Abstract

Behavior in determining investment is influenced by factors from the fundamental side or individual psychology. This study aims to determine how psychological factors influence investor behavior in determining future investments. This research is a field experimental study using questionnaire data. The variables used in investment decision making include loss aversion, regret aversion and illusion of control bias with 15 total indicators. The sample is an investor in the real asset field and the data is processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the AMOS program. The results showed that psychological factors both loss aversion and illusion of control bias had a significant effect on investment decisions in a positive direction. While regret aversion has a significant effect with negative direction with investment decisions. Novelty in this study, that psychological factors in behavior finance not only affect securities investors but also real asset investors.

Abstract

Salah satu kebutuhan pokok hasil dari pertanian adalah beras. Di Indonesia, beras merupakan bahan pangan yang paling penting untuk dikembangkan bagi perekonomian nasional karena beras merupakan bahan pangan pokok terpenting negara, yang mencakup lebih dari setengah penduduk negara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh dari produksi beras (X1), konsumsi beras (X2), kurs (X3), dan harga beras lokal (X4) terhadap impor beras (Y) di Indonesia periode 2006 hingga 2020. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Indonesia, Bank Indonesia, dan Kementerian Pertanian Republik Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik bersifat Best Linier Unbiased Estimate (BLUE) menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap impor beras, dan secara parsial produksi beras berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap impor beras, secara parsial konsumsi beras berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impor beras, secara parsial kurs berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap impor beras, dan secara parsial harga beras lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impor beras di Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi pada industri perbankan saat ini sangat pesat. Kesederhanaan teknologi yang digunakan diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan dan kecepatan bertr ansaksi yang dikenal dengan istilah Mobile Banking. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk membandingkan kinerja keuangan bank-bank yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sebelum dan setelah mengaplikasikan mobile banking. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan dua alat analisis yaitu metode Paired Sample T-Test dan uji peringkat bertanda Wilcoxon. Kinerja keuangan bank dapat diukur dari berbagai indikator. Indikator yang digunakan oleh peneliti diataranya: Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Loan to Desposite Ratio (LDR) dan Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara variabel ROA dan ROE sebelum dan setelah penerapan mobile banking. Kemudian sebaliknya, tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara variabel LDR dan BOPO.Kata Kunci: Mobile Banking; ROA; ROE; LDR; BOPO ABSTRACTThe development of technology in the banking industry is currently very fast. The simplicity of the technology used is expected to provide convenience and speed of transactions, known as Mobile Banking. This study aims to compare the financial performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before and after the implementation of mobile banking. The method in this study is quantitative, using two analytical tools. Namely, the Paired Sample T-Test method and the Wilcoxon marked rank test. Bank financial performance can be measured from various indicators. The indicators used by researchers include Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Loan to Deposite Ratio (LDR) and BOPO. The results showed a significant difference between the ROA and ROE variables before and after the implementation of mobile banking. Then, on the contrary, there is no significant difference between the LDR and BOPO variables.Keywords: Mobile Banking; ROA; ROE; LDR; BOPO

Abstract

Indonesia dianugerahi keanekaragaman sumber daya yang berlimpah dengan 17 sektor perekonomian yang masing-masing bertugas untuk menjaga kestabilan kondisi perekonomian negara. Salah satu hasil perkebunan yang potensial dan terkenal dengan hasil olahan buahnya ialah kakao. Sebagian besar devisa negara juga berasal dari industri pengolahan kakao. Hal ini bisa dibuktikan dengan tercapainya nilai ekspor kakao sebesar USD1,12 miliar atau naik sebesar USD1,01 miliar pada tahun 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bagaimana variabel produksi (X1), harga internasional (X2) dan nilai tukar (X3) menjelaskan keterlibatan dan pengaruhnya terhadap variabel volume ekspor kakao olahan (Y) Indonesia. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan persamaan regresi linier berganda yang dikerjakan melalui aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Menggunakan data time series yang sampelnya diambil pada periode 2006-2020. Data diperoleh melalui akses pada website resmi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Bank Indonesia (BI), dan International Cocoa Organization (ICCO). Diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa secara parsial variabel produksi biji kakao (X1) dan harga internasional biji kakao (X2) berpengaruh negatif serta tidak signifikan pada peningkatan volume ekspor kakao olahan (Y). Lalu pada variabel nilai tukar (X3) berpengaruh positif serta signifikan pada peningkatan volume ekspor kakao olahan (Y). Dan semua variabel independen memberikan pengaruh secara bersama-sama atau simultan terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy. Therefore, the development and progress of MSMEs is very important. One of the efforts to increase the development of MSMEs is through promotional strategies by creating attractive and innovative marketing content. In addition, MSME players must also be able to utilize social media as an effective and efficient promotion and sales media. Both of these are good strategies, especially in the current digitalization era. However, after conducting a field survey, it was found that MSME players in the Keputih village area did not understand how to create content and utilize social media properly. Therefore, the group 74 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java conducted training with the theme "Content Development and Social Media Management" as a solution to this problem. This research was conducted using survey and interview methods with a qualitative approach. This training was held on May 20, 2023 at the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market with the target of MSME players in the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market (PWHK) and MSMEs in the Keputih area but outside PWHK. This training produces output in the form of material and hones soft skills skills regarding the creation of interesting and innovative marketing content and how to manage social media to increase sales of MSME products in the Keputih Village area.

