Abstract

Dalam studi ini, telah ditelaah orbit planet sesuai dengan Hukum Kepler yang menyebutkan bahwasanya bentuk lintasan planet berbentuk elips dengan eksentirisitas tertentu. Studi lebih difokuskan pada perbandingan metode Euler, metode Euler-Cromer, metode Runge-Kutta orde-2 dan metode Runge-Kutta orde-4 dalam menyelesaikan kasus orbit planet dengan variasi step-waktu dan variasi kecepatan awal orbit planet dalam satuan Astronomical Unit (AU)/tahun. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwasanya metode yang lebih presisi dalam menjelaskan masalah orbit planet adalah metode Runge-Kutta orde-4 dengan keakuratan yang lebih baik. Selain itu, studi tersebut juga berhasil memodelkan orbit dari planet Terrestrial dengan rentang AU/tahun.

Abstract

Dalam studi ini, telah ditelaah kembali persamaan medan Einstein yang efektif untuk ruang-waktu 5D dalam teori Kaluza Klein. Teori Kaluza-Klein merupakan teori yang menggabungkan gaya gravitasi dengan gaya elektromagnetik secara klasik dalam dimensi ruang-waktu (4d + 1). Studi lebih difokuskan pada perumusan medan Einstein untuk metrik Kaluza-Klein, ungkapan simbol Christoffel yang tidak bernilai nol, ungkapan tensor Ricci yang tidak nol, ungkapan kelengkungan skalar dari geometri ruang-waktu 5D, serta ungkapan tensor Einstein untuk ruang-waktu 5D. Penjabaran ini dibatasi sampai pada kasus vakum yang dapat direduksi menjadi persamaan medan Einstein 4D sehingga memberikan makna fisis. Hasil yang diperoleh merupakan tinjauan klasik, yakni adanya kelengkungan ruang-waktu akibat hadirnya kopling antara medan elektromagnet dan medan skalar terhadap gravitasi yang dijelaskan melalui persamaan medan Einstein. Yang di mana medan elektromagnetik juga bergantung pada medan skalarnya.

Abstract

Mortality evaluation of Covid-19 patients in comorbid diabetes mellitus and stroke using x-ray technology. Examining patients using an x-ray was carried out in the radiology room at one of the Covid-19 referral hospitals in Makassar. The patient data used is Covid-19 mortality data, namely January-June 2021. Diabetes mellitus and stroke comorbidities significantly affect the mortality of Covid-19 patients. Comorbid diabetes mellitus has a significant effect on the mortality of Covid-19 patients. The age group ≥ 61 years old is exposed to Covid-19 and has a high mortality rate.

Abstract

Dalam studi ini telah ditelaah kembali solusi dari metrik Tolman, di mana tensor energi momentum yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan solusi persamaan medan Einstein simetri bola untuk keadaan statis adalah persamaan fluida ideal dengan kasus persamaan geodesik pada koordinat bergerak (co-moving coordinate). Beberapa hal yang ditelaah mulai dari perumusan Metrik Tolman, perumusan Persamaan Medan Einstein dan solusinya, serta Solusi dari medan gravitasi untuk fluida yang tidak dimampatkan. Solusi yang ditelaah memberikan pendekatan bagaiamana sebuah materi yang masif mengalami keruntuhan fluida pada syarat interior dan eksterior dari metrik Schwarzschildnya.

Abstract

This research reported Cu2+ un-doped (pure) and doped ZnO semiconductors with variations in Cu2+ concentrations of 3%, 4% and 5% through the sol gel method which aims to determine the morphology and optical properties of ZnO has been investigated. In addition, ZnO film was coated using the doctor blade method with the addition of chlorophyll as a dye sensitizer. Morphological and elemental content tests were carried out using SEM and EDS. The optical properties were analyzed by taking Transmittance data using a UV-Vis Spectrophotometer. SEM analysis with 9900X magnification showed that all samples had small grain sizes and the pores formed were uneven (heterogeneous). The EDS analysis showed that all samples had a higher concentration of zinc by weight than oxygen. UV-Vis Spectrophotometer analysis shows that the transmittance value without dye is lower than using Dye. The addition of Cu2+ concentration affects the morphology and optical properties of ZnO. The higher the addition of Cu2+ added chlorophyll, the higher the absorbance value, so that the transmittance value decreases. The addition of 4% concentration showed the maximum value of chlorophyll as a sensitizer.

