Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Ngawen as one of the leading vocational schools located in Gunungkidul, Special Region of Yogyakarta, requires strengthening of the implementation of the independent learning curriculum for SMK as a Center of Excellence and strengthening of electric car technology which is implemented in learning. This Off-Campus Lecturer Program aims to provide training to teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Ngawen in relation to strengthening the concept of independent learning and electric car technology in SMK which is applied in general learning related to strengthening hardskills, softskills, and character and harmony. between SMK and the world of work that is applied in learning in SMK. The target audience in this activity are teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Ngawen, Gunungkidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The method of activities carried out in the Lecturer's Activities Outside the Campus is the lecture and discussion method accompanied by problem solving real problems that are expected by the school. This training activity has been carried out well. The results of the Evaluation Questionnaire showed that 65% strongly agree that the program is as needed, 76% strongly agree that the material provides benefits, 71% strongly agrees that the battery increases cooperation, 59% agrees that the program fosters independence, 59% strongly agrees that the delivery of material is clear and easy to understand, 65% of respondents strongly agree that the program encourages forward-looking, and 53% strongly agree that the results of the activities are in line with the expectations of the school.

Abstract

 AbstractTheiobjectives of thissstudy were (1) to determine the implementation of practical learning at SMK N 2 Wonosari, (2) to determineethe levellof work readiness ofsstudents at SMK N 2 Wonosari, and (3) to determine the relationshippbetween theeimplementation of practical learning and work readiness of class students. XII Automotive Engineering Skills Program at SMK N 2 Wonosari (TKRO). This type of research is descriptive statistics with a quantitative approach. This research includes population research, with a total of 91 students of class XII of the Automotive Engineering Expertise Program at SMK N 2 Wonosari. The research instrument is aaquestionnaire. The validityyof the instrumenttwas tested usinggthe product moment formula. Instrument reliability was calculated using the Cronbach Alpha formula. The data obtained were tested using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis with regression with the help of the SPSS version 23 computer program. The resultssshowed thatt: (1) the implementation of practical learningaat SMK N 2 Wonosari was included in the very high category with a scale of 1-4 obtained 3.53, (2) The level of work readiness of class XII students of the expertise program of the Automotive Engineering Expertise Program at SMK N 2 Wonosari is included in the high category with a scale of 1-4 obtained 3.39, (3) Thereeis a relationshippbetweennthe implementationoof practical learning and work readiness. This is evidenced by the significance value of 5% level 0.000 0.05. In the producttmoment correlation analysis, the correlationncoefficient (rxy) with N=91 is 0.684 at a 5% significance level of 0.207. The data shows that rcount is greater than rtable (0.6840.207).

Abstract

The development of the Technopreneur learning module by implementing transformative learning strategies at Taruna Bakti Kertosono Vocational School is an effort to increase students' interest in entrepreneurship field. The use of technology in supply chain management has opened the door to real-time monitoring, inventory optimization, and better collaboration with business partners. With the adoption of the right technology, businesses are able to adapt market changes quickly, create competitive advantages, and respond more responsively to customer needs in an ever-evolving business environment. Even in the industrial sector, technology has increased production efficiency, led to innovation in manufacturing processes, and created more sophisticated and high-quality products. Overall, technological developments have become the foundation that allows humans to optimize their potential and fulfill their needs and desires better. This research integrated the concept of technopreneurship and a learning approach that emphasized practical application, skill development, and student creativity. Through the use of qualitative methods, data was collected from literature studies, interviews, and observations to evaluate the impact of developing this module on students' entrepreneurial interest. The research results show that the Technopreneur module implemented with a transformative learning strategy provides a significant boost and increase the students' interest to be involved in the technology-driven business world.
