on job satisfaction and performance of Bhabinkantibmas Polres employees in Kampar Regency. The method used in collecting data in this study was a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees of the Bhabinkantibmas Polres Kampar totaling 120 members of the Bhabinkantibmas. While the sample of this study was 120 respondents where using the census method. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and Equation Model Structure analysis (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that organizational commitment and competence were significantly positive on job satisfaction. Motivation is significantly positive on Job Satisfaction. Work culture is not significant to job satisfaction, organizational commitment is not significant to employee performance. Competence is significantly negative on employee performance. Motivation is not significant to employee performance. Work culture and job satisfaction are not significant to employee performance at Bhabinkantibmas Polres in Kampar Regency.