Abstract

This research reviewed Maxwell’s equations and Numerical Discretization using the Finite Difference Time Dependent (FDTD) method. First, Maxwell’s equations are introduced in a linear dielectric medium for 1-dimensional and 2-dimensional configurations, which are built based on the polarization between Transverse-Magnetic (TM) and Transverse-Electric (TE). Then, it presented the frequency-dependent absorption boundary conditions for the electromagnetic field equations used in that configuration. In addition, the correlation between the variation of the grid with respect to the x-axis and y-axis, as well as the variation of the dielectric constant of the medium on the propagation of electromagnetic waves, has been studied in this paper. A numerical result provides an excellent accuration and approximation in establishing boundary conditions for wave spacing in adsorbed media at 1-dimensional and 2-dimensional configurations

Abstract

Abstract: Garbage is one of the global problems that requires serious which one had to be handled  today,  because it caused environmental and healthy problems. One of the most dominant types in society was plastic waste. The purpose of this activity is to conduct socialization, counseling and direct discussion to the community and the dasawisma group to maintain environmental health and cleanliness, provide training on waste selection techniques, and digital-based integrated management such as "Waste Bank", provide hands-on training on plastic waste processing techniques to produce fuel. oil, empowering community groups in making handicrafts from plastic waste that has economic value, providing training in marketing digital-based handicraft products. This activity uses a direct practice method in the Lopo Village community, involving community groups as activity participants. The creations of this activity have made handicraft products from plastic waste in the form of chairs, tables, flower vases, flowers and tissue holders. In addition, an integrated WhatsApp group was formed in waste management. There was also a prototype of a simple tool for producing fuel oil (BBM). Village officials and the community were very enthusiastic during the implementation of the activity and have collaborated with activity organizers in the development of a fuel-producing destillator.            Keywords: crafts; garbage; integrated management; marketing plastic   Abstrak: Sampah merupakan salah satu masalah global yang memerlukan penanganan serius saat ini karena menyebabkan masalah lingkungan dan kesehatan.  Salah satu jenis sampah yang sangat mendominasi di masayrakat adalah sampah plastik. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah  melakukan sosialisasi, penyuluhan dan diskusi langsung ke masyarakat dan kelompok dasawisma menjaga kesehatan dan kebersihan lingkungan, memberikan pelatihan teknik pemilihan sampah, dan manajemen terintegrasi berbasis digital sejenis “Bank Sampah”, memberikan pelatihan langsung teknik pengolahan sampah plastik untuk menghasilkan bahan bakar minyak, memberdayakan kelompok masyarakat dalam membuat kerajinan tangan dari sampah plastik yang bernilai ekonomi, memberikan pelatihan dalam memasarkan produk kerajinan berbasis digital. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode praktek langsung di masayarakat Desa Lopo, dengan melibatkan kelompok masayarakat sebagai peserta kegiatan. Hasil kreasi dari kegiatan ini telah dibuat produk kerajinan dari sampah plastik berupa tempat kursi, meja, vas bunga, bunga dan tempat tissue. Selain itu, terbentuk grup WhatsApp terintegrasi dalam manajemen sampah.juga prototipe alat sederhana alat penghasil Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM). Perangkat Desa dan masayarakat sangat antusias selama pelaksanaan kegiatan dan telah melakukan kerjasama dengan penyelenggara kegiatan dalam pengembangan destillator penghasil bahan bakar. Kata kunci: kerajinan; manajemen terintegrasi; pemasaran; plastik; sampah

Abstract

In this paper, key security has been examined, which is a fundamental factor in cryptographic systems because the quality of the key significantly affects the algorithm's resilience against cryptanalysis attacks. This research aims to develop a hybrid cryptography model of Diffie-Hellman and Hill Cipher based on fuzzy sets. This hybrid model is designed by combining the advantages of Diffie–Hellman in the secure key exchange process with Hill Cipher as a matrix-based encryption algorithm. Fuzzy sets are used as an adaptive mechanism in the key generation and strengthening process to enhance the randomness, complexity, and uncertainty of the key value. The research methods include literature study, hybrid scheme design, fuzzy rule formulation, and implementation of encryption and decryption processes. The result of this research is the formation of a hybrid cryptography model capable of generating keys that are more difficult to predict, thereby strengthening data protection against potential cryptanalysis attacks.

Abstract

The increasing demand for electricity, environmental pollution, and global warming are major challenges today. One potential solution is the utilization of biomass as an alternative energy source. This study explores the conversion of agricultural waste, specifically corn stalks, into electrical energy using a Thermoelectric Generator (TEG) on a small scale. An experimental method was employed with series and Paralel configurations to analyze system efficiency. The results indicate that after 90 minutes, the maximum power output during supercapacitor charging was 0.684 W for the series configuration and 0.301 W for the Paralel configuration. Without supercapacitor charging, the power output was 0.4118 W for the series and 0.175 W for the Paralel configuration. In terms of converted energy, the series configuration produced 33.7 Wh, while the Paralel configuration generated 35.75 Wh. These findings suggest that although the series configuration is more efficient in generating peak power, the Paralel configuration yields a higher total energy conversion. This study provides insights into biomass utilization as a sustainable energy source in Gorontalo.

Abstract

This research has succeeded in making HDPE polymer-based paving blocks with the addition of natural fiber fillers consisting of 3 types, namely rice husks, bagasse, and silica sand. The aim is to see the composition and mechanical properties of the best paving blocks with HDPE plastic waste as a polymer. The method used in this research is experimental, namely making paving blocks directly as the main approach, then analyzing their mechanical properties. The composition ratio between the polymer and the filler consists of 30%, 70%, 50%, 50% and 70%, 30%, respectively. The samples that were successfully made were then tested (compressive strength, porosity) and characteristic tests (Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF).
