Abstract

This research examines the influence of service excellence, resource availability, and locational strategy on customer satisfaction at PT Satya Trinadi Komira Perkasa, with a primary focus on its Tangerang Regency branch. A descriptive approach was implemented, utilizing questionnaires as the primary tool for data gathering. The study involved 97 participants, selected using incidental sampling methods. Data analysis was performed through multiple linear regression, facilitated by SPSS 26 software. The results from partial testing indicate that service excellence and resource availability significantly enhance customer satisfaction, while locational strategy also holds considerable impact. Simultaneously, the findings from combined tests demonstrate that service excellence, resource availability, and locational strategy collectively have a profound effect on customer satisfaction, confirming Ha and rejecting Ho. The research emphasizes the pivotal role of service excellence in meeting and exceeding consumer expectations, fostering loyalty, and building a competitive edge. Adequate facilities and a strategically selected location complement service delivery, contributing to an improved customer experience. Businesses aiming to maintain market relevance must prioritize these factors. The study highlights the critical importance of aligning customer satisfaction strategies with operational efficiencies to secure sustainable growth.

Abstract

The importance of human resources is based on the fact that human resources are the essential elements of every company. Human resources can determine the advantages of a company because human resources are goal makers, innovators, communication, creativity, and strategy for the company. This study aimed to determine the effect of the Work Based Learning training model on trainees’ creativity at the Job training centre (Balai Latihan Kerja, BLK) Bojonegoro. This research is qualitative, categorized explicitly as a qualitative program evaluation. The sample in this study amounted to 100 trainees at BLK Bojonegoro. The results showed a high scale of creativity (85.5%), the tasks of the training participants (83.4%), support for learning (78.8%), and clear goals (76%). In training models where exposure to real-world constraints, opportunities, policies, and regulations is mandatory, work-based learning occupies an essential niche in participants’ experiences.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah di Pekalongan saat ini masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan, Oleh karena itu perlu suatu cara atau metode tertentu untuk memperbaikinya bagaimana mereka dapat menjual produknya dengan baik. Upaya yang harus dilakukan saat ini diantaranya adalah dengan menggunakan melalui media digital dengan penerapannya secara online. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisa keputusan pembelian secara online pada marketplace Batik pekalongan. Dengan sampel berjumlah 96 responden. Data diperoleh dengan pembagian kuesioner kepada pengrajin dan konsumen batik pekalongan . Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa 1). Produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara online pada marketplace batik pekalongan dengan kualitas dan corak atau motif batik yang beraneka ragam. 2). Variabel terendah dalam penelitian ini adalah harga dengan keterjangkauan di masyarakat yang akan mempengaruhi konsumen untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian secara online pada marketplace batik pekalongan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze fund management strategies in community service programs through the perspective of public financial management (PFM). The focus of the study is directed at budget planning, distribution mechanisms, and financial control and accountability that support program effectiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving in-depth interviews, financial document reviews, and observations at several community service organizing institutions. The results show that the application of PFM principles especially transparency, participation, and performance-based supervision can improve the efficiency of fund allocation, minimize the risk of abuse, and strengthen public accountability. In addition, the synergy between participatory planning and digital monitoring systems has been proven to speed up the reporting process and increase stakeholder trust. These findings confirm the importance of integrating PFM practices in the management of community service program funds to ensure sustainability and optimal social impact.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pengelolaan dana pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui perspektif public financial management (PFM). Fokus kajian diarahkan pada perencanaan anggaran, mekanisme distribusi, serta pengendalian dan akuntabilitas keuangan yang mendukung efektivitas program. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumen keuangan, dan observasi pada beberapa lembaga penyelenggara pengabdian masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip PFM terutama transparansi, partisipasi, dan pengawasan berbasis kinerja mampu meningkatkan efisiensi alokasi dana, meminimalkan risiko penyalahgunaan, dan memperkuat akuntabilitas publik. Selain itu, sinergi antara perencanaan partisipatif dan sistem monitoring digital terbukti mempercepat proses pelaporan serta meningkatkan kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi praktik PFM dalam pengelolaan dana program pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan dampak sosial yang optimal.

