Abstract

ABSTRAK Background : Parity is the number of live or dead birth babies (Bobak,2010). Meanwhile, according to Manuaba (2010), parity is women that has given birth a term baby. Parity can divided into primipara, multipara, and grandemultipara (Prawirohardjo, 2011). Pregnancy anemia is condition of the body with hemoglobin level <11 g% in blood at first trimester and third trimester or hemoglobin level <10,5g% at second trimester (Arionang,2015). According Irianto(2014) during pregnancy, pregnant women increased blood plasma up to 30%, 18% of blood cells, but Hb only increased 19%. As a result, the frequency of anemia in pregnancy is quite high. Purpose : Find out correlation between parity with anemia in pregnant women at Baamang I Public Health Center in 2019 Research Method : This research using retrospective method with cross sectional research design. Abstract

Post partum hemorrhage is the main cause of 150,000 maternal deaths every year in the world and almost 4 out of 5 deaths due to postpartum hemorrhage occur within 4 hours after delivery. The direct causes of maternal death in Indonesia are bleeding 45.20%, eclampsia 12.90%, abortion complications 11.10%, postpartum sepsis 9.60%, prolonged labor 6.50%, anemia 1.60% and indirect causes of death. by 14, 10%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parity and age with the incidence of primary postpartum hemorrhage at Panembahan Senopati General Hospital. Analytical survey studies or case control surveys use a retrospective time approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a ratio of the number of samples 1: 1, namely the case sample was 70 and the control sample was 70. The analysis technique was Chi Square. The results of Chi Square analysis showed that age and parity had a significant relationship with the incidence of primary postpartum hemorrhage, age (OR = 14.22 and p-value 0.000) while parity (OR 3.010 and p-value 9.643). It means that mothers with maternal age at risk (<20 and > 35 years) have a risk of 14.22 greater than the age not at risk (20-35 years). Mothers with parity at risk (1 and >3) had a 3.010 greater risk of primary postpartum hemorrhage than mothers with parity at no risk (2 and 3). This study concluded that there is a relationship between age and parity with the incidence of primary postpartum hemorrhage.

Abstract

Abstract: West Golewa sub-district is one of the sub-districts located within the Mangulewa Health Center's working area. This area has a higher level of risk associated with stunting compared to other sub-districts under the management of other health centers in Ngada Regency. The aim of this study was to determine the risk factors associated with stunting. The research design used in this study was case control. The study was conducted in the Mangulewa Health Center Working Area, West Golewa District, Ngada Regency. The research was conducted in November 2023. The population in this study were all toddlers in West Golewa District as many as 788 children under five, with the number of stunted toddlers as many as 171 children under five and those who were not stunted as many as 617 children under five. The sample amounted to 104 consisting of 52 case samples and 52 control samples. The sampling technique used probability sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was done univariate and bivariate. The results showed an association between the history of infectious diseases (p value: 0.000) with the incidence of stunting. It is recommended for mothers who have babies to routinely do posyandu in order to monitor the growth and development of their children and for health workers to be more active in socializing to the community about how to prevent stunting and fulfill nutrition in children. Keywords: Income, History of Infectious Disease, Stunting.

Abstract

Abstract: Malnutrition is one of the nutritional problems in toddlers, characterized by thinness. One important factor that influences malnutrition is food consumption, both in terms of quantity and quality. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between energy and protein consumption levels and nutritional status in children aged 2-5 years. A cross-sectional study design was used in this study. The study was conducted in the working area of the Srandakan Community Health Center. The study was conducted in April 2025. The study population consisted of mothers who had toddlers in the working area of the Srandakan Community Health Center. The sample consisted of 65 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of this study indicate a relationship between energy consumption levels (p value: 0.000) and protein consumption levels (p value: 0.003) with the nutritional status of toddlers. It is recommended that parents with toddlers pay attention to the food consumed by their toddlers and increase their consumption by providing additional food. Keywords: Toddlers, Energy, Protein.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of workload and healthcare worker competence on service quality in hospitals in Indonesia. A quantitative research design was employed involving 200 healthcare workers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The analytical procedures included descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, partial t-tests, simultaneous F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that workload has a significant negative effect on hospital service quality. Healthcare worker competence has a significant positive effect on service quality. Simultaneously, workload and competence significantly influence service quality. The coefficient of determination shows that workload and healthcare worker competence explain 44.4% of the variation in hospital service quality, while the remaining 55.6% is explained by other variables outside the model. These findings demonstrate that excessive workload may reduce healthcare workers’ ability to provide timely, accurate, and patient-centered services, whereas higher competence improves professional performance and service delivery. Hospitals should therefore implement balanced workload distribution, adequate staffing, continuous professional training, and competency-based development programs to improve healthcare service quality.
