Abstract

The achievement of the savings product target obtained is based on the optimism of BRI Syari'ah employees that the majority of Demak people are Muslims who certainly want a trustworthy service in accordance with their beliefs. In addition, BRI Syari'ah's market share in Demak is increasingly providing opportunities to help customers' needs. This study aims to find out: (1) strategies to achieve the target of marketing savings products at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Syari'ah in Demak; (2) and analyze the implementation of efforts to implement strategic analysis on savings products at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Syari'ah in Demak. This research is expected to provide various benefits. Theoretically, it is useful in the development of Islamic economics related to shari'ah banking, especially the strategy analysis and achievement of its savings targets. Practically beneficial for practitioners, especially for deposit product managers, as a consideration for managing savings products in shari'ah banking in order to achieve the expected targets.

Abstract

Empowerment of UMKM as a forum for implementing the micro-economy to encourage economic growth nationally. This empowerment must be able to increase economic activity to the fullest. The existence of UMKM that are dominant as national economic actors is also a vital subject in development, because it is possible to expand opportunities for entrepreneurship, empowering workers, and reducing unemployment in a country in general. To create empowerment of UMKM as a mandate, it is necessary to have religious accountability in the implementation of UMKM. Religiosity is the internalization diversity that exists in a person as a form of devotion to religion at the behest of Allah SWT. Therefore, marketing strategies are needed in the success of UMKM based on rules.

Abstract

Pandemic covid 19 is increasingly significant in Indonesia, so the economy is unstable. This is caused by paralysis of activities in all dimensions of life so that the economy is completely paralyzed. Government policy is needed to be able to survive in the covid pandemic 19, so as to suppress the rate of inflation and the community is able to survive in the midst of the economic crush in accordance with Islamic economic law studies. Islamic scientific studies in the realm of sharia macroeconomics need to be carried out in order to be able to suppress and even overcome the problems that occur in the State of Indonesia today. How the government efforts are able to work together with all the various communities able that this outbreak is able to be overcome and not prolonged.

Abstract

According to the Islamic view, children's first and foremost education is education in the family. Following the Islamic view, education in the family is based on Islamic religious guidance applied in the family and intended to shape children into human beings who believe and are devoted to God Almighty and have a noble character in everyday life. The research method used is literature study, namely the study of books, articles, and other literature related to the researched theme i. Family education aims to create an educational environment for children as students in the family, where parents act as educators and have a crucial role in determining the future children's lives. So that the very essence of family education is to carry out the process of installing Islamic values in the form of faith, worship, and moral education carried out by parents to their children as a process of regeneration in the family.

Abstract

Cardinal tetra, Paracheirodon axelrodi, merupakan ikan hias yang populer di Indonesia dan mancanegara. Penyumbang ikan hias akuarium di Rio Negro, Amerika Selatan. Komoditas ekspor ikan hias ke Amerika, Jepang dan Singapura. Ikan ini sangat sulit dikembangbiakkan di lingkungan aslinya. Informasi ilmiah tentang reproduksi, perkembangan embrio dan larva masih sangat sedikit. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang reproduksi, perkembangan embrio dan larva cardinal tetra. Informasi ini sangat penting untuk meningkatkan perkembangbiakan ikan cardinal tetra dan konservasi ex situ. Sebanyak 20-50 butir telur digunakan untuk mengamati embrio melalui penetasan dengan mikroskop stereo pada perbesaran 50-100x. Embrio diamati dengan mikroskop stereo sebanyak 20-50 butir telur pada perbesaran 1-2,5x. Fekunditas berkisar antara 115 sampai 550 butir telur. Telur berbentuk bulat, transparan, agak lengket dan tenggelam ke dasar. Diameter telur 0,835-2,202 ±3,7 mm saat menetas dan terhidrasi. Panjang larva saat menetas 2,406-2,703 ±86,96 mm. Kuning telur habis setelah 4-5 hari. Bukaan mulut 0,235-0,366 mm cukup untuk memakan nauplii Artemia sp. Larva mulai berenang bebas setelah 4 hari. Perkembangan larva hingga tahap akhir memakan waktu 28-30 hari.Kata Kunci: Embrio, Larva, Perkembangan, Pertumbuhan, Pembiakan, Konservasi The cardinal tetra, Paracheirodon axelrodi, is a popular ornamental fish in Indonesia and abroad. Contributor to ornamental aquarium fish in Rio Negro, South America. Export commodity of ornamental fish to America, Japan and Singapore. This fish is very difficult for breeding in its native environment. There is little scientific information on reproduction, embryonic and larval development. The objective of the research was to obtain information on the reproduction, embryonic and larval development of the cardinal tetra. This information is essential to improve the breeding of cardinal tetra fish and ex situ conservation. A total of 20-50 eggs were used to observe embryos through hatching with a stereo microscope at 50-100x magnification. Embryos were observed with a stereo microscope for 20-50 eggs at 1-2.5x magnification. Fecundity ranged from 115 to 550 eggs. Eggs are round, transparent, slightly sticky and sink to the bottom. Egg diameter 0.835-2.202 ±3.7 mm at hatching and hydration. Larval length at hatching 2.406-2.703 ±86.96 mm. Yolk depleted after 4-5 days. Mouth opening of 0.235-0.366mm is sufficient for consuming the Artemia sp. nauplii. Larvae start swimming freely after 4 days. Larval development to the final stage takes 28-30 days.Keywords: Embryo, larva, development, growth, breeding, conservation