Abstract

This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Researchers used data collection techniques in the form of interviews with UMKM partners "Spikoe Jadoel" in Rungkut Kidul Village to understand the progress of these UMKM. The data used in this research can be obtained through recordings, notes, literature review, participation, and interviews. Researchers used two types of data, namely secondary and primary data. The purpose of this research is to describe the results of the research that has been done. The research results were obtained from what was observed, felt, seen, and asked during the progress of the research conducted on the research object. This study aims to describe various matters related to the knowledge of the residents of the Rungkut Kidul Village, especially regarding the assistance and progress of the "Spikoe Jadoel" UMKM. In this context, UMKM is a sector that has a very large impact and influence in the era of digital technology development. UMKM use digital technology for their product marketing activities, one of which is through the marketplace. UMKM have a strategic role in the Indonesian economy. In the Spikoe Jadoel marketing system, there is still word-of-mouth promotion where conditions like this are a challenge for UMKM Al-Ashar in selling their products. The Al-Ashar Foundation produces Spikoe cakes if anyone orders them or made by order. Usually Spikoe Jadoel orders or orders a lot when approaching Eid and if there is a celebration. The Al-Ashar Foundation was able to revive the economy, especially UMKM in the culinary field and became the hallmark of food products in the Rungkut Kidul sub-district through the innovation they made by making fruit grown on the roof garden to make Spikoe Jadoel cake. Therefore, dissemination of digital marketing strategies through social media is important, because it can provide information to UMKM stakeholders about opportunities and steps to expand consumer networks through social media in order to increase the competitive advantage of these UMKM.

Abstract

Money is something important in a country. Due to the rapid development of money in Indonesia, the payment system is also growing into two parts, cash and non-cash payments. Students also use it. However, differences in gender, UKT group, and area of ​​residence can affect the differences in transactions between each other. Therefore, this study discusses the differences in the frequency of transactions and the nominal value of transactions at UPN "veteran" East Java students. This study uses a quantitative approach to collect data using a questionnaire survey method. A total of 100 students have e-money applications. For data analysis, this study used a t-test analysis of two different samples, namely the independent sample t test difference test. The results of this study indicate that there are no differences in cash and non-cash transactions in the frequency of transactions when viewed in terms of gender, household group and area of ​​residence. Meanwhile, in the nominal value of the transaction, there are differences in terms of the UKT group and gender.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya sebuah data yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat prosentase laju pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia yang setiap tahunnya cenderung mengalami fluktuasi selama periode tahun 2006 hingga tahun 2020. Namun di sisi lain jika dilihat dari lingkup perbankan melalui penyaluran kredit produktif dan kredit non produktif perkembangannya selalu mengalami kenaikan di setiap tahunnya. Sehingga seharusnya ketika penyaluran kredit meningkat maka akan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi juga, tetapi untuk fenomena dalam penelitian ini berbanding terbalik dengan grand teori yang ada. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan diantara penyaluran kredit modal kerja, kredit investasi dan kredit konsumsi oleh bank umum terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia selama selang waktu tahun 2006 hingga tahun 2020. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif ini dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian telah membuktikan bahwa penyaluran kredit modal kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, kredit investasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia serta kredit konsumsi (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia.

Abstract

In realizing economic development, it is inseparable from competitive business world competition so as to encourage economic activity from production, distribution to consumption and make companies need additional capital for expansion through initial public offerings, the creation of investment activities in the form of shares. However, in making investment decisions, it requires a fundamental analysis such as looking at financial statements and some financial ratios to maximize profits in the future. Thisresearch aims to analyzethe effect of the financial ratio on the share price of companies listed on idx30. The data needed, secondary data, namely financial statements and financial ratios during 2016 -2018 through Bursa Efek Indonesia, Yahoo Finance, Rti Business and Aapplication of stock investment Ajaib Sekuritas. Metode of this study, using multiple linear regression analysis such as Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test, F Test and T test through the help ofspss data processing program version 25.0. The results of this study are Earning per share (EPS), Price earning ratio (PER), Price book value (PBV) have a significant effect on the share price of companies listed on IDX30.