Abstract

The integration of sustainability reporting into management accounting has become a crucial pathway for advancing corporate governance in an era increasingly driven by environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations. Traditional management accounting primarily focused on financial efficiency and performance measurement; however, contemporary corporate practices demand a broader framework that captures both financial and non-financial dimensions of organizational value creation. This study examines the role of sustainability reporting as a complementary mechanism within management accounting systems to strengthen transparency, accountability, and long-term decision-making. By embedding sustainability indicators—such as carbon emissions, resource efficiency, social responsibility, and ethical governance—into accounting processes, firms can provide stakeholders with a more holistic representation of corporate performance. The findings highlight that companies integrating sustainability metrics into management accounting not only enhance the reliability of their internal control systems but also improve stakeholder trust, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Furthermore, the study underscores that this integration supports board-level governance by aligning corporate strategies with sustainable development goals (SDGs) and fostering responsible investment practices. Methodologically, the analysis is grounded in a review of empirical research and best practices across developed and emerging economies, demonstrating that sustainability-oriented management accounting can act as a bridge between financial reporting and corporate governance mechanisms. In conclusion, the integration of sustainability reporting into management accounting contributes to building resilient, ethically governed organizations capable of achieving long-term competitiveness while meeting societal expectations.

Abstract

The success of development programs does not only rely on the role of government, but also involves the role of the community. Currently, society is placed as a subject in development. The government's role as a regulator and facilitator means that the government is obliged to prepare a set of rules as guidelines for implementing the program. The community is given the opportunity to be involved in planning, implementation and accountability. This research aims to determine the role of government and community participation in development in Magelang Municipality, especially in the implementation of the Rodanya Mas Bagia program. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using a case study approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Secondary data is obtained from documentation, statutory regulations, books, journals or other publications. Data analysis is carried out through the process of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: 1) the planning stage, the community provides input, suggestions, ideas in the process of preparing the RT profile and preparing the community activity plan (RKM); 2) implementation stage, the community is involved to become members of the Pokmas. The spirit of mutual cooperation and community self-help grows in this program; and 3) at the results utilization stage, the benefits of procurement of goods such as procurement of CCTV, street lighting, construction of study halls, RW halls and RT facilities can be felt. The suggestions given by the researchers are that procurement of goods in the future will be directed at productive activities that are sustainable with community empowerment and the proposed activities can be based on regional communities in one RW, the capacity and competence of Pokmas still need to be increased so that they are not dependent on assistant staff, and there is a need to form Regional Regulations to further strengthen community empowerment policies.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mendorong peran serta masyarakat dalam pembangunan, Kota Magelang menyelenggarakan program pemberdayaan masyarakat maju sehat, dan bahagia (Rodanya Masbagia) dengan mengalokasikan dana sebesar Rp. 30 juta/RT/tahun. Untuk melaksanakan program tersebut salah satunya dengan membentuk kelompok masyarakat (pokmas) di tiap kelurahan. Pokmas menjadi elemen penting dalam pelaksaan program karena merupakan cerminan keterwakilan berbagai unsur masyarakat. Pokmas melaksanakan kegiatan pemberdayaan dalam aspek melakukan pengadaan barang/jasa melalui mekanisme swakelola tipe IV. Untuk melaksanakan tugasnya maka Pokmas membentuk tim persiapan, tim pelaksana, dan tim pengawas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terstruktur maupun tidak dan pengamatan langsung dengan tujuan memperoleh data yang lebih akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok masyarakat (pokmas) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung program pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kota Magelang. Peran ini terlihat dalam setiap tahapan pelaksanaan program yaitu tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan penyerahan hasil pekerjaan. Dalam tahapan persiapan, peran pokmas yaitu menyiapkan proposal kegiatan swakelola sebagai dasar pelaksanaan kegiatan, tahapan pelaksanaan, pokmas bertanggungjawab dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan baik fisik maupun non fisik serta bertanggungjawab mengelola dana RT secara efektif dan efisiena. Pada tahapan pengawasan, pomas melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi atas kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan supaya sesuai dengan rencana dan ketentuan yang berlaku. Pada tahaapan penyerahan hasil pekerjaan, pokmas wajib membuat laporan atas kegiatan yang sudah dilaksanakan dan hasil yang telah dicapai guna transparansi dan akuntabilitas kegiatan. Dalam perannya di setiap tahapan tersebut, pokmas membantu pemerintah untuk mencapai tujuan pemberdayaan masyaraakt maju, sehat, dan bahagia. Adapun faktor pendukungnya adalah dukungan anggaran, adanya kebijakan/aturan sebagai pedoman, partisipasi masyarakat, dan kesadaran masyarakat akan manfaat yang akan didapat. Faktor penghambatnya adalah kapasitas pokmas yang belum merata, perubahan kebijakan, dan tingkat pemahaman masyarakat yang berbeda-beda.