Abstract

Stunting in early childhood is a significant health problem in Indonesia, especially in rural areas. This community service aims to provide balanced nutrition education as an effort to prevent stunting in Annur Anyer Kindergarten, Serang Regency. The main targets of this program are parents and teachers, who play an important role in regulating children's daily diets. Education is provided through counseling on the importance of balanced nutrition, preparing nutritious food menus, and guidance in monitoring children's nutritional development. This activity also involves interactive discussion sessions and direct practice in designing daily menus that are suitable for early childhood. The results show an increase in knowledge and awareness of participants about the importance of proper nutritional intake and its impact on preventing stunting. With this advancement in knowledge, it is hoped that there will be changes in healthier eating patterns in the family and school environment, so that they can support efforts to prevent stunting in early childhood in the area.

Abstract

Menulis merupakan keterampilan yang biasanya di dapatkan pada masa anak di sekolah, dimana ketika anak menguasai keterampilan ini menjadi kompetensi kunci untuk sukses di sekolah. Di dalam menulis dibutuhkan ide dan keterampilan yang kemudian menerjemahkannya ke dalam bahasa lisan, dan mentranskripsikannya ke dalam teks tertulis. Ide dan keterampilan dalam menulis inilah sebagai perkembangan motorik dan kognitif siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Perkembangan Motorik dan Kognitif Siswa SD Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Purwokerto 02 Melalui FLP Kids. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu proses menulis menggunakan tulisan tangan dengan maksud untuk melatih keterampilan motorik siswa melalui simbol/ bentuk huruf di setiap tulisannya. Dimana kemampuan menulis merupakan kemampuan yang memerlukan koordinasi antara mata dan tangan serta dalam pengembangan kognitif siswa dilakukan melalui pendekatan proses dengan tujuan dalam proses menulis berpusat pada siswa dan siswa dapat menunjukkan kemampuannya dalam proses menulis serta siswa mampu membangun kekuatan berpikir dan kreativitas mereka.

Abstract

The study investigated the influence of the different LED light spectrums on the maturation of the gonads in female synodontis broodstock and examined the maturation-related gene expression levels. Female synodontis were exposed to four different LED light spectra, specifically: white, blue, green, and red, for a continuous period of 120 days rearing. This study employed a completely randomized design, consisting of four treatments and five individual fish as replication for each treatment. An analysis was conducted on the gonadosomatic index (GSI), hepatosomatic index (HSI), gonad histology, estradiol levels, kiss2 and gnrh2 mRNA expression levels. The utilization of blue LED light treatment is highly effective in enhancing the reproductive parameters in female synodontis fish. The results show that brain and gonad kiss2 mRNA expression levels are not significantly different (P<0.05), while gnrh2 mRNA expression levels were significantly different (P<0.05) and had the highest expression in the gonads. The results suggest that light exposure can induce changes in the expression levels of kiss2 and gnrh2 mRNA, as well as control reproduction.

Abstract

Neon tetra, Paracheirodon innesi, is endemic to rivers and streams in southeastern Colombia, eastern Peru, and western Brazil and is commercially traded as aquarium fish in the world. In Indonesia, neon tetras were mass produced in Bojongsari District, Depok, West Java as the centre of neon tetra fish production. Understanding their genetic variation is useful for implementing their selective breeding programs, environmental restoration, and estimating genetic contributions in stocks. The current study aimed to investigate the patterns of morphometric and molecular diversity using randomly amplified polymorphic DNA-polymerase chain reaction techniques among farmed broodstocks of P. innesi in Indonesia. Three populations, namely: the Bojongsari, Curug, and Pondok Petir derived from the Bojongsari District, Depok, west Java, were used in the study. Thirty live fish from each location were analyzed based on 25 truss morphometric characters. Sixty fresh fish samples were obtained for DNA analysis using the RAPD-PCR technique, which uses three random primers. Principal component analysis (PCA) was performed to distinguish morphometric variations among populations. Morphological and molecular analysis displayed a similar result that Bojongsari and Pondok Petir neon tetra fish had high similarities, while Curug neon tetra was distinguished from others. The closest genetic distance was between the Pondok Petir and Curug populations (0.4088), while the farthest genetic distance was between the Curug and Bojongsari populations (0.4138). The results will be useful in developing breeding programs to improve broodstock quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product innovation, brand equity, and lifestyle on iPhone purchasing decisions among Gen Z. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression techniques. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to Gen Z who had purchased and used an iPhone. The results of the study indicate that partially product innovation, brand equity, and lifestyle each have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, simultaneously the three variables also have a positive and significant effect on iPhone purchasing decisions among Gen Z. This finding indicates that companies need to continue to innovate products, build strong brand equity, and adjust marketing strategies to consumer lifestyles to improve purchasing decisions.
