Abstract

Pirt licensing and halal certification in the village of Panembahan, Plered, Cirebon. This PKM aims to increase the understanding of food and beverage SMEs in the village of Panembahan, Plered, Cirebon, about the importance of pirt licensing and halal certification to increase the selling value of products and also consumer buying interest. The implementation of this PKM is carried out using lecture, tutorial, and discussion methods. The results of this PKM program are (1) SMEs understand the importance of pirt licensing and halal certification, and are motivated to continue it, (2) SMEs understand the procedures for pirt licensing, and (3) SMEs understand the procedures for halal certification. Thus, consumer buying interest and consumer trust are expected to increase through the presence of pirt numbers and halal labels. besides that it is also expected to increase product sales and the welfare of the people in Panembahan Village, Plered, Cirebon.

Abstract

This asset-based approach has the goal of focusing on identifying and utilizing existing assets rather than focusing on deficiencies or problems. The activity of utilizing local assets carried out by the people of Kampung Gedang aims to make the life of the local community better and independent by utilizing the existing potential, starting from the use of natural materials, human resources, to local facilities and infrastructure to support the development of written batik. The method used in this activity is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, using literature studies and other secondary data from various sources. The discussion shows that the ABCD stage is a step that can be taken to support the development of Ciwaringin Batik, by adopting this concept, community development steps through batik can be carried out properly.

Abstract

The MSME sector is a community-based business unit that is vulnerable to intense business and marketing competition. So, all efforts or investments to help MSMEs to improve their business capabilities are something worth fighting for. This community service process is carried out using an action research approach, with business coaching and appreciative inquiry techniques. Business coaching efforts are aimed at building business actors' awareness of the business they are doing, knowing more about their potential customers, and identifying key activities and partners, while appreciative inquiry is carried out to build discussions where participants can listen to each other's inspiration and experience building the best business from fellow business actors. . As a result, the participants know more about their business and are more enthusiastic about building networks among themselves.

Abstract

Judul penelitian ini adalah “Pelaksanaan Penyelesaian Pelanggaran Kode Etik Notaris Tentang Pemasangan Papan Nama Notaris Di Denpasar”. Rumusan masalah adalah: 1 Bagaimana implementasi ketentuan Pasal 83 Undang-Undang No. 2 Tahun 2014 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang No. 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris dan Kode Etik Kongres Luar Biasa sehubungan dengan pelantikan Notaris Papan Nama di Denpasar? 2. Apa tanggung jawab Notaris atas pelanggaran kode etik papan nama Notaris? Permasalahan di atas dipelajari dan dianalisis dengan teori-teori hukum seperti teori efektivitas hukum, teori tanggung jawab hukum dengan metode penelitian hukum empiris. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan beberapa permasalahan mengenai pelanggaran ukuran papan nama Notaris yang terpasang, hal tersebut bertentangan dengan yang diatur dalam aturan Kode Etik.
